Wake up in the morning to fresh coffee at the coffee bar. Kick off sandy shoes after a walk along the Viking Coastal Trail. Soak in the tub that's looking out to sea. Spin original vinyl on the record player. Read papers on the balcony. Shake up cocktails from the honesty bar. Meditate with a view of the water in the yoga corner. Open the games chest. Host candlit dinners in the dining space. We reckon you'll leave feeling good. * Private yoga classes available upon request * Private chefs available upon request * Massage, reflexology, reiki, we can sort out any therapies that you fancy The whole space is yours. There's a shared garden out the back, but we prefer taking out a floor cushion and chilling out on the back staircase. It's a suntrap. There's parking on the street out front, or around the back of the property. There's a real creative energy in Margate, with awesome independent bars, restaurants, studios, and shops. The pink sunsets are amazing too. Discover one of the best sandy beaches in England, or walk along the Viking Coastal Trail. You can walk everywhere in Margate. There is free parking on the street outside, but if it's busy there is Trinity Square car park around the back of the property which is £5 for 24 hours. We are pet friendly!

Baydream Studio is a private self-contained and beautiful space built onto the side of our house. It has the most magnificent direct seaview and a balcony. You can be on the sandy beach in just 2 minutes, it's Blue Flag assures good water quality. The Studio is comfortable, spacious, light and airy. Far enough out of town to be peaceful but only a 10 minute level walk along the cliff top to the vibrant town centre where there are plenty of cafes, restaurants and pubs.

The apartment is decorated to a very high standard, with a high specification kitchen and bathroom with large walk in shower. The lounge directly overlooks Viking Bay, with fabulous views of the seafront and is close to the town centre and easily walkable from the station. There is a wood burning stove for those chilly evenings or cosy winter breaks. We have one large double bedroom, and a double-sized sofa bed so the apartment is comfortable for 2-4 people.
