Top location, quiet area but still close to everything. A better bed and coffee maker would have made it even better 🤪

Everything was as expected and in perfect order. We stayed with two people at the place and had plenty of space. Four people will also fit easily, with six it might be a bit cramped. Will definitely come back, if I visit the area again.

Seli is a first class host, very friendly and helpful, we had a memorable stay in a very charming accommodation, in the middle of spectacular nature. all in all it worth what i paid and definitely i'll come back here again.

Sabrina’s place is very nice, super clean, spacious, well equipped. There are walks you can do straight from the house which we appreciated and enjoyed. Sabrina was very friendly, gave us many recommendations and she was very fast in responding.

Everything about it was excellent!!! Where Airbnb's can often be disappointing in real life, it was much better this time than in the photos. The garden was so beautifully maintained, it was truly a breathtaking fairytale. We were welcomed by her parents, and were allowed to come quietly a few hours earlier. The Airbnb was very homely, not with those cheap furniture. The kitchen had everything you could need. It was super clean and it smelled nice too. A mini small downside is that 1 of the double beds is a bit on the small side. But all in all we really had a very nice stay and I would recommend it to anyone! 💖

Small pleasant house, well decorated and quiet. The bedding is very comfortable and the services offered in the description are present. The host is very responsive in case of questioning. Small recommendation: offer a travel cot and good restaurant addresses in the area ☺️

This accommodation exceeded our expectations. A spacious house with lots of sleeping places but not fully built. Fantastic kitchen with many possibilities and spacious living room to relax together. We were warmly welcomed by the host, Heidi. She is not accessible and easily accessible. The area is also beautiful. Close to the center of Roetgen but finally far enough to be in a quiet area. Roetgen itself is a good base for several beautiful walks in the Eifel area.

We had a great time. It is a nice apartment in a nice area.

We had a great weekend at the place. You could relax wonderfully, had direct connections to several hiking trails and we liked the evenings in the hot tub. A little more equipment (toilet paper, salt, pepper, oil...) could be available for the price - but we knew that beforehand and stocked ourselves accordingly. The place is relatively clairaudient and you can tell that the building transferred is "superficially" renovated, yet everything is modern and tidy. The kitchen is perfectly equipped with dishes / plates etc. so you can also run the dishwasher and still have sets available. Regarding the outdoor exposure and the inactive jets in the pool, I close the previous reviews. Overall, we enjoyed it!

Wow, the place exceeded our expectations. Firstly, Nicolas stayed in communication with me and promptly responded to any messages. He was friendly and gave us some great recommendations for the area. The apartment was absolutely spotless and had everything you may need. We felt right at home and appreciated the welcome bottle of Cava. I was impressed to see that they even provided a variety of pantry items for us to use. There is a new apartment block being built close by, but it didn’t completely obstruct the view of the stunning forest. This was by far one of the best Airbnb’s I’ve used. It delivered on all it promised and more. Thank you Nicolas and family.

We loved our stay in Philippe and Annie's apartment. Very spacious and very well equipped. Especially the large smart TV was appreciated by my son. We would definitely book here again if we were to be back in Spa

Jean-Luc was one of the friendliest and most thoughtful hosts I've had so far. The apartment was very nice and comfortable, and Spa is a nice and cozy place to stay. I am very satisfied with my stay.

Quietly located house with in the immediate vicinity possibility of hiking. We therefore enjoyed the beautiful panoramas when hiking close and a little further. The house is spacious and well cared for and with lots of household goods, pots, pans, etc. The house is very clean and well maintained. There is a large garden with slide and swing that the grandchildren enjoyed. The deer regularly passed by at the end of the garden. Liselotte is flexible and always responded quickly and extensively to questions. We had a pleasant family stay in Liselotte and Piet's house.

Beautiful setting and fun to be able to watch the peacocks in the grounds. The hosts were friendly and helpful and we had a wonderful stay.

Wonderful with 4 rooms and 2 X bathrooms on 1 floor and a nice large kitchen / living room with dining and cozy space. In addition, a nice terrace and a grill.
