We loved this place so much, highlight of our trip

We had a wonderful time! The hostess was very friendly and accommodating. The house is a real oasis of well-being, surrounded by a beautiful pine forest, which provides a relaxed atmosphere. We were particularly impressed by the great path that leads directly to the beach – perfect for walks and enjoying nature. The large kitchen offers everything you need to cook for the whole group. Particularly attentive was that the hostess brought us a few toys for our friends' child – which made the stay even more enjoyable. We will be happy to come back!

Monica was really flexible about checkin and met us when we arrived to show us around the property. The apartment was private and tucked away from the street so it was really quiet. The main bed was really comfortable and there were extra pillows which is always nice. The tv is a smart tv which was really great! Would definitely recommend.

Very special accommodation directly by the sea! Loved waking up to the sound of the ocean, swimming in the private natural pool down the cliff and admiring beautiful sunsets with the sight of islands at the horizon. In my opinion the house is even more beautiful than in the pictures and has the special charme of a renovated shelter. If you love the ocean and don’t need a lot of comfort this place is for you! We absolutely loved it :) thank you Fabio for hosting us and for the kind communication!

The perfect accommodation for a vacation with a toddler: the location is perfect, because the beach and many good restaurants are within walking distance. The accommodation is perfectly equipped and has more than enough space for children to play and discover - both in the house and outside in the garden. We had very nice days and will definitely come back. We can really recommend the accommodation warmly 😊

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. Actually, it's a small house. Everything was excellently furnished and Anna was very helpful. We were all very comfortable. From the washing machine, dishwasher and WiFi, everything the heart desires was there in terms of electricity. We would love to go back to the cottage at any time when we come to the area! Elisabetta received us super friendly, the communication via mobile phone was very good (through online translators) on site it was a bit more difficult due to the language barrier, but we understood everything so far without Italian knowledge:). The view is beautiful on Lerici, the harbor and the sea, we felt very comfortable and were grateful about the air conditioning (also in the bedroom!) For cooking, the essentials are on site, the car can be parked behind the house. It takes about 15 minutes by car to the sea, in high season it is of course very crowded. So it's nice if you're on your own in the evening. The only thing that bothered me were the neighbors' two small dogs. The neighbors are also friendly, the dogs unfortunately barked until 12am or later on some days. All in all a lovely stay, thank you Elisabetta.

Rebecca was very kind and super helpful. The accommodation is in a great location because on the beautiful seafront of Viareggio,which is a charming town. Very comfortable and clean inside. Very equipped kitchen. We came in the spring and we imagine that in the summer season the Spring plant is even more enchanting!Very happy with our stay!We'll be back and highly recommend it!

Amazing place and a super friendly host. The apartment was just like the photos – modern interior, two bathrooms with rainfall showers, strong AC in every room, fast Wi-Fi, and a big, clean pool. There’s a parking spot right near the entrance, and the building feels very safe with two security gates. Would definitely recommend.

Good communication between us and the host……some mechanical issues with the pool and window shades which couldn’t be resolved. Otherwise it was very nice.

Matteo was very friendly and helpful! He shared a lot of tips regarding places to go and eat as well as how to get there. The apartment was nice and spacious, we loved our stay!

Lerici was a great place to stay on our vacation and the apartment was just as described. Very helpful getting the coffee brewer going after we put the wrong pods in by accident. Definitely a great place to stay.

We loved our stay in Monicas house. We were a group of 6 adults and 2 kids enjoying one week of holiday. The house is big and did not feel crowded at all. The first days we were just amazed over how fantastic the old building was with its beautiful stone floors, high ceilings and windows. The garden is very large and private with a nice pool. The beach is a couple of minutes walk from the house with serveral restaurants close by. Can recommend this house to everyone.

Our stay at Luca's place was just amazing! Even before our arrival, we were impressed by the proactive and friendly communication – Luca was always available and provided us with all the necessary information. He helped us book taxis, which was not so easy due to the limited English skills of the local taxi drivers:-) Particularly noteworthy is the beautiful pool in the garden, built of noble travertine stones – a real oasis of relaxation. Our little mouse learned to swim there. Another highlight was the free access to parasol and sunbeds directly on the beach that Luca organized for us. This made the days by the sea extra relaxing. The location of the house was also perfect: quiet but still central – by bike it was only 5 minutes to the beach. We highly recommend Lucas's house and would love to come back!

Very kind and helpful host, house in a quiet location and close to the promenade, clean and tidy, with attention to detail and with all the essentials.

We booked late and we were 6 people with 2 cars. The place was perfect for what we wanted. Somewhere with space, clean, parking and walkable to Forte’s beaches, shops and restaurants. The house ticked all the boxes. We would definitely stay there again. We needed to contact the host Simone and he was very responsive and helpful. Book with confidence and enjoy like we did. We loved our stay at this beautiful house, so close to shops, restaurants , beach and train station. The house was equipped with everything we needed and more, beautiful crockery, glasses the decor and fine detail were outstanding, the outside space was perfect. Would love to go back soon.

Mauro is a fantastic Host, super helpful and always available. It made us feel at home. Very nice house, structured on two floors with a garden. Perfect for those who have a dog. Great location, in the center of Castiglioncello, where you can walk to beaches, rocks, supermarket, restaurants, shops... everything perfect. I highly recommend the accommodation. Mauro is an exquisite person!

We were here for a week. The is a lovely home. You can walk to the beach and the boulevard in 20 minutes. We will definitely be back.

we have just got back from a week's stay here and we loved every minute. From the friendly welcome from francesca to sitting in the secluded outside area relaxing. The house is really close to the beach and a lovely restaurant just across the road. Everytime I messaged francesca a question she always answered promptly with everything I needed, loved the place and would happily return.
