This place is worth every penny and felt right at home with beautiful view and all the extra amenities. The neighborhood is friendly and while you enjoy the luxury of the view still you wouldn't feel away or alone because it is right in the middle of the siolim with helpful neighbours. The host - Saksham was very helpful and cooperative and we would surely come back to this place. Highly recommend this place ❤️

Its a flat at 7th floor overlooking the sea. Views at both night and day from balcony is awesome. There is no kitchen but utensils, plates and refrigerator were provided. The staff was really friendly and communicated properly.

The Stay is just Amazing would definitely prefer to stay at Dev's place whenever I visit. Also would definitely recommend to friends and family. If any issues Dev is just a call away he will definitely solve our problems. Overall Great experience at his Place.

Recommended for the travellers who wish to explore north and south Goa, with cruise experience at Panjim. Place as described. Elite and luxury interious. Building looks pretty old from outside, but rest as shown in pictures and described. This property is on the first floor. Car park available, ideal for 5-6 people. I had an amazing at Aditya’s apartment! The apartment was exactly as described—modern, spotless, and beautifully furnished with all the comforts of home. The design was sleek and stylish, with thoughtful touches that made the space feel truly luxurious. The bedroom was quite spacious, with plenty of storage. The view from the balcony was also a highlight—perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine while taking in the surroundings. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the high-speed Wi-Fi made it easy to work remotely when needed. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfortable place to stay!

The stay at Gulmohar was awesome. The room was very nice, bedsheets and towels were absolutely clean and the caretaker was very helpful. The sea view from the balcony is worth it. Would love to come back and stay here. This place is recommended for a peaceful, comfortable and memorable stay.

Me and my friends stayed here for 3 days, the check in was easy and the care taker Mr Panna is extremely general and kind helped us with everything from the start till the end. The cleanliness of this place is pristine. The property is peaceful and secluded which is what we needed. Even the cleaning staff is very friendly and responsive. Just two things to review : the jacuzzi didn’t work when we were there so if that’s something you need check in with the host beforehand and the pool can use some floating tubes. Everything else was perfect and more! Thankyou for having us

Had a pleasant stay with my family when i came down to GOA for a wedding. House was clean and well maintained. Had a smart tv that functions well. The beds in both the rooms was so comfortable. Overall i do recommend staying at this airbnb. The host was really attentive as well.
