Cute house, open concept first floor was great for a weekend with our girlfriends! Hava was very responsive and kind!

Awesome property for a weekend getaway from the city. Sonny made this place into a fun playground - the pond is amazing, the hot tub, sauna, and back deck felt like a spa, and we enjoyed the fire pit and taking a short hike to the creek. The house itself is simple but has everything you need and we even managed to order Uber eats once from Kingston. The area is great, and we enjoyed the villages and a nice hike in the area. We will definitely come back.

The teahouse and surroundings were relaxing and peaceful. We saw groundhogs, deer, and chipmunks from the porch and our 2 dogs loved exploring the field and wandering in the nearby woods. The pool was amazing and warm despite the rain and the natural landscaping couldn’t have been more beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay!

The house is really gorgeous. Everything was very new/modern, clean, and comfortable. We enjoyed cooking meals in the kitchen overlooking the stunning view out the back. The hot tub and fire put were nice amenities to enjoy. The BBQ seemed to not be working, but other than that, no complaints. Location wise, the property is located in the northwest Catskills, near Stamford, NY, and convenient to many hiking spots in the area as well as nearby towns. The property itself its up on a hill, in what felt like a secluded and private spot, which made it feel like a real getaway and retreat. In sum, recommend this Airbnb for the nice amenities, modern touches, and amazing view.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Wilderkill Barn. Maria Cristina and William were exceptional hosts—warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our visit special. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The home was a haven, with a hot tub, sauna, pool, fire pit, pool table, and immersive sound and movie systems—all of which made our stay delightful despite the cold, dreary May weather. We can't thank them enough. ***That said, we feel it's necessary to address a serious issue with Airbnb itself that arose while booking this property, unrelated to the property itself. An unexpected tax was added after booking, and Airbnb has yet to provide a clear explanation. After years of loyalty, we were disappointed by their evasive and unhelpful customer support. This experience has made us reconsider using the platform in the future. We urge potential users to scrutinize all fees carefully and be aware that Airbnb’s support may be difficult to navigate if problems arise.***

We loved this cute studio cabin at the end of a quiet lane in the woods. The host was accommodating and left a welcome basket with tea & muffins for our arrival. The whole unit was clean and well maintained with basic equipment for cooking. We enjoyed sitting on the veranda watching the wildlife. Convenient location for Woodstock for coffee and food, & Ashokan reservoir for walking and cycling. There were a few potholes on the access road to the property which deer use to drink from (☺️). We loved that the cabin was bug free and did not have any trace of bug spray! (We get very bad reactions to that stuff). Thank you for hosting & being respive. Recommend for a weekend 👍🏼

It started with a lovely basket of complimentary treats next to a sign welcoming me and my family!! We were impressed with all the amenities and the comfort. There were tons of items we might need from toothpaste to Tylenol. Very well stocked. Definitely will go back next year. Thanks, Tami.

My husband and I were blown away by the beauty and thought that was put into this private destination. The moment you step on property, the freshness of the air and sounds of the creek are immediately calming. Diana was incredibly nice and very communicative before and during the entire stay. Activities: The sauna, creek, hot tub, pizza oven, grill, fire place/pits, hammocks- the amenities are amazing and unlike any other Airbnb I have ever been in before. So much that besides a quick dinner out one night (12 min away) and a nice walk around the Mountain Top Arboretum with our dog, we wanted to spend our time at the property. We called it our personal sanctuary spa!! The home: The home style is minimalistic but homey and every single item is top notch quality. There are no shortcuts- the entire place is a work of art. The bedroom and bathroom inspired me to reanalyze my own bedroom style. Thank you for upping the Airbnb game!! Can’t wait to come back to this magical spot! ✨

The house is so peaceful and quiet - can’t even see another house. Very comfortable and cozy. Perhaps the best memory foam bed I’ve had at an airBnB. Slept like a baby. Within 30-40 min drive at most of just about any area of the Catskills. Also one of the most stocked houses I’ve been in as far as supplies, coffee options, things in fridge, etc. Anne was very communicative. Between that and the sticky notes around the house it’s all very easy to navigate.

This is a really special place and a hidden gem in Hudson Valley. With its modern architecture, well curated furniture, engaging art, beautiful open fields and a canopy of tall trees all add up to create a truly unique experience. The place has a full kitchen, a big and cozy living room, a patio perfect for lounging and very comfy bedrooms. The strategically positioned glass windows blur the indoor / outdoors. Michael is the perfect host with clear and responsive communication. My wife and I look forward to our next visit!

This house is so nice! We were so at home here, and there were plenty of bedrooms for our large party. Once we pulled into the long driveway, it was clear this secluded property is a gem. The kitchen is fantastic for cooking, the space was comfortable for 12, the mountains were beautiful and it was walkable to Tanners Boathouse on Rip Van Winkle Lake! We had such a blast for my bachelorette/wedding weekend, would definitely stay again.

So happy this weekend at this location. Everything was perfect. House was clean upon arrival. Easy check in and check out. Loved the unit and would definitely recommend. 10/10!!

My group had a fantastic stay at Rusk Haus! We made use of the many amenities (grill, hot tub, fire pit, kitchen supplies) and felt at home from the beginning. So many wonderful spots in the house for gathering as a group, and a gorgeous, peaceful environment all around. Very clean. We would definitely return! Thank you!

Excellent house, location, and hosts! Very easy to just settle right in with everything needed for a relaxing and peaceful time in the mountains. Can't beat the layout/setup of the house along with the yard, deck, pond, and firepit for some fun and chill time with family/friends.

Renee’s place was incredible for our Memorial Day getaway with friends. The beds were so comfortable and the living spaces were warm and cozy. Kitchen was very well stocked for large meals. The backyard was perfect - great firepit and seating around it. And the car charging options in town were ideal - 3 chargers were a 4 min walk from the house. We would love to come back!!

We had 3 families with 5 kids looking for a place to stay with space for them to run around outside and inside. This ended up being the perfect place. Plenty of room for all the families, huge outdoor space with a hill for sledding in the back. We’re already thinking of renting the space again for next year!

Cozy place to stay for a fall vacation. We loved exploring the nearby towns by day and coming home to cook dinner and play board games in the evening. We learned that staring and ending the day early worked best for us, since it got dark pretty early for mid October and the roads through the woods get very dark. Animals are active at night and the darkness/silence of the woods were an adjustment for us city folks, but overall great experience!

We stayed at Patrick's place to celebrate my 30th birthday with five of my closest girlfriends, and it was truly perfect from start to finish. The house is tucked away in a peaceful, private setting, but still feels incredibly stylish and thoughtfully designed. Every detail was perfect—from the decor to the hot tub and Sonos sound system that kept the fun and relaxing vibes going all weekend. The kitchen was gorgeous and became the heart of the house—we cooked, laughed, and danced around it all weekend. The outdoor space was just as stunning and gave us the perfect spot to relax and soak it all in. The home was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Patrick was proactive, communicative, and provided very clear directions that made check-in and our whole stay seamless. Would absolutely come back again—such a special place for a special weekend!
