Dejourne was an excellent host—very responsive and accommodating to all our needs. The space was perfect for our family, with a fantastic play area full of toys and activities for the kids. The kitchen was fully equipped and spacious, ideal for hosting a large group. The front yard was expansive and offered a stunning view from the top of the hill, giving a sense of seclusion and escape from the city. Highly recommend!

We truly enjoyed every minute of our stay-from the thoughtful touches throughout the home to the peaceful atmosphere that made is easy to relax and feel at home. Great older house in a nice residential area, walking distance to the beach and downtown Oceanside. We needed the space and washer/dryer because we were visiting for our kids' soccer tournament (unfortunately we discovered the water heater wasn't working, which was a bummer, but we worked with the host to try to get it up and running, and survived the cold showers : 0 ). Would definitely consider renting again.

This home was beautiful. The host ensured the cleanliness, and the house was very accessible. Our stay was peaceful, and the added amenities of the gym and pools were a plus. Would 100% recommend this house for anyone looking for a luxurious place to stay.

This trip was for a wedding at a local winery and the villa was absolutely beautiful. It had everything you needed including coffee, cooking utensils, plates, silverware, etc. the bedroom and bathroom were very spacious and clean. We had a lot of privacy and the landscape of the surrounding vineyard was breathtaking. The host was very responsive to all questions we had and typically responded within 5-10 mins. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and will definitely stay here again if we are in the area!

We did a little staycation in Fallbrook for a friend's wedding and Phyllis's place was AMAZING! Absolutely gorgeous, so spacious, and felt like a home away from home. It was a little tricky navigating the windy road up arriving in the dark, but once we did it once it was easy! Everything inside was easy to find with labels and Phyllis was so thoughtful with some snacks and wine left out for us. I was so sad we didn't get to spend more time at the house since we spent all day on Saturday getting ready for the wedding and attending wedding festivities. I love Monserate Winery and would love to come back here to properly relax and enjoy the scenery and Monserate! Thanks so much, Phyllis!

Absolutely loved our stay! The place was gorgeous—even more spacious than the photos show. It’s much closer to the beach than we expected, and falling asleep to the sound of the waves each night was pure magic. The location is perfect—walking distance to great coffee spots and restaurants. The hosts were fantastic with communication, and the home was well-equipped with everything we needed. It was quiet, peaceful, and the perfect getaway. We can’t wait to come back!

This was an absolutely beautiful place to stay for my birthday weekend. Everyone was incredibly comfortable and we were able to go to the gorgeous wineries around! The house and ESPECIALLY the view was so spectacular

I celebrated my 30th birthday weekend here & everything was perfect from the moment I entered the villa. The host was so friendly & responsiveness throughout my stay. She even greeted me with a sweet note, a bottle of wine & some doggie treats for my dog upon arrival. The location is tranquil & private & the views are breathtaking. Absolutely recommend!

After following the directions the host sent, it was easy to find. Driveway was large, house was beautiful and had tons of room to entertain. Jacuzzi kicks on at 4:30pm, and gets hot quick! The salt water pool and jacuzzi was nice cause it didnt have to be over chlorinated! All in all it was a great stay and we highly recommend.

Stunning home. I want to travel back to 2019 when it sold and buy it. Lol. Super quiet and peaceful! Hot tub was clean and fancy, the whole family loved the dedicated home theater. We went on walks up to the top of the property and wow!

Elizabeth is an amazing host and her place was absolutely wonderful for a relaxing and peaceful stay. The house had great amenities and was squeaky clean. The views are also beautiful and make you feel like you are in nature! I will definitely be going back and taking more family and friends to enjoy the peace and relaxation that we experienced in this home. I can’t overstate how great of a host Elizabeth was! We had a great stay! The house is in a convenient location, about 15 minutes to the Oceanside pier, and a short drive to grocery stores. The house and pool were fantastic!

The home was perfect for a girls weekend, with plenty of space, hammock, games, pool (which was warm!), spa, and places to hang outside and inside. There were all of the basic kitchen supplies, and a dishwasher. The TV was web connected and easy to work. The views were peaceful and expansive, feeling like you were on top of it all, with lots of privacy. We used Ubers to pick us up and had no problems at all, jumping in at the gate. Would definitely stay here again!

Our family had a great stay. We came for a wedding and it was super convenient from all the wineries and grocery stores for whatever we needed. The hosts were also very responsive with any requests or questions we had. I definitely recommend staying here.
