Had a wonderful stay - a great hideaway from Romes hustle bustle- beautiful property with gardens and views of the city. Train station is 30 minutes drive away. I would love to revisit and stay at this property again

Non si possono trovare parole per la gentilezza e la disponibilità della sig.ra Maria Teresa; una creatura meravigliosa che ama gli animali come dovrebbero fare la maggior parte delle persone. La struttura è assolutamente perfetta per quelle che sono state le mie esigenze. Pulitissima, materassi comodissimi,completa di tutto quello che occorreva (dal detersivo all'olio extravergine d' oliva fatto da loro) ,passando per ombrellone,teli mare ed addirittura delle ciabatte nuove per tutta la famiglia. Che dire,la gente dovrebbe prendere esempio da questa ragazza di come si fa un b&b. Spero di ritornarci al più presto. 💛

Eine besondere Unterkunft, nicht das Übliche. Du hast das Gefühl zu Gast in einem Museum zu sein. Das Haus ist liebevoll dekoriert, der Geist der Architekten ist überall zu spüren. Die Lage des Hauses ist sensationell mit einem einzigartigen Ausblick auf das Meer. Romana hat uns vom Bahnhof abgeholt, ein toller Service. Sie hat rasch auf Fragen geantwortet und die Rückfahrt nach Rom zum Flughafen mit dem Taxi organisiert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

il soggiorno da Titina è stato davvero fantastico. il nostro appartamento aveva tutto il necessario ed era dotato di un magnifico terrazzo privato con una bellissima vista dove mangiare o godersi un bel tramonto. la zona è molto silenziosa e servita dal bus che percorre tutta l'isola e porta in meno di mezz'ora al porto. Titina è stata molto disponibile con gli orari di check-in e check-out e ci ha dato consigli su spiagge e attività. Consigliato per chi non ama stare in mezzo alla confusione e preferisce godersi le bellezze di Ponza!

We hebben een heerlijke midweek gehad in deze prachtige vakantiewoning in Formia. Het huis is mooi en ligt in een schitterende tuin vol olijf- en citrusbomen, waar op een natuurlijke manier gebruik is gemaakt van materialen zoals rotsen – echt een sfeervolle plek om te verblijven. Het contact met de verhuurder Diego verliep heel soepel; hij reageerde steeds snel op onze vragen. Bij aankomst werden we hartelijk ontvangen door zijn ouders, wat ons meteen welkom liet voelen. Hoewel het zwembad nog niet gevuld was (zoals vooraf aangegeven), was het met het mooie weer wel even jammer dat we er geen gebruik van konden maken – dat had het verblijf helemaal perfect gemaakt. De omgeving biedt veel mogelijkheden voor uitstapjes en activiteiten. Kortom: een heerlijke plek voor wie houdt van natuur, rust en Italiaanse charme!

Irene was a perfect host. Greeted us when we got there, filled the fridge with some drinks, and had small breakfast snacks on the table. Place was exactly how she described and she was very easy to get in touch with.

L'alloggio di Klidi corrisponde perfettamente a quanto esposto nelle foto. Panorama incantevole. Pulitissimo. Un po' scomoda la posizione perche' in cima ad una salita ma per una vista cosi' sul golfo tutto si puo' fare . L'importante e' essere in grado di camminare e salire scale . I genitori di Klidi si occupano dell'accoglienza e sono persone semplicemente deliziose !

A palavra "sensacional" não consegue descrever com precisão a Giosy, a mãe dela (Sra Assenta) e o seu apartamento! Ele é maravilhoso, um charme com ar "vintage", você se sente nos anos 1950! Tudo limpo, tudo charmoso, um banho quente, delicioso, um WI-FI muito bom e uma vista esplendorosa da região de Minturno! A Giuseppina é fantástica como anfitriã e não deixou passar nenhum detalhe! Um dos melhores AirBnb que já fiquei!! Aproveite para conhecer bem a região. Tem muito coisa para fazer! Nota 1000! Super recomendo!!

