Clean apartment, great size, air-conditioning in the 2 bedrooms, good quality bed and bath linens, well equipped, great location, well served breakfast, attentive and kind staff. But the best of all was undoubtedly the privileged view of the sea, what a spectacular balcony, I will never forget it!

The guesthouse is spotless! Room was very clean, sheets, pillows, bathroom, everything really spotless! Air-conditioning working perfectly. The common areas such as the swimming pool, kitchen, and green areas of the inn, all very well cared for. Marisa and all the people at the inn are to be congratulated! The bed and breakfast is in the best location for those who want it is right in the centre of Pipa. It is to open the gate of the inn and is at the party. Next to all the bars and restaurants. The bed is very comfortable and we slept with wonder! I recommend and will recommend the bed and breakfast to all friends who want to go to Pipa. I hope to come back soon!

We are a flia of 5. 2 adults and 3 children. The excellent response from the host. We had a pleasant surprise because the location is unbeatable, you are on the beach. BEAUTIFUL VIEW. The photos in the apartment are as is. Breakfast with the necessary, eggs, ham, cheese, fruits and something sweet, coffee with milk, juices, Yogures. We will definitely be back!!! It was a great stay, the space is small, a hotel suite, with a small kitchen structure. But comfortable, very clean and organized. Great location, beachfront. Ideal for a couple. I'd definitely be back.

A great apartment, with the equipment working well, with the exception of the air conditioning control in the double room. But it didn't cause so much trouble, since you could use the air control of the single room. Perfect location, good pool, good breakfast and very friendly and helpful staff.

The apartment is spacious and comfortable, in addition to the outdoor area shared between the other guests being very well cared for, you can see that someone is doing some maintenance all the time to keep everything clean and organized. The balcony has a beautiful view of the garden and the pool, very green, many trees and many birds. There are people at the 24-hour front desk to answer any questions if you need them. Although the daily rate does not include breakfast, you can pay and have access to a hotel cafe. The place also has a bar. As for the home office, the owner Stefan was very requested with us when we asked if the place had tables, he provided 2 tables and office chairs in the apartment during the week we stayed (but this part is good to confirm if it is available or other guests are occupying). The internet is stable and fast, we are able to work without any hindrance. Perfect! Great place for a couple, family, or people working in the home office model.

It's a lovely place! It's pet-friendly; the condo/hotel has a nice structure, a beautiful swimming pool, and services. The place was clean, and Janaina found solutions quickly.

The communication with Antonio was very quiet and he was always very attentive. The site corresponded exactly as the photos and the stay was quiet. I recommend the house to all travelers who want to visit Pipa beach, which is just a short walk from the house.

We were welcomed by Mr. Cláudio and Marina was very attentive and responded to us in an agile way, solving all our doubts. The pool was under maintenance when we arrived, but Mr. Cláudio was very sensitive and proactive in solving this difficulty so that our child could make use of the pool the next day.

Our experience at The View was simply sensational! Since our arrival we have been very well received by Cláudia who promptly introduced us to the space and showed us great places to go. I can not forget also to praise the place, we stayed in the Gizz Suite and the view is to lose my breath. Extremely happy with the days we stayed there!

Great location, next to the parking lot where the buses leave for Natal. Apartment located inside a very beautiful hotel, with a pool in the room and also a larger one in the common area. Excellent bed and bathroom, I would definitely stay again.
