Great quiet place to stay in New Zealand. Superb for star gazing at night.

Beautiful view and a lovely cozy cabin just as advertised (but the view cannot be done justice without seeing it in person!). We will definitely be making this a regular stop when visiting the area.

Lovely place to stay, really nice hosts, especially valuable if you enjoy the outdoors, cyclists, walkers and skiers and more! Good amount of space, great to have such a lovely amount of greenery so close to transport, a supermarket and heaps of cheap eats too. Would definitely like to be back, hopefully more able to take advantage of the beautiful area. 2 minutes away from the river Avon, 25 min walk along that to central city.

A very warm and friendly welcome by Euan, a lovely garden and beautiful comfortable large bed. A stroll into Clyde Village to enjoy the local cafes and restaurants. Enjoyed our stay very much!

The chalet is well located, it's a quiet and peaceful place. It's about 10 minutes walk from the Wanaka tree and about 25 minutes walk from downtown. The hosts have been responsive and attentive to our needs. We had a lovely time. Thank you so much.

Staying at this Queenstown Airbnb was an absolute dream! The host's thoughtfulness shone through in every detail. Handwritten notes greeted me, leading me through the cozy space and its delightful surprises. I was amazed to find the house stocked with everything I could need: birthday candles for spontaneous celebrations, umbrellas for rainy days, reusable shopping bags, soft slippers, notepads, and even disposable zip - lock bags. It truly felt like the host had thought of everything! The views were the cherry on top. Waking up to stunning sunrises, watching the sky light up with vibrant sunsets, and even spotting a rainbow from the window— it was pure magic. This place wasn't just a place to stay; it was a haven that perfectly combined comfort, convenience, and natural beauty. We loved our stay in Gavin's passive house. The house is in an excellent location, close to town and a short walk from Lake Wanaka. The house is beautifully designed, light and airy and very comfortable. We loved the window seat at the front with lovely views of the mountains - a perfect spot to read and relax. A really lovely home

Firstly let us say everything about this property is simply stunning, the space, the views, the location and did I mention the views.. As hosts, Kelly and Chris were so responsive and helpful. We would hope to return at some time, unfortunately while we were there our stay was impacted with noise from an adjacent property hosting a wedding. We reported this to Chris and Kelly who intend to take the matter further. This does not impact our desire to return nor does it affect the five star review this property deserves.

If you are looking for a different kind of experience to break the noarm - this is it! Thomas must be the most creative person I've ever met. Walk around their house and magical garden to appreciate a lifetime of beautiful art-projects!

A beautiful location and a very warm welcome by Esther. Everything was very clean and tidy with clear instructions around the private and shared spaces about expectations of the guests. We had a private bedroom (double bed) and beautiful unobstructed view out over the bay. The bed was comfortable with plenty of blankets, and the shared lounge and kitchen spaces were warm and inviting. We have already booked for another stay after Christmas. The location is handy to many walks and attractions, anywhere from a 15 minute to 2 hours drive away, and the area is home to sea lions.

If you love the ocean, you’ll love this spot. It’s as close as you can get to the water. Gazing out onto the bay from the bed was epic. Also perfect for walks on the beach whenever you want. Very relaxing location.
