Holiday rentals with a patio in Tenero-Contra

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung von Matina sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Lage ist perfekt für Spaziergänge und Baden an der Maggia oder Melazza - was auch unserem Hund gut gefallen hat. Gerne wieder!

Truly spectacular - one of the best views I've enjoyed from any accommodation ever. The home inside was also perfect for a short term stay for two people - super cozy and very clean. Communications from the hosts before and during our stay were great. The home is a little bit further outside of the city then we realized when looking at the map (~15 minute drive up the hill) so take advantage of the restaurant recommendations nearby! Agriturismo Zertin was fantastic

Perfektes Apartment mit einer traumhaften Aussucht auf den Lago. Wir waren nur 5 Tage dort, haben uns von Anfang bis Ende einfach nur wohlgefühlt. Überall ist alles da, was man braucht. Die Ausstattung ist sehr hochwertig, von Bettwäsche über Handtücher bis zum kompletten Küchenausstattung. Alles sauber und top in Ordnung. Die Lage ist absolut ruhig, perfekt, um in kurzer Zeit zu entspannen. Ein bisschen mehr Sonne hätte uns gefallen, aber auch drinnen kann man gut sein. Auch vom Esstisch und der Couch aus kann man die Aussicht ... die paar Regenwolken ;) ... einfach nur genießen. Roger ist ein freundlicher Gastgeber, unkompliziert, reagiert schnell auf Fragen, besser geht es nicht. Wenn wir wieder eine Lücke im Belegungskalender finden, kommen wir sehr gerne wieder.

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich sehr schön, besonders die Terasse, von der aus man einen wunderschönen Blick auf den Lago Maggiore hat. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut und hochwertig ausgestattet und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Zu Fuß ist der See in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Die Kommunikation ist sehr freundlich und unkompliziert, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir hatten 2 Tage voller Ruhe und Erholung. Die Wohnung hat alles und ist schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Der Pool auf dem Balkon war für uns das Highlight ;) Gerne wieder!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt bei Carmen. Das Zimmer war toll und hatte alles, was man brauchte - sogar Tipps zum Wandern und Essen gab es. Bei Fragen war Carmen schnell und super hilfsbereit. Und weil das nicht genug war, gab es noch einen idyllischen Pool und jede Menge Hilfe und Unterstützung bei Anfragen oder Sonderwünschen. Wir waren sicherlich nicht das letzte Mal hier und danken Carmen für ihre tolle Gastfreundschaft!

Unser Aufenthalt hätte nicht besser sein können. Die Gastgeberin war herzlich, zuverlässig und hat all unsere Wünsche erfüllt – vielen Dank liebe Rosa! Die Wohnung ist sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet. Zur Begrüssung erwartete uns ein liebevoll vorbereiteter Geschenkkorb – eine wunderschöne Geste. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist atemberaubend und machte unseren Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz Besonderem. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank für alles!

Notre séjour c’est parfaitement bien passé, Kathi et sa petite famille ont été adorables avec beaucoup d’attention prévue lors de notre arrivée, notamment pour notre chienne qui avait un jouet, sa gamelle et des friandises qui l’attendaient. Ils nous ont recommandé les meilleurs restaurants et lieux à découvrir. Le logement est très propre et décoré avec beaucoup de goût et la vue … est à couper le souffle. Cadre paisible et typique. Nous recommandons sans hésiter et si nous revenons à Côme ce sera chez Kathi, Ivan et Daisy.

High quality accommodation in a great location. Very peaceful and tranquil area. Bonus if you like dogs and cats as the owners pets are very friendly. Would recommend the accommodation without hesitation to other travellers

Our stay at Sergio and Nadia's place was great. It is such a beautiful location. The weather was not cooperative while we were there, but they came to the rescue and gave us plenty of good recommendations to help us make the most out of our trip.

es war wunderschön, perfekte Lage, wenige Gehminuten zur Maggia und zur Busstation, wo alle 30 Minuten ein Bus fährt. wunderschönes Haus, sauber und sehr gemütlich, sehr zu empfehlen!!

This was a lovely holiday here and Adriana was friendly and helpful even though English was not one of her languages. Clean and very comfortable accommodation- upstairs and down. Not a lot of room in main bedroom. Great bathroom and very easy to use kitchen . Coffee, jam, milk and crackers all provided . As we came from Australia ( most guests were from switzerland) we were unaware of local restaurants recommended and where to get groceries locally; so perhaps written instructions could be done for future guests. There is a little lack of privacy near the bathroom to the bedroom and perhaps lack of privacy near the door and in the lounge room. Great stay for seven days and highly recommended.

