Holiday rentals with a patio in Tashkent Region

The room is superb!The host is also super nice!Check-in instructions are very clear, and the appliances and furniture are new.I love the kitchen, it's beautiful.And you can watch YouTube on the TV. It is close to Magic City and Seoul Street, as well as local chain supermarkets. I want to stay here for a long time. I'm glad I found this treasure of a B&B.❤️

It’s a very good place to stay, pls use map to find the exact address to given to the taxi driver. The host is very helpful in case any help needed with the direction.

I had a very good stay. The unit is in a modern building within walking distance of Tashkent City Park and the mall. I felt safe throughout my stay. The apartment is clean and new. However, it feels like it hasn’t been lived in yet. For example, the main desk is too high and the chair is not tall enough, so you just cannot use it. There are no hooks in the bathroom so you cannot hang towels/clothes. The curtain is quite sheer (not see-through but def. bring eye mask if you are sensitive to light in the morning, since the bedroom door is also sheer). Rideshare tends to drop off/pick up at Block E, and you'd have to walk to the back of the building. Short walk but just to be aware. During my week-long stay, the unit right next door had construction from 9-6. If you plan to work just clarify with the host upfront. Olesya was a wonderful host. She's very responsive and brought me extra towels and tissue paper. Also gave me lots of recs and tips for the visit. It was a pleasure!

Everything was great! The three of us stayed there, and the apartment was spacious, located right in the heart of Tashkent City. Highly recommend!

The perfect option for living in Tashkent! Especially if you are traveling with your friends/colleagues or family: the apartment has perfect zoning, enough beds (in addition to two bedrooms, you can also stay in the living room), and a comfortable layout. There is everything you need and even more — up to the fact that there is a separate storage room where you can put a dryer without cluttering the space. And in general, everything is extremely organic and convenient. The living room is comfortable to spend time, the bedrooms have comfortable workplaces, and the window offers a pleasant view (the apartment is located on the last, 8th floor). Not to mention that, from the point of view of decor and design, the apartment is simply amazing! I think that for such a cost of options, there is no better option. Moreover, I came across a lot of less attractive options for a lot of money) In general, I recommend it to everyone!

Everything you see in the photos, you get the same image when you check in to the house. An excellent employee who takes care of the house immediately comes to your aid in any situation. They ask about your needs daily. It was very important to me. The amenities in the house were in the comfort of a 5 star hotel. Recommended. The only problem was that the hot water sometimes didn't happen.😀

This accommodation is a newly built building and everything is perfect~ It is a sufficient accommodation to relieve the fatigue of travel and take a break, with clean facilities, spacious space, and a clear swimming pool. We used a rental car as a group of 7 adult males~ I had no difficulty finding the accommodation, and it was enough to park 2 cars~ The host always tried to help~ We wish all travelers using this accommodation the best of luck! What made me feel the safest is that Akramjan immediately picked up my phone calls and supported me on getting to the Airbnb. The check-in and check out were quick and seamless, and the airbnb had refreshments on offer (these were paid but were a great addition to the place). The home was spacious and functional. I went to Tashkent with my big family (8 members total). We had a wonderful stay! The host was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The house itself is spacious, very clean, and well-maintained — perfect for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Tashkent. Thank you 🙏🏻

We were completely delighted with our stay at Alexey's place! He is a very nice conversationalist, caring host and all round really nice man. Everything was very comfortable and clean in the house. Comfortable large beds and complete silence at night. We slept very well! We stayed with his daughter and she also really liked everything. She asked him to give him 10 points, and preferably 100😄 I will definitely stay here again the next time we come to Tashkent. It takes 15 minutes to get to the center by taxi. Nearby there is a shop with everything you need and a cafe with delicious pilaf
