Anne-Sophie is a great hostess. The house is furnished with vintage furniture and is very charming. The kitchen is super equipped. The location is very central and you can reach all the sights and the old town in a few minutes. It was clean, the beds were comfortable and Anne-Sophie gave us tips on markets in the area. Since the house has several floors, you should be able to climb stairs well a clear recommendation 😊 from us

We had a lovely time at this beautiful and tastefully renovated house. Very good bedding. Quiet area close to the beach. Only one dishwasher was missing 😉

Beautifully decorated and furnished house opposite the ramparts, so a lovely walk into town. Wonderfully comfortable beds, everywhere spotless. Kitchen very well equipped. Definitely recommend.

We had an amazing stay. We came with our 4 year old and there was so much to do. The location was ideal and you could walk to most places and the public transport was so easy and reliable too, so even when you did venture further out it was easy. The house was great and had nice, big bedrooms. The kitchen was incredible and you could easily do some proper cooking while there. The air bnb also came with a very cute dog and cat which our daughter adored! I would absolutely come back again :)

This home is gorgeously decorated and spacious for our family of 5. Each floor has its own charm and beauty with green plants lighting up the spaces. As other reviews noted there are a great deal of stairs, but that leads to a lot of space for the entire family.

Francis is a great host. The flexible hours he offered for our luggage during check-in and check-out and the fact that everything was thought of for us provided great comfort. If we go again, it will be our first choice. 🩵

We had a lovely stay at Donatienne's home! we loved the fact that the place was spacious, modern and had a lot of green & big windows, it felt very much like a dream home. We loved our stay here. The ground floor living space was a perfect mix of open plan with separate areas and we loved the garden and pool. The rn40 bus stops about 5 minutes away and was great for getting into the northern part of Brussels from where there was easy access to the underground stations and mainline stations. This is perfect for a family wanting a base to explore Brussels and Belgium. Top marks from us!

We were there with three adults and a 3-year-old child. The accommodation was clean, the train and the beach were perfect to reach. The contact with the landlords was smooth. My daughter and we all felt very comfortable!

This apartment is very nice, it perfectly matches the description of the photos and the owner is very attentive and responds very quickly to all your questions. It's in a good place.

Dimitri’s place was a great spot for all of our family during our stop in Brussels. There was 6 of us and plenty of room for all of us to relax and enjoy the space. Very collective house with nice Art and atmosphere. The location is close to public transit and lots of great restaurants. We were there through Sunday and Monday and do know that lots are closed on those days. The house doesn’t have a “manual” but Dimitri personally walked us through the space and showed us everything, including where to park if you have a car. If you have questions, he was quick to respond..The kitchen has plenty of cooking tools, the only item needing to be addressed is the knobs on the stove. The house is very big, and you will get plenty of steps in there. Due be warned, if you have issues climbing stairs this might not be your first choice, but if you don’t mind then it’s a great option.

Jérémie’s house feels like a home as soon as you walk in. Really great place, with a private front patio, large and well equipped kitchen, cozy living room, very comfortable beds, and nice showers. Jérémie is a very thoughtful host. He made a guest book with detailed information about local restaurants, pubs, grocery stores, things to do, and available transportation. He gave us many tips on things to do and see and places to eat at, in Brussels, Brugge, and Ghent. He texted and checked in on us, and gave us flexibility with checking in and out. Grocery stores are about 5 minutes away walking distance. There is a park nearby. It feels perfectly safe to walk in the area even after dark. We loved our experience and would love to come back one day!

Stayed with my wife and 8 months old daughter. The property was easy to find, a short walk from the 48 bus if arriving at midi station. The property is very well equipped spread over 3 levels. The kitchen has everything you need and the bedrooms and bathrooms are a very good size. We didn't use the middle layer but again it was a very open space. The floors throughout are hard so something to consider with toddlers but there are soft mats/rugs dotted around. There are also a decent amount of stairs which get the legs fired up in the morning. The property was well kept and clean throughout and the welcome pack was a nice touch. The location of the property is excellent, less than 10 minutes walk to the grand place and lots of bus stops around. We had an unfortunate mixup with the cot on the first night being smaller than anticipated but Damien and Jean-Marc arranged for a replacement very quickly which was greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend this property to anyone 👍🏻

Our stay at Maarten and Petra’s place was great! The house is very comfortable and well equipped which really made our holiday very relaxing despite our bad luck with the weather.. They provided a lot of things for our two year old son which made packing way easier and he really enjoyed playing with the different toys and games! We did some nice walks in the area and enjoyed some other recommendations. Would definitely recommend!

The townhouse is in a central location, but still in a very quiet side street. Everything is within walking distance. The house is in good and well maintained condition. It has a fully equipped kitchen and plenty of bedrooms. Check in went smoothly and Cathy always had quick and helpful answers ready!

We (two couples) spent five nights at Blossom and Bloom and it filled every need we had for visiting the area. Beds were comfortable, two full bathrooms and a half bath on the main floor. Coming from Canada we appreciated the bug screens on two of the bedroom windows so we could have them open all day and night since there is no AC. The kitchen area is well equipped and we enjoyed sitting in the private garden. It was a 14 minute walk to the train station for our day trips, 15 minutes to two large grocery stores and 10 minutes to the laundromat. The information package we received from Lander before our arrival was very helpful. It was a very easy 15 minute walk to Old Town as well. We also ate at two restaurants in the neighbourhood and enjoyed the food.

The saint gilles area of Brussels is where we like the best and this accommodation offers a great family living space to act as a base for sightseeing in Brussels or merely chilling in saint gilles

Top location within walking distance of restaurants, activities, dance cafés. Ideal for a bachelor weekend. Cozy house, good beds, plenty of space. Blissful roof terrace in good weather. Definitely recommended!
