Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Tirrenia

I can’t find enough positive words to describe our family stay in this charming beach house! Everything worked perfectly — no issues with the internet, and the house was fully stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen had all the appliances, spices, and gadgets you could want. There were also books, extra towels and sheets, bikes, laundry supplies, and even bug spray! The hosts provided all the details in advance and were very helpful with additional recommendations. We enjoyed both cooking at home and eating out, and we visited several different beaches during our stay. The house is just one street away from the beach, located in a super quiet, secluded, and cute neighborhood. We absolutely loved our four nights here with the kids!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is a private, enclosed complex in beautiful surroundings. We had a wonderful view of the Tuscan countryside from the terrace. The apartment was very nicely and functionally furnished, very clean and very well equipped with everything one might need for a stay. The accommodation has access to a large swimming pool. There are many interesting places for short trips in the surrounding area. We had a very relaxing stay and will definitely want to return soon.

We had to change our travel plan a bit due to a car breakdown. Francesco supported us and also offered alternatives. He also accommodated us in terms of price! The accommodation has a great location and is probably rather cheap for this. We can only recommend the accommodation and would definitely book with Francesco again.

My husband and I, plus our French Bulldog, had the pleasure of staying here for just over 3 weeks. Immediately felt like home, and host family had everything to do with that! Highly recommend. stunning views, fabulous location and some of the most gracious people I've ever met.

It would be simply impossible to overstate how fantastic our stay here was. We're a well travelled family worldwide, and can honestly say we've never experienced anything quite like this week. The property is a hidden gem nestled in the side of the beautiful ancient village of Peccioli, surrounded by rolling hills of olive groves and vineyards as far as the eye can see. Enjoy breakfast/coffee in the private courtyard & gardens with morning sun pouring over you, or settle in for an evening listening to wildlife with a glass of Tuscan wine. The property is well equipped and boasts clean, tasteful sleeping area which my girls greatly enjoyed sleeping in the ceiling/mezzanine space! However, the big differentiator is Elena herself. You would be lucky to meet such a beautiful, warm, kind and sincere lady. She helped us enormously with local knowledge & advice about places we'd never have found, and can now say we'll never forget. Elena made this stay amazing, and we'll be coming back!!

We enjoyed 4 magical days in Gloria's beautiful home. The gardens are exceptional and there are so many lovely spaces to enjoy the view! Would highly recommend to any future travellers. We met both Francesco and Gloria and they couldn't have been more helpful!

Lovely little place, super location with everything you need for a pleasant visit. Nice roof garden to sit and dream. Clean and well looked after. Many thanks - also a short walk to the tower.

Amazing place & beautiful location. Personally, we really enjoyed the restaurant below us, super friendly, gorgeous traditional Italian food at an excellent price! I would highly recommend the accommodation for a relaxing stay in beautiful surroundings! Super clean, great communication via the host, extremely comfortable and decorated to perfection. Nicola was a very welcoming, helpful, and responsive host. His apartment was perfect for our stay and had everything we needed. There was plenty of space, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The apartment itself was relaxing and cozy. We were just 2 minutes away from the bus stops, making it easy to get around the city and take day trips to Pisa and Florence. There were also many excellent restaurants nearby, including a fantastic one just two doors away. We had a great time!

The apartment is a gem: impeccably furnished, bright, welcoming, comfortable and equipped with every comfort. The location is excellent with restaurants, bars, ice cream parlors, a souvenir shop, a pharmacy, a park and the sea 2 minutes away on foot. We stayed with our dog and there is a perfect beach to take her swimming without disturbing the bathers. I hope to return to Alessio soon.

Fabrizio and his apartment are an absolute delight! The place is beautifully decorated with great taste and the location CANNOT be beat. 10 stars!!!!! Loved it and will surely be back!

Great location and friendly hosts!

The apartment is spacious and well-equipped, with everything from appliances to cooking tools. The cool, youthful decor has a great industrial vibe. It’s ideal if you’re traveling by car, since driving is the best way to reach all the amazing spots Elia recommended. Plus, he offered the best coffee and made everything easy with clear check-in and check-out instructions! 5 stars indeed!

