Family-friendly holiday rentals in Thornton

Was a nice peaceful stay for the most part. The pools were nice to swim in although it seems not everyone seemed to want to follow the pool rules. Doesn't help that there were no lifeguards to ensure kids remained safe other than the parents. A few times I saw individuals in the pool water with either glass or an open drink in hand. Saw kids diving into the pool and even witnessed a few hurt themself. But other than that, the hot tub was so lovely to soak in. The arcade room was fun to play in. It was cool to see there was a lot to be able to do in the area for yourself. Definitely wish there was more to do in the area other than the classic tourists spots. A lot of beautiful spots to hike. We ended up checking out Diana's Bath and it was a gorgeous spot to watch cascading waterfalls or have a tiny dip. Would definitely check out this space again and maybe spend a few more days to truly appreciate the environment and mountains ^-^

we had a great time! the house was very clean and the location was perfect. just a short walk to the lake, which was very peaceful. the host was responsive and answered all of our questions.

I’ve been to North Conway many times and this one was one of my favorites. The location is perfect and the space is wonderful. You’re at the center of everything and it’s a great location for families. I will definitely use this location again the next time I come to North Conway.

The place was great. Quiet with beautiful views. Lots of games which was helpful because it rained a lot during our stay. 10/10 would recommend and stay again. Host was very helpful and kind. The woman that cleaned the pool was also very sweet. My 8 year old was itching to swim in the freezing pool when it wasn’t quite ready and she offered to come to our room and let us know when she was done. Thank you for having us!

This is a great place up in the white mountains, we were able to enjoy nature and the amenities of town. beautiful place. Enjoyed our stay very much.

We love this area of New Hampshire and this is as our first time staying at the Nordic lodge. Mikes condo was very nice with new carpets and very comfortable furniture. Both the indoor and outdoor pool areas and the pools themselves were very clean. Would go back here and stay again.

Natalia’s home was beautiful! We stayed for a winter ice fishing weekend with a few couples, including dogs and babies. The home was right on the ice, which was perfect for our purpose. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and be comfortable. The living room seating was particularly great- everyone always had a comfy spot to sit. We enjoyed our stay!

We had a wedding to attend at The Barn on the Pemi. Vikis place is literally only a 4 min drive away! Great place to stay for any event here. Very peaceful !

We loved staying at this home. Everything was as just what we wanted and more. Especially having toys and a play room for the kids is always a plus. Very local and central to everything we wanted to do. James and the others were very responsive with any questions we had and super easy to communicate with. Will definitely be looking to stay again.

Our stay was wonderful at the cabin. The cabin was clean and centrally located to winter activities. Andrea was very responsive. Cant wait to go back again

Always a great stay at Jeff and Jayne's cabin. I think this was our 8th stay here and as always, a wonderful place to stay near Gunstock and Lake Winnipesauke.

Highly recommend for a couple looking for a weekend getaway. My wife and I had a lovely stay here. We were in town for a wedding in Jackson and this was a perfect location only 7 mins up the road (gorgeous backroad drive). Check-in was easy, Barbara was lovely to communicate with, and accommodations were exactly what we needed. Cute little studio with everything we needed (kitchen, bathroom, comfy bed) and a beautiful view of the river and mountains. Very peaceful stay and would definitely stay again if ever back in town. The mountain Chalet was great! I had a nice and peaceful stay up there with my dog! When we arrived there was an adorable welcome basket with stuff for both of us! The chalet was adorable and had everything we needed for the weekend! We loved hanging in the sun porch and playing in the backyard. The location was also great close to a lot of walking trails and hikes. I would definitely recommend staying here!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Lisa’s house in our white mountains foliage trip. Very quiet and stunning views of the mountains in color right in the living room. Secluded location but very short drive to Jackson and Conway. We would be happy to return again. Highly recommended!

The condo was nicely stocked and had everything we needed for our family. Extra blankets in each closet and the beds were so comfortable! Easy to find and very close to the mountain we were skiing at for the week. Clubhouse with the pool was also within walking distance which was a huge plus.

We had a lovely stay at the condo. It was the most comfy place to get snowed in. We received about a foot of snow the night we checked in and Seasons was very helpful to continually plow and shovel walkways. We explored the property and had fun sledding down hills with our tube. The condo is very clean and comfortable and has everything you may need. It was still decorated for the holidays which was a nice touch as well. The electric fireplaces worked great and were so pretty to look at. All of the furniture was very cozy and comfortable. The carpet throughout is great on cold days. We highly recommend a sleigh ride at Nestlenook farm if staying in the winter. Living Shores Aquarium is down the block and a great place to visit with kids. Diana’s Baths is a short drive away and beautiful to explore in the snow. Our daughter loved seeing the frozen waterfall. There are lots of restaurants nearby. We can’t wait to come back and see it during the summer months.

Beautiful place, has everything you might need. Very convenient location , close to storyland, restaurants and convenience stores . The restaurant recommendations from the host were great

We had a wonderful stay here! We were up for a weekend to enjoy the snow and mountains and appreciated how close it was to everything we planned. We had a snow storm the second night and the grounds maintenance was perfect, we had no problem walking right out the door. We would recommend heading for a stay!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Waterville. The condo is cozy and conveniently located in a quiet complex with easy access to the Rec. Center and the Town Square, where we enjoyed New Year's fireworks. Elizabeth sent us a lot of info ahead of time and was responsive to our questions. We would definitely stay here again. We loved our stay and couldn't have felt more at home. Condo has everything you need and the hosts were so kind. Plenty of space for our family of 4 but could easily fit 6. Location is ideal for families to explore all Bartlett has to offer. Highly recommend and can't wait to come back!

We had a fantastic stay at Mercedes' home in Lincoln. Everything was spotless and well-prepared upon our arrival. The space was even larger than the photos suggested, providing plenty of room for our family. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was a huge plus, making our stay even more comfortable. Mercedes was incredibly responsive and flexible, which was especially helpful with our little ones. The location was perfect—right in town and just a six-minute drive to Loon. The game room in the basement was a fantastic bonus that everyone enjoyed. Thank you, Mercedes, for a wonderful stay!
