Holiday rentals with beach access in Tibau do Sul

Very good location. Close to the beach and the main street. Nice view from the balcony overlooking the sea. Standard resort apartment with all you need for a few days. For us the bed was a bit firm, but that is a personal preference. There are some noise from a disco up the hill, but the bedroom is more shielded from the sound than the living room, so was not such a big problem. The resort was almost empty when we stayed there so was very private. Unfortunately the pool looked very dirty so we never used it. Also the restaurant was closed 2 days. I guess because of low season or week days stay. We had to wear bracelets to identify we stayed in the building even though we had to leave and pick up the key from reception every time leaving or coming back, so felt a bit unneccessary. These are all property matters and has nothing to do with the airbnb. Flávia was very friendly, flexible and responded quickly. We recommend staying here because of the location and the views.

It was very nice to host with Victor. The condominium is very nice, very well located, a fantastic structure. We have breakfast (paid) at the condominium's restaurant. worth every penny. The pool is impeccable. The only thing that caught attention is the furniture in the apartment that is already a bit spoiled. But what matters was perfect that they are: the beds, air-conditioning and showers. The apartment is large and very comfortable, it's worth staying! It is near the main street of Pipa where the main restaurants and bars of the city are located. we left the car in the parking lot and did everything on foot. Worth a lot, we'll be back soon and we'll be in the same place!

Great location, close to the beach and close to the center. We did everything on foot. The only question is that due to the proximity of the center, it has music until dawn. Even so, I recommend it.

Pipa is too amazing! Ricardo's house is close to the beach of love, the centrinho and the chapadão. We didn't take the car once, we did everything on foot. Since we already knew pipa, we stayed in the region that we liked the most. The condominium is great, we feel super safe.

The place is very well located, close to the center, which made it possible for us to do everything on foot. In addition, the structure met all our needs, everything was clean and comfortable! We hope to come back more often!

From the moment we booked through the Helena platform she contacted us and throughout the process before arriving at the place we had constant communication. At the moment we arrived, we were struck by the perfect location of the house with the proximity to the main beaches such as do amor and downtown, also with supermarkets. Helena and the father welcomed us amazing! They gave us a full explanation of some locations of restaurants, beaches, supermarkets, and reference places. At all times we felt at home and every time we needed something Helena and her father attended us. The accommodation is as shown in the photo and has all the comforts to have a good stay. On the last day we got together for a barbecue with them. Lastly, I want to emphasize that Helena is a professional Chef and has an amazing menu menu I recommend trying shrimp fish! Tremendo!.

Our stay was wonderful, the house is just like the one in the photo and even better! In addition to being very well located and we were able to do several walking tours. The chalet is very well located, close to supermarkets, pharmacies, bakery, centrinho and with a short walk we arrive at the beach, which by the way are beautiful! The well-equipped chalet as in the ad, ideal for two couples and Roberto always responded quickly. Pousada wooded village with a warm pool. Voltaria e indico!

I do not know where to begin the report of my stay. The house is just perfect. Smell sheets, bath towels, pool towels. The details of the decoration are of a whim, of a zeal that you are even afraid to play rs The kitchenware is beautiful, including some of the kite pieces, manufactured there (I found the store and I went to buy hahaha) Important carry repellent and take care of the monkeys who visit the house in the morning looking for food. The house is in front of a hotel, we even had lunch there one day and we love it. I recommend it! The centrinho is around 1,300 km for a super quiet walk and any taxi ride is 30.00 (tabulated price). Anyway, you would stay here for hours reporting every detail. I will definitely return with my family to enjoy this cute house again. Comfortable bed, everything as described, right in the center, close to everything. We only went to Madeiro on foot, but the rest we did everything on foot. It was wonderful. Rafaela was very helpful and attentive to messages, she helped us with everything we needed. I'll be back soon.

Wow this place was amazing! Our dear friends were getting married next door at Kilumbo Villas. And their whole family book the resort. So we looked for something close by. The bride and groom came to visit us at the house and said we should’ve booked this instead and given you our room at Kilumbo. The house breathes with nature and you can hear waves crashing and the wind through the palms in the front. The bedroom doors open to the yard, each with its own individual hammock. Adrianno was always there when we needed him for questions or to do general maintenance. They were kind enough to have 5 gallons of fresh water for us which we drank quickly as we were having so much fun. The driveway takes a little bit of tactical skill. Be careful to not take the dirt road to Pipa at night or when it rains because you may have kind Brazilian people helping you get unstuck in the morning. We have been to Bora Bora, Fiji, and Hawaii and this was our favorite place. Cheers

Excellent cost-benefit! Near the center (not 10 min walking) and far enough away for the night to be quiet! You can do everything by walk! I went to the chapadão (+-30min) and to the Madero beach (+-40min) quietly. The pool is outstanding for the post beach to relax! And the space of the apartment is also very good!

The condominium is wonderful, with an amazing pool of heated water. We decided to use the barbecue on short notice and the hosts were very quick and gentle in booking the space for us. the house is comfortable and the kitchen has the necessary equipment. I recommend it!

The apartment where we stayed is beautiful, inside an extremely beautiful condominium, well wooded and with a sensational swimming pool. Great location, you can enjoy all the excitement of downtown Pipa (which is 900m away) and still relax with all comfort and tranquility. There were 7 of us and the house accommodated us very comfortably. I recommend the experience!

The place is very nice. In the heart of Pipa, a few meters from the mall and the beach in the center. It is a 10-minute walk to Praia do Amor and Baia dos Golfinhos. The apartment is super comfortable, it has all the amenities. The pool is very nice and has a beautiful view of the beach. It is highly recommended, we will definitely be back.