Al nostro arrivo ci ha accolti con calore, facendoci sentire subito a casa. L'appartamento era pulito, ordinato e curato nei minimi dettagli, esattamente come da descrizione e foto. Consiglio assolutamente di soggiornare qui: non solo per la qualità dell’alloggio, ma soprattutto per la cordialità e la disponibilità della host. Siamo stati ospiti di Luigi e la sua famiglia per una gara di taekwondo a Fondi. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, posizione per noi comodissima, appartamento pulito e accogliente. Spero di ritornarci. Consigliatissimo.

We had a wonderful stay at Federica’s apartment in Rome. It was the perfect place to return to after exploring the city’s many tourist spots. The location is fantastic — with the metro just around the corner, getting around was so easy. There’s also a 24-hour shop nearby, and a few lovely restaurants offering gluten-free options, which was especially important for our son who is celiac. What made our stay even more special was finding a dedicated gluten-free shop right under the apartment — such a rare and wonderful convenience! The apartment itself was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Federica really thought of the little things too — there was coffee, olive oil in the kitchen, and even laundry tablets ready for us. One of our favorite parts was the terrace. After long, busy days in Rome, it was the perfect spot to unwind with a glass of wine or simply relax in the evening air. Thank you, Federica, for a lovely stay!

I can recommend enough Annalaura’s apartment. Everything about it was amazing. I came with my friend and three our kids (age8,9,10). The apartment is on the first floor and the place is very secure. The place has everything you need: the toaster, coffee machine, washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioning unit, etc. The taras is so beautiful and peaceful and the best part is - it’s only for yourself. We have arrived late and Annalaura welcome us with some snack, chocolates, wine and other things. She is such a wonderful host and kind person. She answered any of my questions and gave us a lots of great recommendations. The area is quiet and secure, with many nice local restaurants around and easy access to the bus and metro station. After a busy day in the centre of Rome it was a pleasure to comeback to the lovely, relaxing apartment. It was so far my best staying at Airbnb and I can’t wait to comeback again. Highly recommended. Thank you Annalaura for making us feel so welcome.

fin dalla prima occhiata c'è piaciuto, siamo entrati anche con un ora e mezza di anticipo. Servizio di portineria cordiale e gentilissimo. la vista appena entrati è stupenda, sembra quasi distare in crociera. l appartamento è perfetto per trascorrere giorni di relax e per raggiungere la spiaggia senza le solite rogne degli spostamenti. Host sempre disponibile anche a ferragosto. Speriamo di tornarci quanto prima. un salutone a Daryl e Giorgio. 😃

Monica is a wonderfully helpful host who always responded quickly, arranged a taxi from the station, and provided valuable tips. Someone previously wrote here in the reviews that on a scale of 1 to 10, the apartment gets a 12. I can only agree. Such a beautiful and clean apartment with a fantastic view. We are so happy with our stay at Monica’s place.

Kjempefin og stor leilighet plassert i porten til gamlebyen. Leiligheten har en flott takterrasse med kjempeutsikt til alle kanter, som vi benyttet mye. Kort avstand til restauranter og kaféer i den nydelige gamlebyen. Bente svarte raskt og var veldig behjelpelig og imøtekommende. Vi kan absolutt anbefale stedet og kommer gjerne tilbake😊.

Прекрасное место для отдыха, хозяин отзывчивый, помогал со всеми вопросами и отвечал на них практически сразу До конца не был уверен, что все будет так, как на фотографиях, но я сильно ошибался, ведь вживую все было даже лучше Единственные минус - это то, что дом находится в 30 минутах езды от центра города , а такси в риме стоит довольно таки недешево

We loved our stay at Patrizia's place. Beautiful well-maintained apartment with all amenities needed for a short or long stay. Convenient parking space included. You can easily go to downtown Rome via bus. Highly recommended.

Our first night back in Italy was spent in Roberto's apartment. The view was great and it was within walking distance to the local pubs and restaurants. Frascati is a beautiful little city and we wished we had more time to explore! I would recommend staying at this cute home! Thank you for opening up your home to let us experience Frascati even for one night!
