I had a lovely stay at Rosane's place. The moment I walked into the house I felt at home. The house is located in a quiet area, and it is very peaceful to be here. You can walk to the center, it is 15 minutes walking. The road is a bit hard to walk on, but this is everywhere in Pipa. The WIFI is super good. Good vibes, lovely atmosphere. I can not say enough how much I enjoyed my stay here. Muito Obrigadaa por todooo.

The place is impeccable, every corner you notice the care and dedication of making a cozy space, 🤍 the pool is amazing, the kitchen well equipped, perfect for resting. I loved my experience very much! The house is very beautiful, with nature in you, all very well organized and with beautiful decorations. The city offers a lot of privacy and is close by car to the center of Pipa. I felt at home! I recommend and would return!

The flat is well located, the condominium is beautiful and the pool is a delight! The communication with the host was quick and he gave us local recommendations. The apartment is very cozy and structured, a single detail that is worth mentioning is the bathroom being in the same environment only with the division by box, which does not harm the experience.

The Daniela property is just amazing. It's not the first time we've been staying and once again it was very enjoyable. Very kind and friendly host. The flat was very clean and organized. Around there is everything you need, bars, restaurants, conveniences… My husband and I need to work, and we managed peacefully, very good internet and silence inside the apartment helped a lot. I recommend it again and I will come back many times.

Excellent cost-benefit! Near the center (not 10 min walking) and far enough away for the night to be quiet! You can do everything by walk! I went to the chapadão (+-30min) and to the Madero beach (+-40min) quietly. The pool is outstanding for the post beach to relax! And the space of the apartment is also very good!

The apartment where we stayed is beautiful, inside an extremely beautiful condominium, well wooded and with a sensational swimming pool. Great location, you can enjoy all the excitement of downtown Pipa (which is 900m away) and still relax with all comfort and tranquility. There were 7 of us and the house accommodated us very comfortably. I recommend the experience!
