Black Bear Inn is a great affordable place to stay near Lake Michigan. Our room was very clean & cozy. Having a full kitchen to cook in made our stay all the more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

the property is beautiful and quaint. Glen is a fantastic host. always responsive and very helpful. The price is always right and the place is always clean. I stay there whenever I'm visiting Caledon. 10/10. Would recommend.

We had a good stay in Grand Marais in the plaid room. Minifridge is quite large. Shower temp and water pressure were great. It was nice to have the lounge to go to in the morning before my wife was awake. The blackout curtains worked well. My wife found the bed comfy but it was too soft for me. It was super windy and the building had loud strange noises. Sounded like someone was stacking metal shipping containers a few blocks away during the night. Ear plugs helped.

We enjoyed our stay so much! The house was very quiet and clean. The area is really beautiful and the lake is great for kayaking. Darren and Nadene are wonderful. We felt right at home! They gave us lots of tips and Nadene makes a great breakfast! A big recommendation! One of our favorite stops on our trip. We will keep it in good memory and would come back any time! 🌞

It was a nice stay in this place with friends and families. The place is quiet, peaceful with a beautiful lake view. We stayed for one night; cooking for dinner was convenient, all the beds were clean and comfy.

Really enjoyed staying here! Wish I could have stayed longer….it was very comfy. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was so nice…multi jet shower and jet bathtub…was able to enjoy both. So relaxing! Chelsea was extremely responsive and helpful. Would definitely rent the space again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay.

An older motel, Shana did a complete interior/exterior renovation upon buying it 4 years ago. My wife was delighted by the extensive use of white in the room, including all the sheets and pillow cases on the king sized bed. Every appliance and plumbing fixture was new, too! The room was very well-decorated, and our particular room was 205, a second floor suite with a private balcony which we highly recommend. It cost more, but it was worth it!

Great location if you need to stay in that area of Toronto. Easy to take an uber everywhere so you don’t have to make your way out of the underground parking. Loved the fact there were two washrooms. The hosted provided some great ideas for places to eat when we asked for local recommendations. The people in the building are very nice and friendly. The pool and hot tub are the biggest bonus to booking this place as it is not very busy and clean.

This was the perfect weekend getaway for us. Distance to downtown was reasonable. Place was so cozy and inviting. We would definitely stay again.

It was very quiet. I loved it. Big room nicely furnished. Had a small fridge. The property had a pool, hot tub, exercise room, laundry, outdoor seating, and a bistro. We would stay again

Airbnbs are our preferred way to stay any time we travel. I think this may be the best experience we've ever had. The place and location are beautiful. It's comfortable, tastefully decorated and they've used high quality materials and amenities throughout. Even better than the photos. There were thoughtful and unexpected extras. So welcoming. We had some weather and travel issues, and they were understanding and helpful with our last minute booking. There was a lot of snow when we were there. We were hoping for snow and it was perfect for us. Poor Walt had his work cut out for him, but he happily kept everything shoveled so we could easily get in and out with no worries. Even though it snowed all weekend, it was still pretty quick and easy to get around. We spent time xc skiing at Vasa Pathway and dining in Traverse City with no issues. There are groceries, gas and a couple restaurants only a few miles away as well. Highly recommend!!

Kim was a great host, responsive, and gave a tour of the place when we checked in. We only stayed one night, but the room looked recently remodeled and was very clean. We did already book again for later this month!

We enjoyed our stay! Amazing views of the lake, we enjoyed the sauna and the host were very responsive! The Airbnb is tucked away and sits right next to the lake! Feels very private which we enjoyed. The room was very cozy and loved that they had extra essentials (shampoo, body wash, makeup remover wipes) to use in the bathroom. Definitely will be coming back soon! Thank you!

A great renovated place to stay at while in New Glarus. Picnic area and coffee shop on site. Self service check in and amenities. Host is thoughtful and responsive. Don’t let the motel exterior fool you.

Such a great place to stay. extremely clean. we went to the bridges bar right by the bnb and the drinks and food were so good! the employees were very nice as well. easy to walk to the beach and main town too..one of the best bnbs!

I had a wonderful stay at this cozy spot! The house has a unique atmosphere, and beautiful sunsets are just a 5-minute drive away. The bed was super comfortable, and with no mosquitoes (as long as you spray and light a fire), it made for a peaceful night. Sofia was filling in for the main hosts, Vicki and Mark, and she was incredibly welcoming. The communication was clear throughout my stay. Sofia even gifted me fresh eggs for breakfast, which was such a nice touch. There's a friendly husky that adds to the charm of the place. Everything you need for a great BBQ is available, and firewood is provided, making it super easy to light a fire. The place is clean, well-kept, and comes with a helpful welcome guide. The only thing I would suggest is adding more outdoor lighting. Other than that, it’s a 10/10 stay – highly recommend!
