Wunderbare Unterkunft für unseren Kurzaufenthalt in Rom. Ideale Größe für bis zu 4-köpfige Familien, sehr gute Ausstattung, großartige Dachterrasse. Perfekte Lage an der Metro, um in die Innenstadt von Rom zu gelangen. Kommunikation immer freundlich, hilfsbereit und schnell. Einzig Parken vorm Haus ist schwierig. Parkplätze sind zwar da, aber immer belegt. Kommerzielle Parkhäuser sind in der nahen Umgebung jedoch reichlich vorhanden.

Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt bei Raffaella und Mimmo. Die beiden sind sehr herzliche und zuverlässige Gastgeber. Sie wohnen direkt über der Unterkunft und ab und zu begegnet man ihnen draußen. Wir haben uns über jede nette Unterhaltung mit den beiden gefreut! Auch wenn wir wenig Italienisch sprechen, war die Verständigung überhaupt kein Problem. Raffaella schenkte uns sogar Ackerbohnen aus ihrem eigenen Garten und wir durften ihre Kunstwerke in der Werkstatt bestaunen. Die Unterkunft war makellos und noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Unser Highlight war das traumhafte Panorama, was sich einem von der Terrasse aus bietet. Für uns als Tierliebhaber waren die zwei Katzen und Hunde, die ebenfalls auf dem Gelände sind (insbesondere Noa) eine freudige Überraschung. Wir kommen gerne wieder, falls wir nochmal in Formia sind.

Sono stata in questo grazioso appartamento con la mia famiglia dopo una giornata trascorsa al MagicLand siamo rimasti incantati da questo borgo davvero caratteristico e dalla bellissima veduta che vi era dall' appartamento..host davvero molto gentili e reattivi sicuramente da ritornare

Muy atenta y amable en todo momento, recomienda muchas cosas y el apartamento esta muy bien ubicado ya que tiene cerca el autobus y el metro a unos 15 minutos andando o 5 minutos en autobus. Todo muy bien, he estado agusto, gracias!

Ho alloggiato in un appartamento diverso da quello previsto a causa di un problema al condizionatore. Ovviamente sono stata messa a conoscenza del problema prima di arrivare. L’appartamento è al lato e più spazioso. Nonostante sia in pieno centro, le finestre isolano benissimo dall’esterno e non ho mai sentito alcun rumore. Nonostante facesse caldo, il buon isolamento delle mura antiche e un sistema di aerazione ha mantenuto il locale sempre fresco. L’appartamento è anche dotato di pale elettriche che ho usato raramente. Il bagno è esterno all’appartamento ma nell’antro del complesso. L’ho trovato comodissimo, soprattutto di ritorno dalla spiaggia. Si evita di portare sabbia in casa e aumentare l’umidità dell’aria. Gli spazi sono giusti, ci tornerei sicuramente, anche in smartworking. La posizione è centralissima con ogni scelta di ristorante o locali. Si accede facilmente alle spiagge da varie scalinate. Maya estremamente disponibile, gentile e comprensiva.

Beautiful place to stay, has everything you need for a week’s stay. Catarina welcomed us and showed us the place and really made us feel at home, like we were family. Near the Colosseum and Roman forum, maybe 15 minute walk. Plenty to eat nearby. Ask them for their favorite restaurants because the recommendations we received were delicious.

We had a lovely time staying here! Paola is a lovely, responsive host and the place is a perfect spot for a long weekend in Rome. The neighbourhood is perfect - not touristy, loads of great restaurants.

We didn’t want to leave Testaccio. The place felt like a locals only spot. People were welcoming and so many great restaurants.

Luisa was an exceptional host! From the moment we arrived, she made us feel welcome and at home. The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect for exploring Rome—close to public transport, local cafes, and historic sites. Luisa went above and beyond with helpful tips and recommendations that made our trip even more memorable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Rome!

The apartment is in a great location beside the Trastevere train station, and across the bridge from Testaccio. There is an excellent supermarket next door and a lift to get upstairs. The space was very roomy and airy. Definitely recommend

Siamo stati 3 giorni nella bellissima casa di Giordano. Non ci è mancato assolutamente nulla, era accessoriata di qualsiasi cosa e ci ha anche messo a disposizione frutti ed erbe aromatiche del giardino. La casa era super pulita, spaziosa e i letti comodi. Gli unici due inconvenienti sono le zanzare (non che sia colpa del padrone di casa) e un po’ di rumore durante la notte proveniente dalla strada affianco che è molto di passaggio. Giordano è stato carinissimo, sempre a disposizione e ci ha dato un sacco di tip utili sulla zona e ristoranti/gelati/etc. Veramente un super host! Consiglio questa bella casetta a chiunque voglia passare qualche bella giornata di mare!!

