We had a wonderful stay at Elbek and Lilya’s apartment. They were incredibly friendly and understanding of our needs throughout our visit. The apartment itself is cozy and beautifully decorated in soft pastel tones, making us feel completely at home. Everything we needed was thoughtfully arranged ,from a fully equipped kitchen to small welcoming touches like fresh fruits and nuts. Our child especially loved the toys that were available, which made our stay even more comfortable. What we truly appreciated was their kindness and flexibility. Our flight was late at night, and when we requested a late checkout, they didn’t hesitate at all and graciously allowed us to stay longer. It really made a big difference for us. I highly recommend this place without a second thought. A perfect home away from home with the most caring hosts!

We really liked the apartment. Everything is like home. The bathroom has all the chemicals for the washing machine, electric towel rack, shampoo, toothpaste, brushes. There is tea, coffee, all the necessary utensils for cooking in the kitchen. All appliances, ironing board, laundry dryer are available. But the most important thing is that Sergey is always happy to help both in word and deed . Nearby there are everything, shops, cafes with alcohol and beer, Alco Market, ATMs and Metro under the window, small street trade. We would highly recommend this apartment for travel accommodation!!!

It’s a fabulous place which spoils you with the excellent amenities and comfort. We were at Laylo’s place for four days and had a great stay. Her father had personally come to explain everything. The place is slightly far from the center but makes up with the sheer comfort and amenities!

We had a great stay, the apartment was spotless, stylish, and exactly as described in the listing. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was well-equipped. The location is perfect too, many restaurants and parks nearby but the area itself is quiet and secured. Thanks!

During our stay, the host answered all our questions and was helpful. Thanks to her, we had a nice Tashkent trip. Although the neighborhood seems a little outside, we were able to reach everywhere with buses 68 and 93.

Nice, spacious and bright apartment in a building. Several shops and a huge mall 5 minutes away. A bit far from the city center though and the bed can be softer

Shavkat is very accommodating and flexible with check in and checkout. I only wish there was an option for self check in as it takes one less thing to do off your plate than coordinating meeting but he was very flexible with our flight changes. This place is spacious, very great location with many restaurants, right next to park, and metro so easy to get anywhere. The only small nitpick is the shower is low ceiling and there is no shower curtain. Other than host is great and place is great!

Large place - perfect for the five of us. Clean and has good amenities (and the best hair dryers of which there are two). Conformable beds with nice linens. Two bathrooms - one en suite. Everything works. Bit far from the centre but this is clearly visible on the listing, and the taxis are very (very!) affordable. Could do with a second set of keys for larger groups. Comms a bit patchy but I think that's just a cultural quirk - all necessary information was communicated promptly. One thing to mention for fellow travellers is that you shouldn't be put off by communication via Whats App, as the host uses it to send you check-in instruction videos. Overall we had a comfortable stay - thank you Elyor!

We came to Uzbekistan with friends and opted not to stay at their hotel but stayed at Tahkirs place. The apartment is perfect for two people with everything you need to cook for yourself. The air conditioner worked very well, and the building was very quiet and private. There are good restaurants and cafes nearby and the metro is a 5 minute walk away, but we used Y@ndex go for our travels (like Uber) as taxis in Uzbekistan are cheap. One of our major concerns with doing an Airbnb in Tashkent was the necessary government registration. Tahkir took care of it all in a timely fashion and got us the documents we needed. If we come to Tashkent again, we will stay here again and recommend it to others. A clean place in a great location Host also speaks both Russian and English which makes things easy.

The boss is warm and welcoming, the location is easy to access, there are several supermarkets around, the room is clean and tidy, and the kitchen utensils are fully functional.I highly recommend this accommodation.

The apartment is big and spacious. It is located close to the metro so you can easily get to any location in Tashkent. It is on a side street, so it is very quiet. Nice comfortable stay.

Sayyora’s apartment was perfect for our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids). The place was spotless and is in a very convenient location. Sayyora was very responsive and did everything she could to make sure that our stay was worry-free. Highly recommended!

I want to note the high level of service, starting with the personal welcome of guests, clean, cozy and, despite the problems during their stay in Tashkent with heating, a very warm apartment. High-speed Internet. All the necessary establishments are within a walking distance, from a 24-hour ATM to a quite affordable cafe (from 8.00 to 23.00), pharmacies and shops. I will be happy to recommend to friends and acquaintances. Rahmet for your responsible attitude to the business!
