Very nice villa near the sea, well-kept and tastefully furnished, spacious and stocked with everything, with plenty of kitchen utensils and to enjoy the lovely garden. The rooms are comfortable and with many closets, several televisions, air conditioning and fans available. In 7 you are perfectly comfortable. The area is residential and quiet. The sea is a 4-minute walk away. Even our dog had a great time, with the fence around the house he could stay in the garden in the cool while we went to the beach. The host Nicola is very kind and helpful and Mr. Maurizio is always ready to help for any eventuality. In short, a perfect experience and definitely to be repeated!

Carlo is a very nice host. The house is wonderfully located with a fantastic terrace. Equipped with several parasols, loungers, a dining table and a relaxing sofa, you can enjoy the wonderful view of the sea and the all-round relaxed atmosphere all day long. In the very lovingly furnished house, everything you need for relaxing holidays is available. The access is exactly as Carlo describes: the smaller the car, the more relaxed the arrival :)

Ivo's house offers a unique view of the bay and is very well located for quick access to beaches and the city. Its access is well-deserved: it is accessed by an extremely narrow alley lined with walls. Long live the Fiat 500!

Building in perfect condition and with a characteristic style, very clean, a short distance from the sea although the place is not very suitable for pedestrians because the sidewalks are small and poorly maintained. Perfect welcome. Only (small) flaw: the wi-fi signal is weak in the garden.

The apartment is situated 150 m from the beach, comfortable and well equiped. Emanuela was very helpful during the whole stay. I would strongly recommend her property to AirBnb members who need peaceful vacation and intend to visit Rome, Napoli, Pompeii and other nearby towns in Italy.

Great place a few steps away from the beach. Very well stocked and the private rooftop patio was definitely our highlight. Augustino was very friendly, helpful and quick to respond. Highly recommend!

Everything you could want from a place. Perfect location right in the heart of Sperlonga, whilst also perched perfectly above the Sperlonga roofs, beach and sea. To top it off, Benedetto was incredibly accommodating- even picking us up and dropping us off at the train station. We did not want to leave!

The house has a terrace with a wonderful view of Palmarola, and this terrace alone is worth deciding to stay. It is also easy to reach by public transport available on the island. The house itself is equipped with everything you need and the small pool is a perfect outlet for the hottest hours of the day. This is a beautiful beachside villa with a private pool and wonderful outdoor dining. We enjoyed ourselves from the moment we arrived until the moment we left! The private beach is just a short five-minute walk away. Gloria connected me with Claudia, who was incredibly helpful, hospitable, and full of joy. Note: The pool is on a lower level than the house.

It is a beautiful house, furnished with a lot of love for detail. It really looks like the pictures. Due to the many seating options in the garden, you could sit somewhere different every time. The beds are fantastic and ensure very good rest. The beach is very close. We felt very comfortable.

We had a great time in this house, well positioned, welcoming community, selection of very good restaurants, great place to relax and well positioned to have frequent excursions to Rome, or Naples (Sorrento, Capri, Pompei). The only problem was that one week was not enough to enjoy it all. We hope to visit again.

Impeccable structure with all the comforts. The highlight is the pool area. In the evening, you can use the barbecue and spend time with the family. I recommend this accommodation. Paolo is a courteous, accurate and very helpful host. The accommodation is very nice, well-stocked (air conditioning, wifi, coffee maker and microwave). In addition, the apartment is a 5-minute walk from the beautiful beach of Terracina, as well as a 5-minute walk from the supermarket and the pharmacy, which makes the location really very convenient. Thanks again for everything, including allowing us to stay a few hours longer than the scheduled checkout time.

This beautiful cottage offers a perfect combination of peace and comfort. Surrounded by an idyllic pine forest, it has a large garden that invites you to relax. The nearby, gently sloping beach is ideal for families with children and offers numerous sports facilities such as kite surfing and windsurfing. Well-equipped Lido's provide extra beach comfort. The spacious house convinces with very good facilities, fast internet and a high level of security. The communication with the landlady was very pleasant and quick – she was always helpful. The peaceful surroundings and the relaxed atmosphere make it an ideal retreat for families looking for relaxation and fun.
