The villa was impeccably managed, and the entire property, including the swimming pool was spotlessly clean. The caretaker, Mr. Lalan, was incredibly helpful and went out of his way to ensure everything was perfect during our stay. We wanted to have a barbecue night, and they recommended a chef who not only prepared delicious tandoori items but also handled all the cleanup at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for value for money, professionalism, and top-notch cleanliness.

We stayed at this Airbnb for 6 nights and had an overall great experience. The place was clean, comfortable, and matched the description perfectly. The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transport. We just wrapped up an unforgettable stay at this brand-new 3BHK villa—and it exceeded every expectation! Plush interiors, spacious ensuite bedrooms with verandahs, and a gleaming private pool (highly chlorinated—our feet got a free spa peel!). Sharvil was an exceptionally responsive and generous host, and Masud—our friendly caretaker—made the best poha in all of India, delighting our kids with his kindness. Booking taxis via GoaMiles was effortless, and Zomato drivers had no trouble finding us. This luxurious, serene escape is perfect for families or groups seeking comfort and convenience. We loved every moment and can’t wait to return!

Our stay was excellent — the property is exactly as described, spotless, and equipped with everything you might need. The caretakers were incredibly helpful and responsive, even assisting us late at night when we had trouble with the digital lock (entirely our fault). What truly impressed everyone was the attention to detail in the interior design, décor, and furniture — beautifully and tastefully done, and something all our guests commented on. One thing to note is that the caretakers reside in an adjoining outhouse with direct access to the kitchen via a connecting door, which may matter to some. Also, the adjacent plot had a few stray dogs and occasional foot traffic, which made night walks slightly uncomfortable, especially for women or children. That said, these were minor observations and didn’t take away from what was a truly memorable and comfortable stay at a well-managed property. We would gladly recommend it and return in the future.

We were 4 families who opted to stay at Villa Mitra. The services offered were unmatched. It was a wonderful experience for everyone. Our kids enjoyed the place a lot. Sanjay, Rajkumar and Rajni were extremely helpful. The prices for the cooking service were also very reasonable. The villa itself is beautifully maintained, spotless rooms and a sparkling pool that became the highlight of our afternoons/evenings. The location is perfect, peaceful and private. Communication with Mr Kamal was seamless, he is always quick to respond. We couldn’t have asked for a better getaway and would highly recommend Villa Mitra to any group looking for comfort and convenience. We look forward to coming back again!
