As close to the original idea of Airbnb as one can possibly get: an amazing private property with remarkably friendly hosts who welcome you like an old friend. Still enough privacy thanks to the way the building is built, feat. even an own access to the vast garden. Thank you very much for having me! You made my six-weeks stay a pleasure!

My wife and I couldn’t believe what we were seeing as we drove up —absolutely stunning views that set the perfect tone for our stay. The drive to the home alone is worth mentioning, with breathtaking scenery all along the way. As soon as we walked in, we were immediately impressed by how spotless everything was, and the view from inside the home was just as incredible. The space has a modern cabin feel that was cozy and stylish. It’s incredibly peaceful, making it the perfect place to truly disconnect and unwind. Everything was comfortable and well-maintained; we didn’t have any issues during our stay. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, and made it clear they were available if we needed anything, which made us feel even more at ease. If you’re looking for a quiet retreat with access to nature, there are some great hiking and biking trails nearby. We highly recommend this place and would definitely come back! We recommend the place. The apartment is located in a quiet area. It is the same as the Airbnb description. The condo is well equipped. Kitchen is amply equipped with dishes. The apartment consists of a large room that can be separated into two "rooms" with a curtain. There is also a bath. Klara and Paul are very nice, gave us tips for things to do and even provided the children with a pool noodle / swimming board. The garden incl. swimming pond is beautiful, so we used it several times.

This was one of the best places we've stayed. The host was excellent at communicating before, during, and after our stay; she went above and beyond to ensure that we were satisfied with our stay. She has arranged the living space well given the room she had to work with, and everything was spotlessly clean. She has flowers and other plants near the front door that make the outdoor table setting elegant for a morning cup of coffee or tea. The clothes dryer was a big plus for us, and the WiFi worked perfectly. The apartment is close to the train station and bus stop. The neighborhood is quiet and clean, and a well stocked grocery store (Migros) and bakery (Juliette) are close by. I would gladly recommend this listing to anyone visiting Zurich or its western suburbs.

We had a very comfortable stay and enjoyed. The place is really enchanting and was very nice. Close to the Thalwil railway station and easy access to Zurich. Good walking path to lake which we enjoyed in the morning. Highly recommend this place.

Maya was an incredibly responsive and helpful host, making sure we had everything we need. The chalet was beautiful, with amazing views, and was well equipped with everything you could ever need for a holiday, and more!

A cosy home for travellers, the host is extremely thoughful by providing some necessities which are not given in other apartments. Very hospitable hosts. We enjoyed the stay.

Very nice host with great response time. More amenities in the flat than expected. I went out 5 min late after the check out time and cleaner is very patiently waiting outside and nice to us. Great experience definitely recommend!

Monika’s place was absolutely amazing and by far the best stay we had on our 3 weeks thru different parts of Belgium, Luxembourg, and Switzerland. If we could give her 1 stars we would. Amazing place, amazing small touches for any travelers needs. I truly cannot say enough positive words and would recommend to anyone to stay here!!!

A nice flat, in a very quiet green area slightly outside the city centre with a direct and fast connection to the city centre by tram. Very clean and well maintained, with the added advantage of a private car park directly in front of the house. Kamil handed us the keys in person and we appreciated his interest and several details, for example the coffee already ground or the body hygiene products. The mattress could be a bit more comfortable, but the absolute quietness made it possible for us to sleep very well. Absolutely recommendable, especially for those who want to retreat to a quiet place after a day of traveling/sightseeing.

Milan's apartment is amazing and he is very hospitable and friendly. It is located in a large square in the heart of the old town with dozens of shops, restaurants, and bars within easy walking distance. The Zurich HB train station is a 10-15 minute walk and there is a full-size grocery store a few hundred meters away. We did not expect to need AC in Zurich in June, but the temperature was above 90F for two days, so we were very happy to have AC in Milan's apartment - many rentals do not have it. Note that the unit is on the 5th and 6th floors (plus a rooftop terrace on the 7th), and there is no elevator. Milan's family owns the cafe on the ground floor, and they graciously volunteered to carry the heavy luggage upstairs. If you have an early flight on your way out of Zurich, you may have to carry your own luggage down, but gravity helps. The view from the rooftop is spectacular, the kitchen is well-appointed, beds are comfortable, and bathrooms are modern. Very highly recommended.

Kathrin's apartment is a great find in expensive Zurich! A totally complete kitchen in an ideal, peaceful neighborhood setting and fairly priced. I was able to come and go freely with inexpensive Uber rides to everything in Zurich. Kathrin is very friendly and readily communicates. She helped me with ideas of where to go eat dinner on the evening of my arrival when I was tired and it was getting late. Thank you, Kathrin!

Great place, exactly as described. We would stay here again in spring, winter, or summer! We happened to have an unusually hot June weekend in Zurich (over 90°F), and for that reason I would maybe pick somewhere with air conditioning in the future during the summer months. It is listed as such in the description, so my own fault! Otherwise a wonderful place, neighborhood, and host.

We spent a quiet weekend in the midst of a beautiful landscape. We felt at home in the tasteful apartment and were able to completely relax from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. We lacked nothing……happy to come back ☺️ Karin & Andrea

The best place I have stayed during my trip in Switzerland. The studio was very spacious, clean and comfy. Highly recommended for those looking for accommodation near to Zurich and Lucerne.

Hello everyone🙂, the apartment was simply great – just as in the description! Everything was super clean, modernly decorated and very cozy. We felt right at home. Sam & Jenny were extremely friendly and very communicative – if you have any questions, they responded quickly and helpfully. You can tell that they care about the well-being of their guests. I can definitely recommend this accommodation and would come back anytime.😃👍 There are good restaurants nearby and you can also quickly make a trip to Switzerland or the Rhine Falls.

We felt right at home. We would really love to stay here again as the apartment was wonderful and the view outside is amazing. The only problem I felt is that at night there is very little lighting on the highway so to walk from station to the apartment is little bit risky post 9:30 p.m. But apart from this every aspect of our stay was exceptional. Dieter and Sylvia’s apartment is incredible, more beautiful than pictured, on an aquamarine lake with views of snowcapped peaks, farmhouse-dotted mountains, and windsurfers whipping around like dragon flies. We would have happily sat on the patio all day. Or better yet, on the stone steps with our feet in the lake! When time came to go indoors, each room was tasteful and comfortable, with big windows and phenomenal views. The kitchen is well designed, equipped with everything you need. And the apartment was spotlessly clean. There is a ton to do in the area and the town of Flüelen is relaxed and easy. We hope to come back to experience it in winter! Dieter and Sylvia were very generous with their attention, making sure our needs were met in the apartment and pointing us in the direction of special activities outside. Their kindness and hospitality made a big impression on us. This is a magical place. Hands down, our best AirBnB ever.

The Airbnb is nicely decorated and has everything you need. It is small but nice and perfect for a stay of two. Particularly beautiful is the large terrace in front of the house, which offers several seating options. The communication was very reliable and the hosts very helpful. It is a beautiful place that offers a lot, especially in good weather.

Esther’s place was the perfect home base for our Switzerland trip! The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was quiet and peaceful, but still convenient for train travel and day trips. Esther and Peter were kind and responsive hosts, and made us feel at home. Would absolutely stay here again!
