Dejourne was an excellent host—very responsive and accommodating to all our needs. The space was perfect for our family, with a fantastic play area full of toys and activities for the kids. The kitchen was fully equipped and spacious, ideal for hosting a large group. The front yard was expansive and offered a stunning view from the top of the hill, giving a sense of seclusion and escape from the city. Highly recommend!

We truly enjoyed every minute of our stay-from the thoughtful touches throughout the home to the peaceful atmosphere that made is easy to relax and feel at home. Everything was exactly as described (if not better), and it's clear great care was put into creating a welcoming and comfortable experience for us. Great older house in a nice residential area, walking distance to the beach and downtown Oceanside. We needed the space and washer/dryer because we were visiting for our kids' soccer tournament (unfortunately we discovered the water heater wasn't working, which was a bummer, but we worked with the host to try to get it up and running, and survived the cold showers : 0 ). Would definitely consider renting again.

The villa on the hill is a hidden gem that I would gladly go back to. The views were breathtaking from just about any spot on the property. One of my favorite parts about the whole villa stay was sitting in the hot tub watching the sun set in the evening. The villa itself was just as beautiful on the inside as it was on the outside. The owners keep it very clean and stocked with cooking utensils if needed. It was the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of Southern California, and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and spacious place to stay.

Adam was an amazing host! Always responsive and easy to check in and out. They provided everything that was needed and then some. This property was beautiful and Adam went above and beyond!

This trip was for a wedding at a local winery and the villa was absolutely beautiful. It had everything you needed including coffee, cooking utensils, plates, silverware, etc. the bedroom and bathroom were very spacious and clean. We had a lot of privacy and the landscape of the surrounding vineyard was breathtaking. The host was very responsive to all questions we had and typically responded within 5-10 mins. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and will definitely stay here again if we are in the area!

We did a little staycation in Fallbrook for a friend's wedding and Phyllis's place was AMAZING! Absolutely gorgeous, so spacious, and felt like a home away from home. It was a little tricky navigating the windy road up arriving in the dark, but once we did it once it was easy! Everything inside was easy to find with labels and Phyllis was so thoughtful with some snacks and wine left out for us. I was so sad we didn't get to spend more time at the house since we spent all day on Saturday getting ready for the wedding and attending wedding festivities. I love Monserate Winery and would love to come back here to properly relax and enjoy the scenery and Monserate! Thanks so much, Phyllis!

Absolutely loved our stay! The place was gorgeous—even more spacious than the photos show. It’s much closer to the beach than we expected, and falling asleep to the sound of the waves each night was pure magic. The location is perfect—walking distance to great coffee spots and restaurants. The hosts were fantastic with communication, and the home was well-equipped with everything we needed. It was quiet, peaceful, and the perfect getaway. We can’t wait to come back!

The “Tuscan Villa” was aptly named as it truly had a very Mediterranean vibe. The place was spacious enough to accommodate my extended family for our Thanksgiving Day dinner. Everyone had a great time catching up with all the comings and goings on of different family members. Needless to say, a good time was had by all! Heidi answered any questions I had tout de suite and dealt with a minor problem in a timely manner.

This was an absolutely beautiful place to stay for my birthday weekend. Everyone was incredibly comfortable and we were able to go to the gorgeous wineries around! The house and ESPECIALLY the view was so spectacular

I celebrated my 30th birthday weekend here & everything was perfect from the moment I entered the villa. The host was so friendly & responsiveness throughout my stay. She even greeted me with a sweet note, a bottle of wine & some doggie treats for my dog upon arrival. The location is tranquil & private & the views are breathtaking. Absolutely recommend!

After following the directions the host sent, it was easy to find. Driveway was large, house was beautiful and had tons of room to entertain. Jacuzzi kicks on at 4:30pm, and gets hot quick! The salt water pool and jacuzzi was nice cause it didnt have to be over chlorinated! All in all it was a great stay and we highly recommend.

The space was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated. Everything was well-maintained, and it was clear that a lot of care went into preparing the home for guests. The location was perfect—quiet and safe. Yamilett was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making check-in and check-out smooth and stress-free. Overall, me and my friends couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The villa was the perfect setup for our group’s reunion and exceeded all of our expectations! The property is inviting and comfortable, fully stocked with the essentials, and so peaceful. The host was very communicative, helpful, and friendly. We’d book this place again in a heartbeat!

Had such a great time !

The home was perfect for a girls weekend, with plenty of space, hammock, games, pool (which was warm!), spa, and places to hang outside and inside. There were all of the basic kitchen supplies, and a dishwasher. The TV was web connected and easy to work. The views were peaceful and expansive, feeling like you were on top of it all, with lots of privacy. We used Ubers to pick us up and had no problems at all, jumping in at the gate. Would definitely stay here again!

Gorgeous home and view! So much fun for a group of friends. We loved the game room, the jacuzzi, and the nearness to local wineries. David was very responsive and helpful.

It was perfect for extended family to all be together. The grandkids loved the pool, and the outdoor and indoor kitchens accommodated our large gathering well.

Loved our stay here! The home is beautiful and spacious. Perfect for a large group and nice to have a pool/pool table for entertainment. The beds were extremely comfortable as well. Denise was a great host, very responsive, and accommodating. Will be booking here again if we are back in the area!

Sheila’s beautiful villa was absolutely what we needed after a long exhausting day with two toddlers at Legoland. We had stayed at a residence before here so we knew the layout and amenities more or less. It’s exactly what we expected and more. The beautiful pools (with a baby friendly pool), the kids club, the beautiful views, the delicious on-site restaurants, complimentary fruit-infused water, the adorable stuffed animal seals for the kids, and more. We loved that the kids could stay in the living room. Sheila had provided two cribs that were already set up prior to our arrival. The check-in was super smooth! We communicated for days before our arrival and we felt really happy with everything!!! We loved the amenities and after Legoland, we needed a bit of luxury and rest for ourselves. Thank you again for letting us stay in your lovely villa.

I can’t get over how beautiful and spacious this home was. We booked this for our wedding weekend for our bridal party and it was one of the best decisions we made to make our wedding weekend incredible. Every room was enormous, the beds were SO comfortable and the bathrooms were pristine. The only thing I will say is if you are a calling an uber, make sure to give the exact instructions Skip provides to find the location. If arriving at night, make sure to read every instruction but Skip was great in providing so many details to help us find the place. Overall highly recommend booking if you’re looking for a beautiful place to stay with friends and family.