I often come to Marina di Pisa with my daughter, I have stayed in several facilities in the area and I can say that Casa Orilia has been the best experience to date. A few minutes' walk from the sea and the center of Marina, it is perfect, the rooms are spacious, all equipped with mosquito nets, clean, tastefully furnished and with attention to every detail (such as the lights inside the wardrobes and the sideboard or the toppers on the mattresses of both double beds), there is nothing missing. On the first floor of the newly renovated building, it overlooks two areas, in fact, in the evening it was enough to open the windows to enjoy the fresh air, the air conditioning was not needed, however, it is present throughout the house. The photos don't do it justice, Casa Orilia is a real gem! Samantha is an exquisite person, of a unique kindness, caring, attentive and always available. In his house he made me feel at home, this vacation was a treat! Thank you, Samantha🙂

Giulia was really responsive and gave clear instructions. The Airbnb was lovely, very clean and we settled in very quickly! Would definitely stay here again if we return to Pisa!

Alessio and Beatrice were perfect hosts. The place couldn’t be in a better location, right on the north end of the Main road through San Gimignano. Having the top floor really made it peaceful despite the sometimes bustle of the town. The apartment was beautiful and comfortable; a great base for exploring San Gimignano and the surrounding Tuscan countryside!

Lucca is such a beautiful, vibrant and historic place, and Leandro’s apartment certainly added to the amazing few days we had there. Leandro was always responsive where needed, with clear instructions as to how to find the apartment, and a very detailed guest book detailing the local restaurants and landmarks. The apartment itself is totally spotless, with modern furniture throughout. There is plenty of space as well as a well equipped kitchen. The bathroom is very tastefully decorated, and the bed was very comfortable. Overall, I fully recommend Leandro’s apartment, and if we are lucky enough to return to Lucca, we would have no hesitation to come back here.

perfect location in the old center, with a square behind it with nice cafes and restaurants. 10 minutes walk but the station, a little further walk to the airport. In the old center, so also quickly to the famous old buildings. for us an ideal base for both Pisa and a day trip by train to Florence or the bus to Lucca. And a very attentive owner!

Antonio's place is amazing. The location is perfect: a few minutes' walk from a cute little beach, and a few minutes from the old port where you'll find a great fresh oyster kiosk, a nice little bar with good cocktails, a really Italian atmosphere and not too touristy. We felt at home and wanted to leave more! An elevator connects this accommodation on the heights to the city, which was perfect because my boyfriend had just had surgery on his cruciate ligaments. We recommend the place and will be back with pleasure!

What an amazing find Pauline's Apartment was. The apartment was exactly as described and shown in Pauline's advert. The apartment was a perfect base for our stay in Pisa and within walking distance to the shops, restaurants and the local train station. This made it so much easier for travelling to other parts of Tuscany. Pauline was so welcoming also and very informative with details that made finding and accessing the apartment stress free. I'd highly recommend this apartment for anyone wanting to stay in Pisa

Luciano’s place was right on the city center where the town is hopping. It was exactly where I wanted to stay and we were not disappointed

An absolutely stunning apartment, located right in the centre of Old Lucca. Lucia was an amazing hostess, giving us loads of really useful information, and recommendations, all of which turned out to be spectacular. From sites to see, best times to go to avoid crowds, restaurants, places for breakfast. Probably one of the most helpful hosts we have experienced with AirBnB. The Duke apartment was wonderful, with everything provided, and with stunning views over Lucca to the mountains on the horizon. There were great restaurants and cafes within 3-5 minutes walk of the apartment, and the provision of 3 bikes was great to gently explore the city walls. All in all, we could not have been more pleased with the apartment, or Lucia (and Maurizio), who were great communicators, from booking through to leaving Lucca, even booking a taxi to the airport for us. Thank you Lucia for your hospitality and kindness.
