Welcome to this cozy, peaceful and central place! 5 minutes from the main street of the city center and a few minutes from the lake, in a quiet area and a very well maintained building, you will be at home in this beautiful studio. This accommodation is 32 m2, it has a separate kitchen and a 160 cm sofa bed. It was recently refurbished. Old fireplace (out of order), triple exposures with lake view... It consists of an independent bedroom area under the roofs on the upper level, a living area, equipped kitchen, living room (TV & internet) on the middle level (entrance) and a bathroom and toilet (washing machine, dressing room) on the lower level.

It is opposite the Tourist Office and the funicular which allows you to reach the port of Thonon. New: Place 86 of the underground the belvedere is reserved for you (be careful to follow the entry instructions). Arvi pas (goodbye in Savoyard patois)

The apartment corresponds exactly to the pictures and is very clean and conveniently located. The area is very quiet with a beautiful natural garden and lots of greenery in the area with old trees, which you can fully enjoy on the terrace. Emmanuelle and Stephan are very helpful with problems and questions. I can recommend the apartment.

This is a great place to stay, you feel at home straight away, kitchen has all you need for cooking at home, pristine appartement. Carrefour at walking distance and only 20 minutes walking to the port area. Morgane is very responsive and was giving clear instructions. Highly recommend this very cosy place.

We had a great time at Fabrice’s and his families tiny house. It might be tiny (like the size of a shipping container) but there’s everything in it you need and it’s clean. The highlight is the lovely terrace with a view right towards lac leman. Fabrice is very nice & helpful and living with his family directly next to the tiny house. Anyway we felt that our privacy was deeply respected. The neighborhood is quiet (we slept like babies) and the Harbour/ port with restaurants is only ten minutes by foot away. Total recommendation!

That was a great place to explore Lake Geneva area on the Swiss side. A very easy/nice 40ish minute drive to Lake Geneva. It was a pretty quiet area with a few grocery stores just down the road. My husband and I walked about a mile one way to the bigger grocery store in the area. A nice walk if you are into walking. I felt very safe running in the morning down along the lake. Great view from apartment. Jimmy was great at answering all of my questions. He met us there at check in which was a huge help as I know I would have had a heck of a time finding it. I also left my Zima dental travel container there and Jimmy was nice enough to mail it back to me. Apartment was very clean and we felt we had enough room for our family of 4. I also felt the price was a good deal.
