The place is in the center of Evian and very accessible. The flat is cozy, spacious, tidy and very clean. Magali gave us clear and detailed instructions, she is very responsive and communicates proactively. We will be coming back. Definitely at 5 🌟

This was by far the most satisfying accommodation during our trip to Switzerland. The apartment is beautifully designed, reflecting the host’s elegant and refined taste throughout. Everything was perfectly arranged and well equipped, which made our stay extremely comfortable. The location was excellent, and the spacious balcony offered a stunning view of the lake. Staying here made the end of our journey truly special.

Axel's place was absolutely amazing – super clean, lovingly decorated, and perfectly equipped. The location was quiet, but still well connected, so you could reach everything quickly. Axel was an attentive and friendly host who was always available for any questions. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back!

This small, comfortable and stylish apartment is just across the road from the beautiful Lake Leman - you can watch the world go by from the balcony. The apartment is also close to the historic town centre, with its stunning buildings and it is great for public transport links too. We didn't have a car and found travelling around easy. This was an amazing slice of heaven to wind down at the end of our trip. The views are spectacular and this tiny town is beautiful!

Everything was perfect! The apartment is in a beautiful location right by the lake, so we spent wonderful evenings on the balcony enjoying the sunset. It's very spacious — even bigger than we expected — spotlessly clean, and furnished with love. We’ll definitely come back again!

A perfect stay. The apartment is perfectly located, with a magnificent view of the lake and close to many restaurants (we highly recommend the Peruvian restaurant Terrenal). Accurate listing. Small but functional, perfect for two people and for a weekend. Clean and well-equipped. The plus: view of the lake from the bedroom corner. The small downsides: very cramped bedroom area and fairly small parking space, requires some maneuvering despite a medium-sized vehicle.

Highly recommend for a charming stay on lake Geneva. Our family had plenty of space and the apartment had everything you would need. Hugo went above when we were in need of a corkscrew and had one of the neighbors drop one off for us to enjoy our wine!

Beautiful house, right on Lake Geneva. Swimming area within walking distance (200m). Plenty of parking. Terrace around the house with lake and mountain views. Nice and quiet. Best accommodation I've ever had.

About 30 minutes away from Annecy. Easily accessible by bus and bike. lovely, quiet spot. plenty of kitchen space to cook your own meals. nice outdoor area. Our host responded very quickly whenever we needed him.
