We had an amazing time. The accommodation was very clean, tidy, with a great view of Lake Geneva, close to downtown Evian on foot. Sophia and Philippe were very responsive, we thank them for their responsiveness, and their sympathy.

Very clean and comfortable, and Mike was respectful and responsive! Highlight #1 - fast, reliable internet; I worked remotely for the week and had no issues. Highlight #2 - across from train station; this was a great base for taking day trips out of Geneva, and access to a grocery store (Migros) that stays open past 7:00pm :)

Very nice cozy peaceful apartment overlooking the park side with a beautiful lake view in the shade for very hot days. Everything is done for a pleasant stay, the air conditioning is a real plus. Nice little house with a very nice view of the lake. The place is quiet and relaxing. The decor is minimalist, a little cold. The whole place is clean, you just have to sweep a little dust on the ground floor when you move in. My husband, my 22-year-old son and I had a very good relaxing stay of 4 days. Accurate listing. Small but functional, perfect for two people and for a weekend. Clean and well-equipped. The plus: view of the lake from the bedroom corner. The small downsides: very cramped bedroom area and fairly small parking space, requires some maneuvering despite a medium-sized vehicle.

we spent the weekend of the ascent under the sun facing Mont Blanc , the chalet is in a very quiet area with splendid views. It is very functional with a typical Savoyard decor. Thanks to Theo for the quality brought to this place. We'd love to come back.

Highly recommend for a charming stay on lake Geneva. Our family had plenty of space and the apartment had everything you would need. Hugo went above when we were in need of a corkscrew and had one of the neighbors drop one off for us to enjoy our wine!

Our stay was a real enchanted break! You can't get tired of the view of the house. The setting is idyllic and the environment peaceful. The house has canoes that we had the chance to use in the middle of the sunset. We felt very good during our stay: clean and well-equipped kitchen, quality bedding.. the house is spacious, everyone has their own space. We highly recommend this place and will not hesitate to return if we have a chance!

A fantastic retreat right on the lake – with a lot of privacy, great for relaxing and enjoying. The lovingly renovated house captivates with its original furnishings and its own charm. The well-kept garden invites you to linger and play. The location is particularly practical: shopping, public transport and beautiful excursion destinations are within easy reach (also within walking distance). All around a perfect place for a relaxing break.

What a lovely apartment in a vibrant and walkable area of Geneva! The apartment is on the top floor with a view of Lake Geneva on one side and a view of the neighborhood on the other. The apartment is beautifully appointed and quiets down around 10 or 11 pm at night, with a bit of pleasant street noise until then. There are lots of restaurants and cafés, and it's one block from an enormous and beautiful park. We enjoyed taking coffee at Chou, just one block over. We loved our stay and would absolutely stay here again when we're back in Geneva.

The hosts have equipped it very well and do everything to make you feel at home: good bedding, array of towels/bathrobe, basic products available, small appliances of all kinds, nothing is missing! The accommodation is located in the center of Evian with a parking space which is very convenient. The icing on the cake: the view of the lake!

Great place to visit Lausanne and the neighbouring towns. 10 min walk to the station and 20 min by train to Lausanne station. Great appartement to stay with a baby/toddler! Anne provided all amenities for our little one to feel at home (including the bath). He especially loved the box of toys. Nice to be able to enjoy a small garden & terrasse. Anne has always been very responsive, despite our delayed arrival. And it is very convenient to have a host living not so far
