The house is very nice and large, the cleanliness is very good, the temperature in the pool and jacuzzi is always excellent, the sound system that it has allows you to enjoy yourself a lot and have fun because it also has karaoke. The host was always attentive and was very attentive upon arrival, he explained the important things to us in detail. Very good experience, I would return without hesitation.

It was a family weekend, the managers Don Félix, Doña Benita and their daughters treated us as if we were family. The place is amazing. I went with my children and nephews and they enjoyed the pool. We had very hot days and they did us the favor of giving us more fans. The house is beautiful, the garden is a dream. Each room has its own charm and privacy. The kitchen is spacious and the living room is very comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast room overlooking the garden, and I could see my children playing and spending one of the most incredible weekends of our stay in Mexico. Communication with Mrs. Pia was amazing and fast. Even before I arrived at the house to plan the trip with her, I relied on her too much. My children describe the house as a fairy world (according to them, they saw some dancing in the garden) Highly recommended!

The place is very quiet and with great space to be with the family, in our case with small dogs, the cleanliness is impeccable and I imagine they smoke frequently because we did not see insects typical of the area, only the classic mosquitoes and ants that are not a problem in themselves, it is very convenient that two of the rooms have air conditioning which makes rest not a problem even in a time of intense heat, there is a self-service shop a few meters away which is very convenient to buy food, ice or almost anything, they were always attentive to any doubt and always very friendly with us, certainly a place to return. Great experience in every way

It is a beautiful accommodation, the photos do not do it justice, it is more spacious than it looks, the attention of Georgina and Mrs. Margarita was always excellent, the area is quiet without noise although we have heard stories of insecurity we feel safe in the accommodation, they have a folder with information on emergency numbers and places to eat and visit, the pool is delicious in hot weather, all rooms and common areas have fans and large windows that help a lot against the heat, the kitchen is fully equipped to prepare whatever you want there is a market a few blocks away where you can buy everything and in front there is a shop with essentials. You won't regret it, it's a great place to spend the weekend and relax.

Excellent service from Alejandro, he was always looking out for us. When we had an issue with services, they helped us to resolve it quickly (minor details). We will definitely return to this property

We enjoyed our stay in this spacious house with a lovely outdoor area and pool. It is in a quiet area removed from the noise and hustle of the noisier parts of the city.

We were very happy at Arturo's house, it is a very spacious house, with a garden and super cared for plants, the pool is a good size and the water was at a good temperature, communication with the host was super good. I recommend 100% stay

We loved it, everything was as shown in the photos, clean, tidy and with more than enough things to spend our month's vacation comfortably. We would return without hesitation. The view from the apartment is very nice, the pool is huge and the water was super nice every day (May-Jun); my husband, my two teenage children and I enjoyed all the facilities that the Cluster has, tennis, paddle tennis, basketball and a super good gym, 100% recommended. The apartment is an excellent option to spend several days with family and/or friends. Christian was always very flexible and was attentive to our stay. The subdivision is luxurious and you can do any activity safely. For those who like to swim, the pool is very large and has everything you need to spend a whole day in it. In general, we liked it a lot and we plan to return soon.

Very nice apartment and the subdivision too, the pool water was warm, the paddle tennis and tennis courts are very close, you can see them from the apartment to see your children. Everything was great. I would definitely choose it again.
