Super king sofa bed in the small lounge + couch in main lounge. 3 toilets, main bathroom and ensuite in the master bedroom. Covered patio area, super-sized spa pool + paved area. Also outdoors; pool, volleyball net, basketball hoop + trampoline! 10 min commute to city centre, 15-20 mins to Mt Maunganui or 5 mins to Beth Shopping Centre + Tga Crossing.
