The rental was just as pictured. We enjoyed our stay very much.

We really enjoyed our stay. The loft was very clean and spacious, and the view was absolutely amazing. The neighborhood was very quiet and felt safe. The view of the arch from the rooftop and loft couldn't have been any better. There was a market and coffee shop in the building, which was very convenient. We would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay in the 3rd level apartment. It was clean and perfectly laid out ti give everyone a space when needed. The historic building has been renovated while preserving the beautiful brick and wood of the time period but also including modern day conveniences. We attended a concert at the Dome and had no issues walking to and from the venue. I mean it was amazing being able to find the solitude of the space after. Despite being right in the downtown area the space was still quiet. Beds were comfortable and plenty of towels were made available. Check out was so easy. Victor’s communication was 5 Star! From the moment of booking, to accommodating a last minute early check-in request to our last day check out reminder. If we are ever in St. Louis for any reason we would stay here.

The location was exactly as described in photos , very clean , cozy , & quiet and walkable to most amenities needed . If given the opportunity i would definitely stay here again

This was truly a great experience. Over the past year I've stayed in several Airbnb's around the world and my stay in Luxury Realty's apartment is certainly one of my most favorites. The apartment over all of the amenties I needed and the neighborhood is simply amazing. Lot's to do within walking distance, restaurnts, coffee shopes, stores and much more. I highly recommend this apartment to other travelers to St. Louis.

We've now stayed here at Matt's twice, and the unit and location are just perfect for getting around St. Louis. The apartment has everything you need, various coffee makers, cooking supplies and tools, and the environment is uncluttered and peaceful. The extra office is perfect for remote work. This unit is great for a couple, and huge by NYC standards, where we were traveling from. The neighborhood has added even more small businesses it seems since we were last there, on top of the cute coffee shop/cafe at the end of the block. It was lovely to sit on the back porch as well during the early summer weather. Thank you, Matt! We'll be back for sure.

My husband & I can’t share a big enough thanks re Metropolitan Flats. We spent 3 months away from home in this condo as my husband had a stem cell transplant at Siteman Cancer Center - Barnes which is directly across the street. As I was by myself for 5 wks while my husband was in the hospital, I always felt super safe in this location & the condo was very secure. The property manager/office staff, were always so kind & helpful & went above & beyond. The condo was wonderful with windows that overlook the beautiful, outdoor commons area. The unit had a kitchen with all appliances you have in your own home. Full-size washer/dryer was another great amenity. Loved the fitness room & beautiful lobby area, too. Owners were always available for questions & to offer assistance in such a timely manner. They were fantastic to connect with & were always so friendly & helpful, too. If we were staying in the Central West End in the future, we would definitely stay here again.

Katie’s place is the most comfortable Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at in the Shaw neighborhood. Quiet, clean, peaceful and extremely well maintained and decorated. Would definitely stay again.

Place was amazing… great location

Great home to stay in. Soulard area so walk score is perfect for going to get something to eat and/or drink without needing to drive or Uber. Even though the area can get a little loud due to so many things to do close by, the home was comfy enough to settle in and rest/chill peacefully after a long day. I stayed here during a travel nurse assignment in Alton, so not only good location to be around the city/city vibes, but also a short commute to my worksite. I’ll definitely be staying again.

This was perfect for my stay! The apartment was clean and comfortable, and I loved the old building and surrounding neighborhood. Will be back if I can!

Very clean and perfect for 2 people avoiding the 'hotel life'. We stayed for a long weekend. I really enjoyed the updated feel while still maintaining the historical ambiance. Relaxing and quiet, enjoyed the ability to have a full fridge and kitchen. The patio was a nice space with a good breeze to enjoy the great weather we had. Blackout curtains were great and it had a lot of natural light during the day that kept the room feeling airy. Heather and team were responsive and quick when we were missing a battery for the fan remote. Bed was soft and comfortable.

This apartment looks amazing! The pictures 100% match! We were well accommodated.

This place was great for our visit to WashU. It was spacious, trendy, comfortable and clean. The building had a lot of cool spaces and amenities that we didn't get a chance to take advantage of but I would encourage others to save some time to utilize. It is an extremely walkabout area, right next to the park and a quick drive for us to WashU. Urus was accommodating to our early arrival which is always appreciated.

Chanelle place was very private and peaceful. The location is surrounded by several restaurants and groceries stores. The pictures did no justice you have to book to experience what Chanelle airbnb is really about. I couldn't find a better place to stay, Chanelle was very friendly with a wonderful personality. If i'm ever in St.Louis again i will be staying at Chanelle airbnb.

This apartment was conveniently located and had a lot of nice amenities in the building, even though we didn’t have time to take advantage of them. Check in and out was so easy. I would stay here again the next time we’re in town.

it was a great place to stay i enjoy myself. we didn't get a change use the hot tub but the pool made up for that because it felt like an hot due to it being heated but very good place to stay 👌

A cozy little place for a work trip or change of scenery. Also located above a restaurant, which is convenient.

Helue’s place was very clean and easy to find! She answered any and all questions I had. She was very friendly and I had no issues at all whatsoever with my stay. Definitely recommended! Thank you Helue for everything!

This condo is awesome and is in the perfect location. We were able to walk almost everywhere. And it’s a quick and cheap Uber ride to Horseshoe Casino. The free parking is a huge plus. As for the condo itself, it is amazing. It has such an awesome modern look with cool looking decor. There was enough of whatever you would ever need in the kitchen. Being able to use the grill was nice, as we made a great steak dinner one of the nights. Keyless entry was great, although it takes a little bit of learning in the beginning. If you are like my wife and I, I do recommend bringing a couple of extra pillows. Communication was great. I highly recommend this condo and will definitely return next time we are in St. Louis. Five star all the way!
