We LOVE this place! Super relaxing, perfect surroundings. The garden is fabulous, we made the most of the sunshine this weekend!

We had a lovely week in Plantagenet and really cannot recommend it enough; the cottage really exceeded our expectations. The garden is phenomenal. It was a private and tranquil escape and our collie thoroughly enjoyed doing laps of the large garden despite the rainy weather. We loved it from the moment we arrived and didn't want to leave. The cottage is well equipped, has a great cosy ambiance with lots of indoor and outdoor game options no matter what the weather. The communication with Tim&Maite was friendly and responsive, we particularly appreciated the slightly late check out. We are hoping to book again soon with more of our family joining us.

Really lovely stay. Debbie and Darren were really great hosts and lodge was really clean and comfortable. Loved the use of the hot tub and enclosed garden was great for the dog. lots of great walks and pubs nearby

What a beautiful cottage! Exactly like on the photos, very charming. Surroundings are stunning, hot tub was a treat. The kitchen is very well equipped with anything you might need. Beds were comfortable and cozy. The conservatory was great to just sit and play board games and have lovely meals, was nice and warm and toastie in there and the views!! Pauline’s communication and response times were excellent, very friendly and accommodating. All I would suggest, if possible is perhaps to think of some sort of covers/shelter from the cold/wind by the hot tub. It was very windy and we still wanted to enjoy the hot tub, but it got very cold whilst inside. Some sort of coverings will work a treat. Pauline suggested some great pubs and things to do in the area. All and all my friends and I had a lovely stay. Thanks Pauline!

Ron & Janet were super friendly hosts couldn't do enough for us had lovely conversations with them,the accommodation was so comfortable well equipped clean and surroundings peaceful the garden was a real sun trap hot tub was so warm and relaxing and bonus it was inside only 10 metres from accommodation ,can't recommend these lovely people highly enough there're the best will certainly stay again

Great little Airbnb with a lovely hot tub (that stayed hot!), fire pit and nice outdoor space. Impressive kitchen for a small place, comfy bed and nice shower. Well located and private. Nice for a long weekend away.

The few days that we spent at The Stables were fabulous. A very charming place. A yummy cake was waiting for us on the table when we arrived. Ideal. Our 4-year old loved the place, his upstairs bedroom and the many games/toys (for any age really)! In a nutshell, don’t hesitate, with the sandy beach literally 15 minutes away, this is the perfect spot! Thanks again Sally for all :)

Gorgeous cottage with lovely grounds. Great that both bedrooms have both king beds and en-suites makes all the difference. The hosts had given a really great welcome with apple juice, butter, milk, bread, eggs on arrival - such a lovely touch! The cottage really did have everything you needed.

The property was lovely and very cool, which was nice as it was 30c on the day we came! Diane was a great host and made everything super simple for us when checking in with really helpful directions would definitely stay again!

Wonderful peaceful stay and friendly host. Comfortable cottage with nice enclosed garden and meadow for the dog. Lovely welcome hamper. Beautiful location with lots of lovely pubs and walks near by. You won’t be disappointed!

What a gem of a find. Spent a few days here with some friends, catching up and working remotely and it was utter bliss. The location is excellent, so close to everything!! and the house is perfect, exactly as described, no surprises just comfort and relaxed vibes. Beds were super comfy also, not always a given! Rufus our Labrador was also made to feel very at home in a truly dog friendly environment, he loved his days sheltering from the sun in the cool house and evenings on the beach! Dahlia is a wonderful host! We can recommend the Salt Sea Scrub Sauna on the beach as well as Oyster Happy Hour! We will be returning!

Caroline’s studio cottage, in the grounds of her beautiful home, was just delightful. We chose it for its proximity to the Gusbourne vineyard but it was also an excellent base for other local attractions including Battle, Rye and Camber sands. We loved having breakfast in the small courtyard outside the cottage, and the interior was furnished very tastefully. Caroline was an excellent host and we would highly recommend this property.

Georgina’s cottage is completely wonderful. It’s exquisitely curated - every room is just beautiful with a perfect attention to detail- including its charming and tranquil garden. One of the most stunning properties I have experienced in Whitstable. I absolutely loved it and I will definitely return. A peaceful, relaxing, user friendly home - with a great kitchen making it easy to eat at home as well. I loved the location- central Whitstable, a stone’s throw from the beach and particularly close to West Beach where I could walk my dogs lead free (all year round) and a very quick walk to restaurants, pubs and shops. Definitely a diamond of an Air BnB. ✨

We really enjoyed our short stay at Seashell Cottage. It is the perfect size for two people, is very comfortable and has everything that you need. Richard was very prompt and helpful in responding to our enquiries. The cottage is perfectly situated if you enjoy walking along the front or seeing the more historic part of Deal.

Monika was such a wonderful host and her cottage is absolutely beautiful. Everything about the property and location was just perfect. It was the peaceful retreat we needed and we felt right at home. We will definitely be back - thank you! X

We stayed in this cottage over the weekend and it was perfect. It felt like a home away from home. The location is fantastic as you're less than 5 minutes from the beach and shops and restaurants. Whitstable is a great costal town too with much to offer. I recommend going to Whitstable and staying in this cottage. It has everything you need. Sue is a great host too, being attentive, informative and very helpful. We would like to come back. Thanks Sue

Enjoyed a wonderful weekend stay at Bexley Cottage. It’s perfectly positioned to access everything on offer, and Sophie shared a comprehensive Whitstable guide which we used lots. The cottage is absolutely stunning, better than the photos. Cosy and warm, super comfortable beds, lovely lounge and large kitchen/dining area. Sophie’s thoughtful touches included sweet treats, milk, tea and coffee and a basket of goodies for my dog, which were greatly appreciated. Strongly recommended location, host and town for a perfect weekend away.

Caroline's place is a firm favourite of ours, always clean, always comfortable and ideally sited for a walk to Walmer Castle and beyond,or into Deal. Caroline responds quickly to any messages . Would love to know her secret to having such healthy indoor plants !

What a fabulous find! We spent the long May Day holiday weekend celebrating a big birthday for my mother in law at Theresa’s place and couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place. It was tranquil, immaculate, well equipped, comfortable, cosy and a wonderful place to base ourselves while exploring Kent. What more could you want?!? The rear garden is gorgeous in the afternoon and our little boy (3) had a tonne of fun running safely around. He also loved the fish in the front garden and seeing the farmers go past in their tractors. Theresa was an incredible host - providing clear and helpful instructions before our arrival and providing a basket and fridge of delicious local goodies for us to enjoy through our stay. A great choice! Thanks Theresa!

We stayed in Pickle cottage for four nights to attend a family wedding. The cottage is hidden away in a beautiful garden with a private outdoor seating area. The interior of cottage is very spacious, with everything we needed, and was very clean and tidy. The on line photos do not convey how beautiful the gardens around the property are, and we loved walking around it, and looking for the fish in the large pond. Clare and Guy were very friendly and made us feel at home straight away. Any queries we had were very quickly responded to. The property is very private and peaceful and we would definitely stay here again.

A lovely cottage perfectly located for exploring Canterbury. The cottage was clean & tidy & with all you need for a stay. It is located right in the heart of the City, with views of the Cathedral, but incredibly quiet & peaceful