Das tolle Haus hat eine traumhafte Aussicht auf den See. Die schöne Terrasse verfügt über einen Zulauf vom Bergbach, was die Kinder zum Götschen animiert hat. Einfach perfekt. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man braucht. Das Haus ist schön gross, was bei unpässlichem Wetter von Vorteil ist. Auch 6 Personen verteilen sich gut. Die 2 Badezimmer plus 1 extra WC sind praktisch eingerichtet und bieten alles, was man braucht. Mit dem Auto ist das Haus gut zu erreichen, ohne Auto wäre es aber wohl unpraktisch. Die 2 Parkplätze sind somit super, für das grosse Haus. Auch Waschmaschine und Tumbler sind super. Zuletzt noch zu erwähnen ist, dass die Gastgeber immer immens schnell auf alle Nachrichten geantwortet haben und super hilfsbereit waren. Wir kommen sehr sehe gerne wieder.

My husband, my children and I stayed at Sebastiano’s place for three days and we have collected lots of nice memories for life. The views of this place are amazing. It is very comfortable and has in the surroundings many places to visit, or to do water sports. It was very easy to arrive by public transport and also to move from there to every sightseeing in the region. The house is very homie, and the kitchen had everything we needed, The pool is big plus and has a very relaxing atmosphere. We will come back for sure.

Es war einfach toll! Die Lage ist etwas abseits aber mit super Ausblick auf den See ist dies wiederrum egal. Das Haus war sehr sauber und perfekt geeignet😀 Gerne wieder, Danke!

Cristian was very proactive, responsive, and professional. If you want to visit Lake Como I highly recommend this place. I will likely stay here again if I visit Como in the future. Beautiful views and a one of a kind terrace/rooftop to enjoy your morning coffee or evening drinks.

Super schöne Saubere Wohnung. Sehr schön eingerichtet. Es hatte alles was man braucht um zu entspannen. Tolle Lage.

Emplacement parfait pour se déplacer uniquement à pied et en bateau Proche du port ( 2 min à pied) et des restaurants Terrasse avec vue magnifique et coucher de soleil sur le lac. Double vitrage qui filtre bien le bruit de la ville mais l’appartement reste en hyper centre. Garage fermé à disposition

This was an absolutely stunning spot. Centrally located, amazing views, and reasonably priced. It looked exactly like the pictures! The apartment was great - had everything we needed and was really comfortable. The deck overlooking the mountains and Lake Lugano is spectacular. I recommend this 100%. If you are coming to Lake Lugano, this is a great spot. I miss it already!

Beautiful home, very easy steps to get into the property. Quick responses, helpful owners who are very accommodating. Amazing location int he heart of Como. Not far from the train station. The cleaner is also very lovely and was so kind to our dog, she couldn’t whip out the bed and water soon enough. Would definitely return and 100% recommend 10/10 ♥️

Eine sehr praktisch eingerichtetes, sehr gepflegtes und in wunderschöner Aussichtslage befindliches 2 Zimmer Appartement. Es lässt sich vortrefflich für einige Tage dort unterkommen und ist für lange Wanderungen in den Bergen perfekt geeignet. Michael kommuniziert schnell und ist für zusätzliche Fragen oder Anliegen offen. Herzlichen Dank, lieber Michael, für den wunderbaren Aufenthalt.

Marissa & Antonello were wonderful hosts for us staying in Milan for 5 days. Proactive communication from booking and gave us detailed instructions to get to their apartment from the train station. They then showed us around the apartment and complex so we could get around easily. They were always on hand to give us further information about the city & the apartment and left us enough amenities to last us for the duration of our stay. The apartment itself was very clean and modern with a peaceful environment from other residents. Would 100% stay here again if I come back to Milan.

We were there for a family wedding which was nearby so was the perfect location. The building had been an old monastery which has been sympathetically and very tastefully renovated it was fantastic we had our own courtyard with loungers table and chairs, beautiful touches throughout can’t rate our stay highly enough 100%. What stood out was Luca himself he helped us enormously. We had a family dinner planned in the neighbouring town but found it impossible to get a taxi bearing in mind it was a Sunday and maybe not as many available even Luca tried but no luck so he took us in his car to the venue which I thought was amazing khe also helped to carry our luggage when we arrived and when we left very very helpful.5stars for the house and 6stars for the host.

We had a wonderful stay in Bellagio and couldn’t have asked for a better host. Alessia was incredibly kind, responsive, and so helpful in planning our visit. She offered great recommendations and made everything feel easy and stress-free. The house itself was absolutely gorgeous, with stunning views, thoughtful touches, and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights was how she even came to meet us at the ferry and helped with our luggage, which we truly appreciated after a long day of travel. We felt so well taken care of and would highly recommend staying here to anyone visiting!
