This is a cozy villa on the edge of the spa town with a very elegant garden where squirrels come in in the morning for food.The hiking trail entrance from the spa is 100m away and you can climb the mountain at your leisure in the morning.There is also a big supermarket next to it, which is very convenient.Ten minutes walk to the center of the spa.

Stephanie was not at home, but had taken care of everything down to the last detail. Breakfast was also ready. What hospitality! she was flexible.

Very nice room and bathroom as described. Excellent attention to detail and excellent cleanliness. Very close to the station and the historic center which you can easily reach on foot in a few minutes. Very kind and attentive hosts to the needs of customers. Definitely to be recommended.

Big house with good lighting and large garden and barbecue. Quiet neighborhood. Well-equipped kitchen.

Very pleasant stay, everything neat and all convenience available. Work is still being done on the residence, 3rd bathroom is still being renovated. In the attic room, you could sometimes hear the noise from outside, but that died down again around midnight. Highly recommended for a pleasant stay in Huy!

Great stay in Liège! The place was clean, well decorated and perfectly equipped. Special mention for the rooftop, a real favorite: ideal for a coffee in the morning or a drink at the end of the day with a nice view of the city. The location is great, close to the center and amenities. Responsive and welcoming host. I recommend it without hesitating and would be happy to come back!

Lovely house! Very cosy, three bedrooms in an up and coming area. Lot’s of toys which our daugther (4) and son (1) loved!

Impeccable accommodation, a little sporty on the stairs. Julien is very responsive and cares about his guests. Shops and the highway are close to the accommodation without nuisance even outside the accommodation

We had a great stay at Dirk‘s place! The house is spacious and clean with everything you need for a stay. It is situated in a quiet residential neighborhood with shops and cafés close by. The central station is 10 mins on foot away, the city centre begins right afterwards. I definitely recommend the accommodation for a city trip!

Beautiful place to stay and great hosts The place is beautiful and you immediately feel comfortable. The hosts were super nice and helpful. The bedding was very pleasant, and there were bath towels as well as a washing machine next to the garage. It was especially nice that I was brought a bike to explore the surroundings. The welcome was warm, and hosts made a list of restaurant recommendations and recreational opportunities. There are also maps for bike routes, books, etc. The location is ideal: shops can be reached in about 7 minutes, Atlantis (Tomatis therapy) only max. 4-minute walk. All you have to do is cross a one-way street. I highly recommend this place and would come back anytime!

We loved this house! It was spacious, clean, comfortable and had all the amenities. The location was perfect-right in one of the cutest Maastricht neighborhoods!We walked everywhere-to great shopping, restaurants, clubs and parks. Every morning, we would wake up and stroll along the river to try different cafes. The hosts were incredible. We would definitely stay here again!

The apartment is very close to the rail station - important if you travel by train. From the station the tram takes you directly to the city center. The apartment is on two levels: two bedrooms upstairs with the large living area and a kitchen below. Suitable for a big family with a lot of beds. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything. Philippe met us in person when we arrived (he lives in the same house) and explained everything inside the apartment. We spent there 4 nights and were quite satisfied with our experience.

The apartment(s) are very well equipped, the location is beautiful next to the river and the communication with Joel and Florian was great. Would highly recommend!

Dorus was wonderful. He took the time to pick me up from the train station and show me around the house, following which I had complete privacy for the entirety of my stay. He remained extremely responsive and kind by text. The house itself was also excellent, very clean and comfortable living environment meeting all of my needs, and in a relatively central location within Maastricht. Dorus even provided me his bicycle during my stay, which was extremely useful (and convenient!) for getting around the city -- the bike ride to the older parts of town across the river took less than 10 minutes, and became an almost daily recurrence due to ease. Overall a wonderful experience, would highly recommend to other travelers going to Maastricht for any duration of time who are looking for privacy, comfort and a beautiful living space.

Best location possible. Entry was super easy which was perfect for a late arrival. House was warm and cozy on arrival, welcoming after a cold travel day. Rooms were immaculate and amenities were perfect. Owner was extremely responsive. We loved the location for proximity to all the local sights and it was on a quiet side street. Free public parking was only a 7 minute walk with luggage, closer paid parking 2 minute walk. If we go back we would absolutely stay here. Loved the local guides in several languages.

The location is perfect. The house is as described in the pictures. I don't know if it's described, but the second bedroom is a walk-through room from the first bedroom and shared bathroom. It didn't bother us as a family and we had a lovely time.