We loved staying at the Secret Garden. Great restaurants near by. The patio was perfect for enjoying a morning coffee. We would definitely recommend to everyone to have a visit.

Une semaine passée dans cette jolie villa, calme,fleurie, où l’accueil par les hôtes a été très convivial ,chaleureux et efficace .Excellent emplacement : ligne de bus à quelques minutes puis métro pour la ville de Rome pour un trajet de 20 à 30 mn. Commerces alimentaires à proximité …Agréable de se retrouver le soir au calme , sur la terrasse, après avoir affronté la foule des rues de Rome.

Alloggio ben arredato corrispondente alle foto. Di ampia metratura. Noi eravamo in sei persone e siamo stati benissimo. La pulizia impeccabile e la signora che ci ha accolti è stata veramente gentile. Il tutto ha reso il nostro soggiorno perfetto. Da raccomandare.

Appartement très agréable avec une très grande terrasse. Convient pleinement pour 2 personnes. Logement conforme à la description, très lumineux . Communication au top avec l’hôte ainsi qu’avec Roberta qui est venu nous chercher à l’aéroport et nous ramener , nous donnant également de très bon conseil . Merci beaucoup ! ✌️👍

Nos hospedamos en un lugar en Roma que superó nuestras expectativas. El apartamento tenía todo lo necesario para una estadía cómoda: cocina bien equipada, espacios limpios y cuidados, y una atmósfera acogedora que nos hizo sentir como en casa. La ubicación era excelente, a solo tres estaciones de metro del Coliseo, lo que facilitó mucho nuestros traslados por la ciudad. Algo que realmente valoramos fue la atención: siempre atentos, nos ofrecieron refrigerios y snacks, y estaban disponibles para ayudarnos con recomendaciones locales o cualquier necesidad que surgiera. Se notaba una preocupación genuina por nuestro bienestar. Sin duda, una experiencia que repetiríamos. Muchas gracias por el lugar

Excelente estadía. Ilaria excelente anfitriona. El depto tiene todo lo necesario y esta un lugar tranquilo al lado del metro , lo que ayuda mucho para moverse en Roma. El barrio es tranquilo y tiene de todo. (Supermercado, lavandería, restaurante, etc) . Sin duda lo recomiendo 100% y volvería encantado.

Mijn dochter en ik hebben een geweldig 4 dagen Rome gehad. Dit kwam mede door het mooie appartement. We hadden ieder een mooie aparte slaapkamer en elk daarnaast een eigen luxe badkamer. Het was maar een korte loopafstand naar treinstation Trastevere. Vandaar uit kon je met de tram (lijn 8) binnen 10 minuten op Plazza Venezia (centrum). Vanuit treinstation Trastevere kan je rechtstreeks met de trein naar Vliegveld Fiumicini ( 8 euro).

Truly meraviglioso and incantevole ! A better place to stay simply could not exist. Perfect location, spectacular views from the incredible outdoor space! Exceeded every expectation! The pictures do not do his place justice. It’s beyond words! I literally felt that I was coming home everyday. It was just so beautiful and peaceful to stay outside and relax. Anna-Maria, the woman who cleans the house, made sure I had everything I needed everyday. She even helped me with laundry! Sasha, the most cunning and lovable dog, loved to meditate with me in the morning and was quite a fan of my yoga mat! Francesca was the best host! Always available and helpful, he went above and beyond to ensure the experience in his home was memorable! Thank you so much! I will definitely return! A most beautiful stay on Ponza!

Soggiorno fantastico, posizione ideale, a due passi dalla stazione. L'appartamento era spazioso, pulito e ben arredato, con tutte le comodità necessarie (Wi-Fi, aria condizionata).La zona era era tranquilla e silenziosa. L’host di casa è stato disponibilissimo. Consiglio vivamente questa sistemazione per un'esperienza autentica a Roma!

Wir hatten wirklich einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Alles war perfekt! Die Unterkunft ist wirklich atemberaubend. Die Lage kann nicht besser sein. Emanuele ist sehr nett, hilfsbereit und schnell zu erreichen. Auch Check in und Check out können nicht unkomplizierter verlaufen. Wir können es also jedem aus vollster Überzeugung empfehlen! Sehr gerne wieder!

Nous avons été accueilli par Ubaldo et Simonetta qui nous ont grandement facilité l'accès au logement. Ils nous ont trouvé une solution pour le stationnement de notre 2e voiture. Le logement est impeccable, très bien situé, à 1 min. à pied de la Ligne de métro A afin de se rendre aux attractions populaires. Il y a d'excellents restaurants à proximité, dont un que les hôtes nous ont recommandé. Je recommande fortement ce logement pour votre passage à Rome. Nous y avons été accueilli au-delà de nos attentes. Merci aux hotes !
