The 50's stop there with a queen bed & quality linens and a choice of pillows from the pillow library You have exclusive access to the self-contained suite located on the ground floor of our home Located close to Copper Crest, Althorp Village, Grace Hospital, 7 min drive to Ataahua, 10 min to Tauriko business district and Toi Ohomai Polytech, 15 min to Tauranga CBD Rate includes breakfast of granola, stewed fruit, toast.

Gorgeous Mount Beach Cottage - 3min walk to surf

One bedroom beach cottage. 1 min walk to the park, 3 min to surf beach and boardwalk, 10 min walk to supermarket, restaurants and cafes. Park the car, and chill out in the centrally located cottage. Smart TV, large modern bathroom and super comfy bed. Please note that the kitchenette includes airfryer / microwave / toaster. There is a friendly miniature cavoodle on the property who may come for a pat. Please note the cottage is at the back of the property, facing the rear of the main house

The Orchard Studio.

Our newly renovated Studio has been a joy to create and we are excited to finally share this space with you. It is a private small Studio nestled in behind large 80 yr old Californian Redwood and Atlas Cedar trees looking out onto an organic avocado orchard and expansive gardens. It is a private studio on an orchard but handy to cafes , restaurants and shopping centers, right beside busy Pyes Pa Road. If you are looking for something bigger we also have the Orchard Guesthouse on AirBnB.

Only 10 minutes to central Tauranga, 10 minutes to one of the best beaches in NZ, and 15 minutes to infamous Mt Maunganui. Climb to the top of the Mount for unparalleled views or walk the base of the Mauao. Swim, hike, cycle, restaurants and bars, chillax and enjoy, even if you are here for work! it's all close! Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. A home away from home... Look out over the reserve in this quiet neighbourhood. Convenient location to Tauranga CBD and the Mount. This apartment is fully kitted out with all that you need. The apartment is in one side of the house and is self contained. Use of the spa is included between 6 pm and 9 pm. PS infant under 2 can stay for free (porta cot available on request) PS Marshall the cat loves pats.

Gorgeous private studio - Pukehina

Take it easy at this private and tranquil getaway with farm views and a quick walk across the road to the beach. We welcome you to our home in Pukehina, newly built self-contained unit abutting the garage of our home. The unit with one bedroom features a kitchenette, bathroom, open plan living/bedroom and an outside deck with free outside parking. The studio has it's own private entrance and access away from the main house.
