Holiday rentals with lake access in The Royal Town of Sutton Coldfield

We had a lovely family break at Caroline’s Lodge. The setting is beautiful and we really enjoyed the access to, otherwise, private land for lovely walks and visiting Staunton Harold courtyard. The lodge itself had everything we needed. It is very comfortable and the kitchen is extremely well equipped with plenty of crockery and utensils for 6 people. Many thanks for the welcome cake and bottle of wine in the fridge they were a lovely touch which we appreciated. We have had family breaks like this over the last three years and Caroline’s place is the best so far. We would love to return.

The house feels even bigger than it looks in the photos- plenty of room! Super easy from the NEC, only a 10 min drive. James was incredibly helpful and responsive and had even stocked the fridge with food and drinks for us which was such a lovely touch! We would definitely stay here again, in fact we hope to. We booked this accommodation for a conference at the NEC in Birmingham. It was very close to a bus stop for the airport & NEC. The accommodation was also very clean. Atena kept us updated and responded quickly to messages. We'd recommend Atena as a host and this accommodation!

We had a fantastic time at Jamie’s house, a group of ladies, celebrating our 60th birthdays. Each room had an en-suite which was a real plus. The kitchen was fully equipped and we had everything we needed. He even provided toiletries and cleaning products. Jamie replied quickly to our questions. A great location, with the large garden and hot tub. The coffee machine was great too! Highly recommended, we hope to return in the near future.

Stayed here for 6 weeks as I was working in the area . Everything I needed was in walkable distance (pub,take aways,supermarket and town center ). The house was clean and tidy beds where comfortable had every thing we needed.

The property was just as the photos and perfect for a short stay in Worcester. Beds were really comfortable and a well fitted kitchen / dining area. Perfectly located with a few min walk into the City Centre or a nice riverside walks. Lovely café opposite where we enjoyed breakfast. We will definitely visit again.

Great stay! Clean apartment with good amounts of space for a small family. Decorated well! Not far from Coventry centre, Coombs national park - everything within 15 mins drive. Easy to get in to with clear instructions. Great Airbnb! Recommend A+++

We spent a night in birmingam visiting symphony hall. The apartment was the perfect location, right in the centre next to the canal, lots of lovely restaurants and bars very close. The apartment was clean and very well equipped and quiet and on the ground floor with the added benefit of free parking. We would definitely stay again when in Birmingham

Absolutely perfect stay! We enjoyed every single day here. If you're looking for a home away from home, this is the ideal place. The house is cozy, spotless, and has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The host was fantastic — very friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with from start to finish. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. 10 out of 10 — would definitely stay again!

Lovely stay in a great location. Jo & Martin were great hosts. Very accommodating and flexible. We enjoyed our stay. The only thing I would say, is for the money charged for the Airbnb, a few upgrades would make the stay even more better, such as a new modern TV (TV was old and small), a new modern washing machine (again very old), wardrobes needed hangers, a bathroom bin and a bath mat.

This is my second time staying at Funke's place within a year. It definitely makes me feel at home. I love that there is driveway parking, the neighborhood is very quiet. It was very cold in England when I visited in January so the heat was working properly and I was very cozy. As long as this property stays available I will be staying here every year when I visit the UK.

Very good flat in excellent central location

Lovely quiet location. Accommodation immaculate, and all essentials (fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle) in place for our short stay. Hosts very friendly, and responded to queries promptly. 15 min walk along canal to town centre. We enjoyed our stay, and would book again if in the area

The Stable was exactly as described. We loved the outdoor seating in the sunshine overlooking the horses exercise yard. The Stable was very comfortable and had all the things we needed for a 3 night stay. Rita was very friendly and approachable. There is a Tesco a few minutes drive away as well as a small Co op. The Oxford Canal is close by, There are 2 National Trust properties within about half an hours drive as well as the towns of Stratford on Avon and Leamington Spa.

Lovely, peaceful place on the water with plenty of geese and ducks to keep you company. Great restaurants nearby and easy access to nearby walking trails. A nice little shop for immediate needs like beer, wine, crisps, and bubble wrap for packing. We'll be back!

Helena and Paul were wonderful hosts - great for anyone really nicely priced and area was great lots of shops and takeaways nearby. We travelled to Telford which was approx 24mins away and done shopping and other bits and went restaurant. 100 percent recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming cottage! It was beautifully maintained, clean and had lovely plants and flowers in the outside area with a well equipped kitchen. The interior was cozy and thoughtfully decorated, and we especially enjoyed the outdoor seating area for our evening meal and breakfast. Whilst there was some noise from the nearby road, it did not take away from our enjoyment of the place. It is located a few minutes from the Coombe Abbey Country park and Kristi our host was helpful and welcoming. We’d definitely be happy to stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at the Lakeside Cottage at the weekend — myself, a friend, and our dogs. Nadine was a fabulous host, warm and welcoming. The place was absolutely beautiful — the photos really don’t do it justice! The accommodation was spotless, super comfy, and a perfect little escape to recharge for a few quiet days. We loved being surrounded by the onsite animals, and the location was ideal with a great dog walking spot right from the doorstep. Thank you so much, Nadine!

Lovely little cottage that was ideal for us as a quiet weekend getaway. Sadly the weather meant we couldn’t make the most of the surrounding areas, but we still managed to have a nice relaxing break and the cottage was ideal for our needs.

Absolutely stunning location, lavender cottage had everything we needed.. originally booked for 2 nights, extended to 3 because it was an ideal escape from the hustle and bustle of life. Will definitely be back and would highly recommend to anyone thinking of booking
