Delightful flat in a very quiet block. Flat was immaculate throughout, nicely furnished to give everything we needed without being cluttered. Location is wonderful with an easy and beautiful walk into the city from the flat through the park. Lots of great restaurant choices.

Loved the apartment. Met my needs and it looked exactly as advertised. The host was really nice, friendly and accomodative. We felt cold on the first day of check in and the host was proactive to offer us another heater. It was a good stay!

We spent 9 days at Stephen and Maria's house, its a fantastic warm abd cosy apartment in a great location for restaurants, buses and trains. Stephen and Maria looked after us so well, we had a full continental breakfast plus fruit, tea and coffee available every day. Maria even brought us weetabix and bananas for my husband's favourite breakfast.

This place was everything we needed - but better. Monica and Phillip were perfect hosts. There was cheese and ham in the fridge and for breakfast delicious fresh fruit and yoghurt. We had use of a beautiful sunny garden and the flat was spacious and well equipped. I would recommend to others without hesitation. Thank you Monica, we loved staying at your place.

Comfortable, very clean and well equipped. Apartment was equipped with all essentials, including milk, cereals, bottled water, washing up and laundry detergents. Location was fantastic for 2 days at NEC- quicker and cheaper to get bus from the apartment directly to NEC than to use the NEC parking. Would definitely recommend or stay again.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Ray’s place! The apartment was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and peaceful stay. The location was perfect, and everything was exactly as described—if not better. Honestly, the pictures don’t do justice to how lovely and well-kept the apartment truly is. Ray was an incredible host: kind, responsive, and genuinely thoughtful. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and always made us feel welcome. You can truly tell he cares about his guests and their experience. We’re so grateful for the hospitality and would absolutely love to stay here again in the future. Extremely convenient for access to the NEC, and Solihull nearby for any other amenities or needs. Fully equipped kitchen and comfortable surroundings. Definitely recommend.

Teresa and Kevin’s place is lovely. Although in their house don’t be put off by this it’s all your own space and completely private. Balcony is an amazing bonus especially in nice weather. Beautiful home and surroundings, safe and quiet and lovely countryside just what we wanted. Thanks so much

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay. Perfect for what we needed. Spotlessly clean, lovely and quiet and was very easy to find. Esther and John were perfect hosts, and finding there was tea, coffee, sugar and fresh milk available, along with a selection of biscuits on arrival was a lovely gesture. I would definitely recommend staying at the Summerhouse and will certainly be looking to book there again when we are back that way 😀

I stayed here for around 40 days and honestly, it felt like a home away from home. The hosts are incredibly responsive and kind — they replied to any queries I had almost instantly, and were sweet enough to accommodate a late checkout when I requested it. The house is exactly as shown in the pictures: cosy, clean, and very inviting. The pantry was well stocked with essentials (and more), which made cooking easy and convenient. Every little detail was thoughtfully taken care of, and I felt genuinely spoilt! The Wi-Fi is fast, everything is well maintained, and the location is perfect — just a 7–8 minute bus ride to Bullring. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a comfortable and well-managed stay.

Great place in a very quiet area amongst greenery. Spotless and pristine and super cosy. Very comfortable beds. Attention to detail in all aspects which we really appreciated. Exceeded our expectations. Excellent thoughtful host going above and beyond for us. Very approachable. Responded very quickly to any queries and always ready to further help and improve our stay. Lovely additions such as a welcome breakfast and hamper as well as items for relaxation making our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. Customer satisfaction is clearly the focus of this host. By far the best host and the best place we have stayed in. Would highly recommend.

From booking to checkout everything was perfect.

Paul’s house is clean and the bed is very comfortable. It is a real home from home and a great place to stay. The parking at the back is a real bonus.

Everything was wonderful the host was responsive to any messages really fast, The home is beautiful perfect for our girls night or a romantic one. The host missed no attention to detail. And you pick your keys up from the shop so you can grab some milk that was the only thing we needed. I would have paid more it was definitely worth it.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hampton Apartments. Julie is an excellent host, who was very accommodating despite me changing our arrival time a few times. She met us at the apartment to show us around. It is beautifully decorated & has everything you could possibly need. Even snacks, milk & food in the freezer. Julie went above & beyond by giving us some cupcakes & candles as she knew it was my daughter’s birthday (very kind x). Very well located for the NEC & the village is really nice. We went to the Soho Tavern for dinner, which was very tasty. Would definitely recommend the apartment & will book again when we are in Birmingham again. Thank you!

Excellent apartment. Had a great stay. The apartment was as described if not better. The location is excellent with lots of cafes and restaurants. Short stroll to York Road with loads of higly recommended restaurants. Bus stop for buses into the city at the end of the road a minute's walk away. The apartment was quiet, clean with all amenities including a dishwasher, washing machine, oven etc. Bathroom was clean. Comfortable bed. This will be my go to accommodation in the future. Chab was an excellent host with prompt communication and response. Highly recommend this apartment.

Great place, slept very well as the area is very quiet and it was a comfortable bed. Super clean room, bathroom and eating space, had everything I needed. Mini fridge was more like a tiny personal fridge, but Emma also offered a cool bag if I needed more space for my things. She kindly provided porridge and cereal for breakfast, as well as coffee and tea. Was a really great stay overall, can’t fault it!

Thank you Scott for an excellent stay. My daughter, son in-law and twin boys stayed at your place, while I and my other two granddaughters were able to stay at my sisters in Swadlincote. Everything was perfect and would definitely stay there again.
