Holiday rentals with breakfast in Tavullia

We rented the house for our colleagues who work nearby. The house is large, spacious, well laid out, clean. The house is suitable for a longer stay as it has everything you need. Friendly owners. I highly recommend it.

Tiziana's accommodation is the best you could wish for if you are looking for peace, silence and immersion in nature. Very close to the house, a path leads to a waterfall and in 5 km of uphill you reach the Hermitage of Carpegna. Otherwise, if you are traveling by car, there are many natural and historical places of interest a few kilometers away. If we happen to return to the area, we will be happy to be hosted again by Tiziana.

Communication with Giulia was always cordial. The check-in and check-out, which her mother took care of, was also straightforward. The apartment corresponded exactly to the description in the advertisement – clean, well-equipped and cozy. We were particularly pleased with the welcome bread and the little things provided, such as coffee, drinking water and milk. A free, locked parking space was also available. The location is easily accessible and is relatively centrally located between the old town of San Marino and the state border - both are within walking distance, although not directly around the corner.

Stay at apartment hosted by Kristian and Gabriele was exellent. Place was clean, peaceful, hosts were kind and there was breakfast provided. We visited advised restaurant and it was one of the best dinners I had in Italy. We also made a little walk around the hills.

Very quiet place but not far from amenities, ample space and very clean, the possibility of parking the car internally was very important for me and above all very kind and helpful owners.

It was just perfect!Morciano is a small place with very dear people :) all necessary shops are nearby and are within walking distance. The accommodation itself is much nicer than in the pictures!Everything so lovingly decorated!In the kitchen you have all the need, even coffee, sugar, salt and tea. What is still totally sweet is that the host even provides croissants, jam and cookies as well as two water bottles. In the bathroom you will also find everything you need, the towels are changed regularly. As far as Paolo is concerned, very great!For any concern, you can contact him immediately and also get an answer immediately!Great recommendations from him regarding restaurants and beach(10 minutes by car in Cattolica). In between Paolo brought us delicious figs to try and a farewell gift with local treats on departure!Paolo, thank you so much for the great stay & your warmth :)we will come back!

Quiet place, as advertised, clean and tidy. Rita and her husband are very kind and polite people, I can only thank them for the hospitality and courtesy they showed us. We'll definitely be back.

Beautiful and spacious apartment within a minute walking distance of the beach and shops and restaurants. With a private parking space 50 meters away. The two beach beds (including !!) complete it. Carlotta is a thoughtful host who communicates well and responds very quickly. In short: recommended.

Apparently quiet, very clean and well-equipped, nothing was missing, with small touches that are nice and the parking which is a plus. We'll be happy to go back.

Everything was perfect, the apartment was equipped with all the comforts that are rarely found including shampoo, foam bath, coffee, pasta, etc.

Here's a possible review: Perfect apartment for our family with two young children. The central location and impeccable cleanliness made our stay really pleasant during the Befana event. The house is well organized and equipped with everything you need. If we were to go back to the area, we would definitely choose it again!

We were personally welcomed by our host, Alberto, in a cozy house located in an ideal location, a few steps from the hinterland and only 15-20 minutes' walk from the sea. The house is well stocked with everything you need, including shower accessories such as towels and shampoo. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, including a refrigerator. The most pleasant part of the house is undoubtedly the terrace, where you can dine outdoors while enjoying an admirable view. I highly recommend this accommodation to those looking for comfortable and quiet accommodation near the sea, I think I will return in the future!

Lovely, warm apartment with great views- at the front over to Rimini and the Adriatic and a side view of the castles above at San Marino City which looked particularly good at night. The apartment had everything we needed. Chiara sent photos to help us locate the apartment and the parking space which was very helpful although it still took us a few minutes to find it! The apartment had everything we needed. Due to the thick walls, the wi-fi signal was only really good in the living room but that was fine for us. Only a 5 minute walk to the gondola taking you up to the city.

The house with terrace is idyllically located on a hill with a panoramic view. The room with bathroom was clean and tidy. The B&B has everything you need.

Piero’s home is a real gem! Exceeded expectations from many points of view. Beautiful surroundings from both the home entrance to the room balcony and window. The bedroom is large, very comfortable and full of charm. Piero and his wife are beautiful souls, they made us feel right at home, hospitality is in their veins and they both are very special hosts/people. Highly recommend a visit and we will definitely go back when in Romagna 🫶

Had the most beautiful and lovely time with Carmen and Max in their family home. The grandparents, parents and sons are all so warm, welcoming and inviting and I felt so at home with them. Carmen makes delicious cakes and it’s like a buffet for breakfast! They will take very good care of you the whole time - giving recommendations, making sure you get home safely and chatting to you even if you don’t speak Italian. This was the best time, thank you Carmen and Max!!!!

I can’t say enough about how fantastic this B&B is! Lucio and his wife are so warm and welcoming, but also give you space and privacy. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the surroundings are so beautiful and the breakfast was delicious as well. We had everything we needed here. I highly recommend this place if you’re staying in the area, it is worth the short drive from town to stay here!

The style, the cleanliness, the scent of my grandma's home. Really a caress after a day on a motorbike. Super breakfast with homemade tarts. Lots of availability from the owners but with the right confidentiality. I'll be back

On a hill with fantastic views, enjoy the sunrise in the morning through the large panoramic windows in the living room, in the garden overlooking the olive trees of Agnese and having breakfast in the beautiful landscape...what more could you want. The flat is very tasteful and spacious. The kitchen with 5 sparkling stove and oven invites you to cook if you don't want to eat in one of the trattorias of the area with Romagnolian kitchens. Agnese is a very likeable host and with her tips have made a significant contribution to the success of our vacation. What you should know...the area from the house is more for sportlch ambitious cyclists, but you can take directly beautiful hikes; the access via a gravel path is a bit bumpy but easily feasible; you need a car to shop and explore the beautiful wider surroundings. We felt very comfortable!

Perfect accommodation with plenty of space, comfortable bed, excellent cleanliness and the equipment that Ms. Marzia provides is super complete. There is everything for the bathroom, to be able to prepare something hot and quality breakfast products. Considering the quiet location away from noise, only 1 km from the center on foot, and the unique availability of Marzia, it is a must for staying in the Cervia area. Thanks to the next one.
