Daniele is a super host. Very helpful and proactive. The flat was spotless and very close to all the amenities with a terrific view of the hanour, beach and sea. Close to the station for day trips to Rome. I would highly recommend Daniele’s flat . We had a wonderful stay . 😁

Fabrizio’s Apartment was exactly what we were looking for. This property is Truly Amazing! Everything you see in the pictures is exactly what you will experience. From the cleanliness to the responsiveness of this whole team, and everything in between I cannot recommend this place enough. The location is close to two train stations, an Eataly (not the same as in the US… better). Local cafés and pretty good restaurants. It is located in a semi- suburban area and the building has access control so it is safe. While, there are no cons in my experience, it’s important to share that if you’re traveling with children like me, you have to be cognizant about noises especially at night. But that can happen anywhere and I don’t see it something negative just an important detail to be aware of. I truly recommend this property for your next trip to Rome!

Absolutely 5 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Rome. Claudio, the host, was amazing — incredibly helpful and always quick to respond. No matter what question we had, he was there with an answer or suggestion, making our stay smooth and stress-free. The location couldn’t be better — just 2 stops by metro from the Coloseum, yet in a quiet area that let us relax after a day of exploring. It truly offered the best of both worlds. The apartment itself was spotless, modern, and just the right size for a couple. Everything felt fresh and thoughtfully designed. And the balcony? It was the cherry on top! Perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. We would recommend this place to anyone visiting Rome — couples, solo travelers, or even friends. Can’t wait to come back! We really enjoyed our stay in Maria’s loft apartment. It’s located in a residential area of the city so it felt authentic and away from the tourist hubbub. It was easy to use the metro at Pontelungo to visit the city and also the regional railway line from the airport and then onto Florence. The apartment itself was a good size with everything we needed for self catering. There were plenty of shops nearby for groceries etc. We especially like the terrace in the evening, watching the birds circle overhead and listening to the sounds of the city after a long day’s sightseeing. Overall, we would recommend the apartment if you want a more authentic experience of Rome and are prepared to use the excellent public transport system in Italy.

We had a wonderful stay at Federica’s apartment in Rome. It was the perfect place to return to after exploring the city’s many tourist spots. The location is fantastic — with the metro just around the corner, getting around was so easy. There’s also a 24-hour shop nearby, and a few lovely restaurants offering gluten-free options, which was especially important for our son who is celiac. What made our stay even more special was finding a dedicated gluten-free shop right under the apartment — such a rare and wonderful convenience! The apartment itself was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Federica really thought of the little things too — there was coffee, olive oil in the kitchen, and even laundry tablets ready for us. One of our favorite parts was the terrace. After long, busy days in Rome, it was the perfect spot to unwind with a glass of wine or simply relax in the evening air. Thank you, Federica, for a lovely stay!

Lucilla was an outstanding host who welcomed us early and in person to show us around the apartment and she even made us a coffee on arrival. She could not have been more helpful and made us feel like welcome guests, all communication was speedy and helpful. The apartment was perfect and the terrace outstanding. The bed was large and very comfortable, the kitchen was stocked with all the basics we could need and quality appliances. We enjoyed Anzio and found several good restaurants, it is also walking distance to Nettuno for a change of scene. Overall our stay in Anzio was exceptional. Thank you again Lucilla x

Clean, bright and quiet accommodation, not far from the center of Latina, with all the comforts and even more (gym and parking space) Luca allowed us access with our Labrador breed dog which is a rarity. He is also always available for any need if necessary. I highly recommend it. Thank you, Luca.

Very friendly host, always responsive. The apartments are clean and tidy. The locatation is also good, easy to get to different landmarks. My stay at Sergio's was pleasant.

We spent the weekend in Fondi, hosted by Antonella. Super helpful, treated us very well, top hospitality. The central apartment, near the main square, can be easily reached on foot in less than 5 minutes. We only spent one night, but both the accommodation and the hospitality left us with a nice memory.

Very nice house, free parking. I think it is a lovely accommodation during the summer with the garden. We stayed at the end of October and the place was a little damp. Overall everything was good.

Andrea and Abigail were very friendly and responsive, great location, great property and a very peaceful environment. My wife and I stayed there for a month, I’m from Rome, and found the location very convenient, we had a car, but if you don’t, it’s a 5 minute walk to the bus or tram to the center. Bed was comfortable, and kitchen was well equipped for making a quick breakfast or lunch. We have already booked for Christmas and next year. Can’t wait to go back.

Has a fantastic time a Guiseppe’s place! He went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect! The accommodation was very comfortable and clean! It was perfect for our family! The location was great for accessing all of the main attractions in Rome and Guiseppe was so helpful in guiding us in the right direction to ensure we had a smooth visit! Everything was great! And we had read other reviews so know what the challenges may be and were prepared for a little noise from the neighbours. But that was no real issue. Just overall a fantastic stay!

We had a fantastic week in Marechiaro at Kinga Orsolya's apartment! Right outside our apartment we had a pool and a sun bathing area, the beach with beautiful clear seawater was literally down the street, there was a minimarket with everything you need a 7 minute walk away from the apartment and several good restaurants that our host informed us of. Rome is a train ride (of an hour) away from the apartment and if you take the train to the other direction you have a lovely little town called Nettuno just 10 minutes away. Nettuno is filled with cafes, shopping and a beautiful harbor so it is worth a visit. We found the people in Anzio to be very friendly and helpful and our guide really went above and beyond to make our stay at their apartment a good one! We will for sure return to Anzio Marechiaro and absolutely to this host that we highly recomend!
