Lovely large house, spotless and 1 minute walk from the seafront. Absolutely perfect and would definately recommend.

Some friends and I stayed for a lovely weekend. The house is great and in a brilliant location! The downstairs kitchen/diner was a perfect space to eat abc hang out. We are already planning our return next year!

we had a lovely stay here. perfect for two families and everything walkable. beautiful interiors and really comfortable. hosts were very friendly and thoughtful. will definitely try and stay here again when visiting Whitstable

Laura’s place was easy to book and easy to find . It’s very well equipped and spacious. It’s spotlessly clean . Laura’s instructions were clear and promptly sent . The house is literally minutes from the beach and has private off street free parking . About a mile walk into the centre of Whitstable which is a good distance to work up an appetite or burn off a few carbs. Walk along the seafront and take in the big skies, golden shingle , fascinating tides and the glorious spit reaching right into the sea . A few minutes from the house is a small Tesco and a few good restaurants . We thought Laura’s place was a great find !

We had a lovely stay at Ursula’s place. Perfect for our young family of 4. Ursula provided all amenities we could need. The space is cosy, clean and very comfortable. Would highly recommend

We had a Great stay. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, tidy, as detailed and was in an ideal location. Liz & Andrew were great hosts, returned communications promptly and always very helpful. We will book this accommodation again on the next visit to Rye, if available. Highly recommended

We needed a place for 12 adults on a last-minute basis. The host only had a day's notice of our booking, but somehow managed to make the necessary arrangements for our stay . This house is palatial. It's huge! It has 5 spacious bedrooms, all of which have comfortable beds and lots of features to make your stay a great one. The kitchen is well equipped and we manage to do a lot of cooking. The only thing missing was a wooden spoon. There were also lots of spices and condiments that we were able to use for our cooking. There are 2.5 WC's here and the main bathroom is the most beautiful bathroom I've personally ever used. This is a great stay for a large group and I would definitely stay again if I get the opportunity.

An amazing house with a fantastic location. It is so central, being walking distance to all the lovely shops, restaurants and cafes. The house was stunning, full of history and character with most gorgeous quiet garden at the back. Steve was very helpful and answered any queries quickly. The shower was amazing! We will definitely recommend and be back. Thank you! Olivia and family.

The location was perfect. Very walkable and they did an awesome job of giving us recommendations and local events that were happening in the area. Canterbury has our heart for sure now.

We had a fantastic weekend in Whitstable. A perfect home with loads of space. A nice change for no one to have the last pick of the rooms because they were all so lovely and 3 beautiful bathrooms . Some people have commented about the stairs (4 floors) but we didn’t find it a problem. At least we burnt off some calories from all the food we ate. Thank you. We will highly recommend to others.

Alain ist ein netter ,freundlicher und immer erreichbarer Gastgeber! Die Einweisung wurde persönlich durch geführt. Top!! Das Haus ist top gepflegt, vor allem die tolle Einrichtung und die hübsche Deko!! Alles, ist in der Küche zu finden was man auch zuhause hat!! Die Betten sind super bequem! In jedem Zimmer ein Fernseher ,selbst in der Küche ! Auch für 2 Pärchen geeignet, da 2 Separate Badezimmer vorhanden sind!! Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen und schönen Straße, toll ist auch der Stellplatz !!! In 5 Min. sieht man das Meer und in 3 Min. gibt es ein gutes Restaurant. In 7 Min. ist man fußläufig in der Highstreet! Man kann das Auto stehen lassen und alles zu Fuß erkunden. Wir würden hier immer wieder übernachten !!! Danke Alain !!!

Really gorgeous house. Lovely decor! Hand painted walls… Only feedback I’d have is that heating doesnt need to automatically come on in the summer. Felt wasteful having windows open and heating on. Would also love a welcome tray of tea, coffee, biscuits etc. but that’s really for the 5* all round. Overall, would 100% come back and recommend to others. Lovely little place.

Very convenient for centre of Canterbury and very well maintained small house. Everything in it that you would need.

We stayed with some friends and we had a lovely time. The house was so spacious that we felt very comfortable. It’s so well located, very close to Camber sands beach and Rye.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in dem Haus von Anne. Die Unterkunft ist super zentral gelegen, nur ein kurzer Fußweg in die Innenstadt und zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Kommunikation war reibungslos und hat immer gut geklappt. Wir kommen auf alle Fälle gerne wieder, wenn uns die Reise wieder in die Gegend führt

Lovely short stay at Julian’s he had everything you would need for your time away. 2 lovely bathrooms an advantage, clean and tidy decor. Easy walk to shops cafes bars and restaurants. Couple of streets away from the main high street and a short walk from there to a pebble beach, sea food shacks and fisherman’s huts.

The summary: when can we move in?! Rob's place is divine, and looks even better than the photos. We absolutely loved the interiors, the comfort, and all the little touches (the hello board, the welcome basket, the typewritten message, the fan and lots of things to use, like coffee). We were also delighted by how kind and accommodating Rob was. He was very responsive, friendly and proactive in offering flexibility. The location is also brilliant, walkable to everything, and lots of greenery considering it is in the city. Lots of cafes and shops! The Canterbury Punting cafe which looks over the River is so close and a particular highlight (do a tour with them if you can too). Lots of birds out back during the day, and bats at dusk. The perfect place to rest, recuperate and head off for adventures (bus to Whitstable also good). I used to live in Canterbury while at Uni, but my partner didn't, so this stay gave me a new twist on things and him a lovely intro. Thanks Rob, must stay again!

We had an incredible time at this house for my 30th birthday, and the hosts were amazing in being in ok a surprise with my friends to give them early check in etc. A beautiful house in a great location and perfect for what we needed.

We had a group of 9 and everyone enjoyed everything about the place. We did have a bit of bad luck with my husband having a medical issue on our check out date and Ian took our belongings to his home and brought them to me at the hospital and gave me a ride to a hotel. He saved me a lot of worry and his generosity shows what great hosts they are! I can’t thank them enough!

I stayed with a group of friends for a weekend - this was perfect for us, right next to the station and just a short walk away from everything Broadstairs has to offer. There's loads of communal space in the house which was great for staying inside when it was cooler, and then we enjoyed the barbecue in the garden when the sun came out! Karim was really helpful and able to accommodate a last minute request from us. Would definitely come back!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille (3 couples et 1 bébé) dans cette maison ! Le logement est décoré avec goût, très propre et parfaitement équipé. La localisation est idéale, dans un quartier calme et paisible, proche de toutes les commodités. Andrew a été très disponible et de bon conseil. Nous recommandons vivement !

We really enjoyed staying at Mike’s place. It was so convenient for cafes, restaurants, shops, supermarket, seafront - and most importantly - for visiting QEQM maternity unit where our daughter gave birth to a beautiful baby girl 🩷 The house was tastefully furnished in keeping with the period property, it oozed character. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment, the towels and sheets were good quality, parking was a great bonus.
