We had a wonderful time! The hostess was very friendly and accommodating. The house is a real oasis of well-being, surrounded by a beautiful pine forest, which provides a relaxed atmosphere. We were particularly impressed by the great path that leads directly to the beach – perfect for walks and enjoying nature. The large kitchen offers everything you need to cook for the whole group. Particularly attentive was that the hostess brought us a few toys for our friends' child – which made the stay even more enjoyable. We will be happy to come back!

The location is special, reserve a unique view and exceptional livability... you experience total privacy immersed in the smells, sounds and colors of the sea!!!

Lovely apartment. Anna was super friendly and helpful. Love Lerici. There’s a lot of steps up to the apartment, if you come from the square. But well worth the walk, the views are out of the world.

Monica was really flexible about checkin and met us when we arrived to show us around the property. The apartment was private and tucked away from the street so it was really quiet. The main bed was really comfortable and there were extra pillows which is always nice. The tv is a smart tv which was really great! Would definitely recommend.

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. Actually, it's a small house. Everything was excellently furnished and Anna was very helpful. We were all very comfortable. From the washing machine, dishwasher and WiFi, everything the heart desires was there in terms of electricity. We would love to go back to the cottage at any time when we come to the area! Rebecca was very kind and super helpful. The accommodation is in a great location because on the beautiful seafront of Viareggio,which is a charming town. Very comfortable and clean inside. Very equipped kitchen. We came in the spring and we imagine that in the summer season the Spring plant is even more enchanting!Very happy with our stay!We'll be back and highly recommend it!

Amazing place and a super friendly host. The apartment was just like the photos – modern interior, two bathrooms with rainfall showers, strong AC in every room, fast Wi-Fi, and a big, clean pool. There’s a parking spot right near the entrance, and the building feels very safe with two security gates. Would definitely recommend.

Good communication between us and the host……some mechanical issues with the pool and window shades which couldn’t be resolved. Otherwise it was very nice.

Matteo was very friendly and helpful! He shared a lot of tips regarding places to go and eat as well as how to get there. The apartment was nice and spacious, we loved our stay!

Lerici was a great place to stay on our vacation and the apartment was just as described. Very helpful getting the coffee brewer going after we put the wrong pods in by accident. Definitely a great place to stay.

We had a great stay in late September. The house is actually bigger than looks on the photos and the location is perfect for exploring both Tuscany and Cinquterre. The olive oil and honey can be bought on site and are very good! We also enjoyed fresh eggs. The family is very friendly and responsive. Totally recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa. Close to the beach, everything was close by. We stayed here and visited Cinque Terre and Lucca. Would definitely recommend this lovely home.

Francesca and Fabio will give you a warm welcome upon arrival. Villa Jenny is within walking distance of the train station, beach, supermarket, bakery, ice cream parlor, bike rental and nice restaurants. The house is cozily decorated and offers everything you need. The roof terrace is ideal for a private breakfast or reading a book. There's a washing machine & dryer available. So you don't need to bring a lot of clothes. There is plenty of linen available. In short: a fantastic place to discover beautiful Tuscany (by train).

Very kind and helpful host, house in a quiet location and close to the promenade, clean and tidy, with attention to detail and with all the essentials.

We booked late and we were 6 people with 2 cars. The place was perfect for what we wanted. Somewhere with space, clean, parking and walkable to Forte’s beaches, shops and restaurants. The house ticked all the boxes. We would definitely stay there again. We needed to contact the host Simone and he was very responsive and helpful. Book with confidence and enjoy like we did. Daniel's accommodation is as described in the pictures and in the listing and completely sufficient for two people! Everything was very, very clean and well maintained. Daniela was also always personally available to us and very flexible when it came to check-in - thank you very much for that! We had a great time and can recommend the accommodation 100% 🙂

A delightful, well-kept and welcoming cottage, with everything you need. On the Viareggio dock, with free parking nearby. Ade and Gian are two wonderful people, with whom you can share the outdoor space in peace and with whom you can talk pleasantly. Highly recommended!!

We loved our stay at this beautiful house, so close to shops, restaurants , beach and train station. The house was equipped with everything we needed and more, beautiful crockery, glasses the decor and fine detail were outstanding, the outside space was perfect. Would love to go back soon.

Excellent 2-storey villa just outside the first neighborhood by the sea, convenient bike path to reach it in about 20 minutes on foot. Very quiet neighborhood, with a reserved parking space, you can reach the beach in 3 minutes by car, then you look for a parking space. Spacious interiors for families with 1 or more children. We had a great time, downstairs it was very cool, the entrance floor was air-conditioned if needed. Very kind and responsive in all contact occasions. Very pleasant as a stay
