The front patio and the lush courtyard in the back blend in in a unique way with the house and the pool area. Solar heating is included. Gas heating or AC are optional for an extra fee. It is 5 minutes away from the best restaurants and plazas in town. Averanda and Galerias are only a few minutes away.
