Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Terracina

Non si possono trovare parole per la gentilezza e la disponibilità della sig.ra Maria Teresa; una creatura meravigliosa che ama gli animali come dovrebbero fare la maggior parte delle persone. La struttura è assolutamente perfetta per quelle che sono state le mie esigenze. Pulitissima, materassi comodissimi,completa di tutto quello che occorreva (dal detersivo all'olio extravergine d' oliva fatto da loro) ,passando per ombrellone,teli mare ed addirittura delle ciabatte nuove per tutta la famiglia. Che dire,la gente dovrebbe prendere esempio da questa ragazza di come si fa un b&b. Spero di ritornarci al più presto. 💛

We stayed at Antonella's cottage for a week and had the most amazing time! The cottage is very private, with available parking spot and 5 to 15 minute drive range to all the places you might need during your stay. Antonella and her husband are very friendly and caring hosts. We had no problem with using the shared garden and enjoying our very own veranda and dinning space. The cottage is top notch modern but very cozy and feels like home. When next time we are back in Latina, this will be our destination 100%!

Tolle Unterkunft, Alles war wie beschrieben und der Blick von der Terrasse auf das Meer war unbezahlbar. Die Lage ist Super, Geschäfte, Bars und Ristorantes, sowie der Bus sind fußläufig entfernt. Mena ist eine tolle Gastgeberin und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Federica’s place was amazing. Directly across from the beach, shops and restaurants are literally a three minute walk away. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, had all modern amenities and everything was effortless. We checked in on an extremely hot day and were pleasantly surprised to find the place pre-cooled at 26 degrees. Beds and pillows were super comfortable and clean. Overall, one of the best Airbnb’s we have stayed at globally, and we will definitely be back. For guests visiting from overseas, I would suggest Ostia as an alternative to staying in Rome. Finally a big thanks to Federica and her father for making our stay perfect.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in der ultra schönen Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und hat alles für eine ruhige Auszeit. Das Dorf ist wunderschön und es gibt ein leckeres Restaurant, einen kleinen Einkaufsladen und eine tolle Bar.

A hidden gem in a peaceful and private setting. Close to everything and only 5 minutes to local square and downhill walk to beach. Clean and great amenities. Air-con available although the apartment was lovely and cool and did not have to use the AirCon much. Great for a couple. Thank you :)

Siamo stati veramente bene , la casa era molto accogliente , poi c’erano due bagni cosi che ognunl avesse il modo di avere i suoi tempi , un giardino stupendo dove poter passare tutta la giornata , per rilassarsi o anche una bella chiaccherata al fresco . Ogni stanza era in ordine e molto pulita . Giulia e stata molto brava anche per le indicazioni . In poche parole si sta veramente bene è come sentirsi a casa .

Absolutely beautiful location. The villa was very chic and comfortable and had a lot of nice amenities like a coffee machine and a toaster. The balcony and porch are gorgeous to enjoy a meal. The garden is straight out of heaven and the private little tanning and bathing spot down by the sea was a real treat. Also very nice for a walk along the coast. Be aware that you need a car to reach to location and to go to the other near by beaches or in the town for dinner or groceries. Our host was very kind and responsive. The location feels very private and it is great if you want a real break from the city.

Alessandro was a great host. Responsive, kind and very helpful. Easy to communicate with. His space is in a wonderful neighborhood and walkable to all the attractions Rome has to offer! The bed is in a loft and may be a little tricky to navigate if you have any accessibility needs but other than that, it was rustic, clean and a lovely stay!

Roberto's place was exactly as advertised. Squeaky clean and with all the amenities listed in the description and fully functional. Roberto's father was very kind and helpful during the check-in. I highly recommend it.

We stayed with a family of four. Great location, literally hung out from the Colosseum every night being about one minute away. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance of 5 to 10 minutes. Coffee shop downstairs great spot downstairs. Clean rooms, AC mini splits in each room. We visited in June and it was blazing hot so AC huge plus. The balcony was nice to hangout in the early morning and late night.

L'alloggio è un gioiellino, dotato di tutto e arredato con gusto. L'host Raffaele è super disponibile e molto reattivo. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è vantaggiosissimo. Sono molto soddisfatta.

L'alloggio di Klidi corrisponde perfettamente a quanto esposto nelle foto. Panorama incantevole. Pulitissimo. Un po' scomoda la posizione perche' in cima ad una salita ma per una vista cosi' sul golfo tutto si puo' fare . L'importante e' essere in grado di camminare e salire scale . I genitori di Klidi si occupano dell'accoglienza e sono persone semplicemente deliziose !

