Relax in this pleasant and nicely decorated accommodation.The apartment is located on the 1st floor and is suitable for two persons.This studio apartment has everything you need for your vacation. It is located in the city center,but in a side street.It is very peaceful and quiet, yet three steps from the shops,market ,bakery. Plaza ,harbour and restaurants are also close. Everything is in a walking distance, so you don't need a vehicle at all.You can park your vehicle in the private parking lot inside the closed courtyard.

We booked our stay just one week prior to our arrival. We wanted to arrive in the night - that is possible, there is a keybox just outside the entry door. It is very cosy, the bed is situated with a very nice view outside. Parking ok. Just across the street you have 2 supermakerts. The beach is quite far, but we knew that.

It was a pleasure staying here. The house is located in a quiet town just outside of Poreč, with everything you need close by. The build quality is among the best I've seen in Croatia – everything feels solid and is made with high-quality materials. Both the interior and exterior are beautifully designed and well-maintained. Mario has been incredibly helpful, taking care of even the smallest details. Thank you for having us!

Everything was great! This house is located in a very remote place. Almost nobody could disturb you here, only birds. There are many trees and plants around. Additionally, I would like to highlight nice running rotes nearby. The only problem is the restaurants around. Although they are located ~2 km away, the extremely loud music from them at night can be very annoying
