Great apartment in an outstanding location . Immediately adjacent to a most beautiful park . Very peaceful yet within easy reach of absolutely everything. The host Roland is excellent : flexible re check in and departure and very kindly collected me from the airport and also returned me there . Tellement super : 5 🌟

Clear instructions, and nothing to say about cleanliness! However, be careful because the staircase to access the accommodation is narrow for people with mobility issues. Otherwise spotless!

In short, this beachside apartment was everything we hoped for—quiet, beautiful, welcoming, and relaxing. We’d happily return for a longer stay next time and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat by the sea, whether you’re a couple, a solo traveler, or bringing along a furry friend. The apartment was cozy, clean, and thoughtfully designed. Though it’s a small place, it had everything we needed for our stay. The bed was very comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was calming—simple, yet with charming personal touches that made it feel like home. The kitchen was well-equipped. One thing we really appreciated was how pet-friendly the apartment was. Not every place is open to dogs, but here we felt completely welcome with ours.

Our stay was perfect, thanks again to the advice and hospitality of Régis who is an impeccable host, available, warm and good advice for visiting the area around the accommodation. We will keep a very good memory of our stay in Coursan.

Pierre's house was beautiful! I stayed with family of six adults. We were greeted by the lovely Michelle who showed us round. The house is perfectly and stylishly kitted out with everything you could need. The pool area was a fantastic place to relax, eat meals, swim and play table tennis! We spent most of our time there when not out exploring the region. Pierre recommended the Vin Bikes wine tasting tour. Highly recommend this. Amazing electric mountain bike tour of the local scenery and vinyards with a local guide, followed by wine tasting with local cheeses under the shade of a large olive tree. It was perfect. The location is great for driving to several iconic historical towns, cities and beaches. Pierre and Michelle were always reachable to answer any questions. Check out was a breeze. Would stay again! Thank you!

Super nice place to stay. Located in a small private forest and right on the beach. Very quiet, beautiful garden with pool. House also first class. Each bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Overall, a clear recommendation.

Let me start by saying wow! We had an exceptional family stay in this charming, peaceful, and beautifully equipped home. Everything was absolutely perfect, from the pristine cleanliness to the top-notch amenities that exceeded our highest expectations. The warm and serene atmosphere of the house made it easy to relax and fully enjoy our time there. We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. Everything was perfect and exactly as described in the listing. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. Ms. Domique was incredibly helpful throughout my stay and assisted with everything I needed. Sabrina was also fantastic - she responded to all my questions very quickly and was very understanding and accommodating. The Host was professional, kind, and made me feel welcome. I would definitely recommend this place to other travelers and would be happy to stay here again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay. Catherine and her husband were lovely. I told her that we had an early flight but there was no rush to get the apartment ready before the stated check in time however, they rang us to say that it was ready well before. The apartment is in the perfect location right on the beach with a huge balcony that gets the hot morning sun, perfect for some private sunbathing and you can even sit and watch the kids playing on the beach from it! We had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable. The beach was quiet on week days and busier on the weekend. We loved having the pool which was always clean and has a shallow end for the kids. There are restaurants just down the road with friendly staff and you can walk up the beach to the main town and harbour or take the bus from right outside the apartment. All in all we loved our stay and would definitely stay at Catherine's again!