Una vacanza incantevole. Accolti da Stella nella sua bellissima casa, ci siamo subito sentiti a casa nostra, come se ci conoscessimo da sempre. Il cesto dei prodotti di Tony come benvenuto è di una bontà commovente, sapori autentici. Grazie per i consigli, la guida di Stella per il borgo di Sperlonga ci ha arricchiti e resi orgogliosi nel presentarci non come ospiti ma bensì come amici importanti. La bellissima e ampia casa è immersa nel verde e gode della meravigliosa vista del lago e del mare, una autentica oasi di riposo. La posizione è super consigliata per una vacanza sia culturale alla scoperta della Costa di Ulisse che per il bellissimo mare e le meravigliose spiagge di Sperlonga. Una nota particolare va al comodissimo letto e divani, il nostro corpo ne ha gioito! Grazie ancora alla super host Stella, consigliatissimo soggiorno. P.S.: i pomodori, i cetrioli e il rinomato sedano dell'azienda agricola di Tony hanno avuto un successo strepitoso. Arrivederci, Antonello & Gino.

Our two-night stay at MamaRoma could not have been better! Bright and spacious, we were excited to return home after busy days on our feet. Daniela personally welcomed us and was very thorough in her explanations and recommendations of the surrounding area, which is both peaceful and only a stone’s throw from the city’s biggest attractions. Fulvio has been kind and great at communicating with us, thank you very much!!

Un piacevole appartamento situato in una villetta nelle campagne di Terracina, ottimo per chi si sposta in auto in quanto dispone di spazio all'aperto ed è vicino a località quali Terracina, Sabaudia, San Felice Circeo, Fossanova tutte raggiungibili in meno di mezz'ora. L'appartamento è comodo e accogliente e dispone di tutti i servizi necessari, se visitato in una stagione fredda solamente consiglio di portare qualche coperta in più. Gli host Diego e Barbara sono molto gentili e ricettivi ad ogni richiesta e messaggio inviato, pur non avendoli incontrati non abbiamo avuto problemi riuscendo a comunicare tramite messaggi sull'app. Consigliata soprattutto per famiglie o coppie che vogliono spostarsi in macchina per la zona o rilassarsi in un luogo silenzioso.

Die Unterkunft war sauber, geräumig und entsprach genau der Beschreibung. Raul war sehr hilfsbereit und hat immer schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert. Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb, daher sollte man etwas mehr Zeit für Fahrten in die Stadt einplanen – das wussten wir aber vorher und es war für uns völlig in Ordnung. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und können den Aufenthalt nur weiterempfehlen! 😊

Everything about our stay at Marco’s apartment was perfect. We couldn’t think of any way it could have been better. The outdoor shower got lots of use in the very hot weather. We booked this apartment months ago and it was everything we hoped it would be. The only disadvantage for us is that it is a long way from our home in New Zealand but if we ever return to Rome we would love to come back.

Kleine Wohnung für Max 3 Leute. Sehr sauber und ordentlich angetroffen. Alles Wichtige ist in der Wohnung vorhanden. Im Haus selbst ist die Wohnung eine kleine Zreppe hoch gelegen. Sie ist komplett im Ikea Stil eingerichtet. Und das optisch ansprechend. Zwar sind einige Regale im Schlafzimmer oder Wohnzimmer in unerreichbarer Höhe, aber sie runden das gestalterische Gesamtbild ab. Die Italiener haben andere Raumhöhen. Die Wohnung hat uns gut gefallen. TV ist vorhanden, alle Sender italienisch. Plattenspieler und CD Player, Schallplatten und Cd‘s in großer Auswahl.Ansonsten alles in guter Kondition. Waschmaschine im Badezimmer auch vorhanden, ebenso ein Bidet. Preis/ Leistung geht in Ordnung.

Me and my daughters enjoyed our stay at Fabio‘s. The place was perfect cute very clean and most of all safe. The balcony was amazing. The views were spectacular. It was located right next to a gelato shop, which is a plus. I can’t say anything negative about this place. I would love to come back.

Our first night back in Italy was spent in Roberto's apartment. The view was great and it was within walking distance to the local pubs and restaurants. Frascati is a beautiful little city and we wished we had more time to explore! I would recommend staying at this cute home! Thank you for opening up your home to let us experience Frascati even for one night!
