Pet-friendly holiday rentals in The Royal Town of Sutton Coldfield

Richard’s house is very clean and well enough equipped for 6 people. The beds were large and comfortable although the mattresses are rather soft. The location was ideal for attending a wedding at a local golf club. Richard was a good communicator and it was easy to access the property which has off street parking. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Mya’s Air BnB, it was so lovely to have a generous welcome basket when you are only staying a couple of days, everywhere was clean and tidy, easy access to Birmingham, great to have 2 bathrooms, highly recommend

The property was in the perfect location for us. It had everything we could possibly need. Even with the bedroom windows open, none of us noticed the noise from the main road. Sam was very helpful, and accommodated our request for an early check-in.

We booked the Farmhouse for a weekend getaway with friends and their kids. We had a lovely time. Three kids had lots of space to run around in the garden. We all enjoyed the space inside and outside. Maggie was very responsive and instructions were clear. Maggie was very flexible with the check in which helped us a lot. The property itself is very charming and the photos posted in airbnb don't do justice. Overall we had a lovely time and would recommend this to other guests who are looking for a peaceful getaway far from the crowd.

Great few nights away for Halloween! Cosy barn tucked away, surrounded by trees and fields. Swimming in the heated pool at night in October was great. Geoff was always at hand with any queries or recommendations. The Halloween decorations was a nice touch for the kids to keep pranking each other throughout our stay. Great setting for a general chil out with films and board games. Hartlebury Castle was a great few hours out and not too expensive. The Willow and Boar was 2 minutes up the road for a nice breakfast. Would highly recommend The Pool house! Thanks to Geoff and Alan!

Put short, we didn't want to leave. It was fantastic from start to finish, Hayley was welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. We had some fantastic treatments while staying, and fully made use of the amenities. Such a wonderful location, can't wait to hopefully return.

We had a wonderful weekend here. Beautiful cottage in a gorgeous, tranquil setting with superb hosts, very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. They had thought of everything from a welcome bottle of wine and sweet treats to robes, sliders and even treats for the dog! Comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen, lovely pool and hot tub. We will definitely return. If you’re looking for rest and relaxation in quiet and peaceful surroundings this is the place for you.

Our third stay at the Shippon and our two autistic boys treat it like a home from home. So relaxing I didn’t want to leave. Our youngest loves water and animals so swimming, hot tub, fussing the lovely dogs, feeding Monty the horse carrots, all while being followed around by the chickens. He was in heaven! A great base for visiting family and lots to do nearby if we want to. This time we went to hoo farm, but we were generally all happy to stay at the Shippon. The Shippon is spotless and to cosy and comfortable. Our dogs love sitting on the patio watching the world go by and Newport dog park is literally a 5-10 minute walk and they love it. Thanks so much Sara and Phil, you are always so helpful and friendly. Can’t wait to come back!

Josh was really responsive and helped us at very short notice when we needed to move out of our previous air bnb. The apartment itself is lovely, with a well stocked kitchen, 2 great bathrooms and on-site parking. It’s also well situated only a short drive away from an array of shops and restaurants. We would happily stay again if we were in the area. It felt like home from home.

We had a great time at the house. We particularly enjoyed the large and enclosed garden with hot tub and large paddling pool, all of which were fantastic for the children. Thank you for a brilliant stay and for being so responsive.

We had a lovely 2 night family break at Peacock Barn over October half term. It's a beautiful property with fantastic amenities and perfectly located for exploring the many sites and activities the area has to offer. The swimming pool and games room provided the children with a space to play and have fun which was a key factor for choosing this property. The garden was great for our dog providing plenty of space to run around and secure, providing peace of mind. It would be the perfect spot to enjoy during the summer months. We will definitely be returning. Thanks for having us!

We had a wonderful stay. I would thoroughly recommend. Lots of home touches and extras we weren’t expecting to make the stay more comfortable. The Barn was lovely and warm. The location was easy to find thanks to the very clear instructions. All areas were extremely well maintained and clean.

Amazing air BnB and host. We could not recommend this place enough. Taz was always on hand if we needed anything and she truly has thought of everything you may need during your stay. This includes slippers, toothbrushes, face masks and much more! The garden is incredible and we paid extra for the sauna which was set up for us during our stay. The booklet has step by step instructions for everything and even though we had issues with the pizza oven (our own doing) taz came out straight away to help. We will most definitely be booking again.

This was a lovely place to stay with great views and great surrounding walks. The annexe was very clean and a great space and kitchen amenities. I visited on my own with my dog and it was very dog friendly with a gated off grass area, would definitely return with friends and family.

Really gorgeous few days at the lodge. Felt so quiet and peaceful but a stones throw from the Marina with some lovely places to eat and grab a drink. Some lovely walks to do along the canal too. Lots of lovely little touches in the lodge and Rob was very friendly and helpful with making sure we knew how to find the lodge and check in etc. Would 100% recommend and return!

WOW ! Had a great holiday ! We didn’t want to leave ! Windmill Lodge is a little peace of Heaven Set In idyllic surroundings with a beautiful pond (loved the ducks ) And peaceful surroundings Lisa was a great host Greeted warmly and surprised with a welcoming card and “scrummy” cake to start the holiday off well. Tea and coffee and milk provided in a well equipped spotless,kitchen Furniture very comfy All rooms were very clean and of a high standard with plenty of little touches in every room to make us feel at home Lisa was on hand if we needed anything but we had our privacy. Definitely recommend this WONDERFUL place Hope to visit again in the future Thank you Lisa for making our holiday so special Best Wishes Jackie ,Tim ,Davie

I had a great stay! The place was very clean, quiet, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The host was friendly, helpful, and responsive to all requests. The location is excellent — just a minute from Tesco superstore and very convenient for daily needs. Highly recommended!

My friend and I stayed at Janet's cottage for one night as we were meeting up with a friend in Henley. The cottage is quirky and beautiful, with lots of homely touches. The breakfast supplies and little extras were super. The cottage was clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. There's also a large garden to the rear that we weren't able to take advantage of because of the weather. Would also recommend the Black Swan pub a couple of doors down. Thanks Jan and we hope to return one day for a longer stay! xxx
