The attention and kindness of Luis, the host, was extraordinary. The apartment is cute and the photos show exactly what to expect. The condominium Reserva Del Mar is beautiful, modern, and very well designed. The beach is not the best option for ocean lovers.

My experience at this place was simply wonderful. Everything was impeccable: the cleanliness, the comfort, the service and every detail of the place exceeded my expectations. Communication with the host was smooth and attentive at all times, which made my stay even more peaceful and enjoyable. The location is perfect for relaxing and unwinding, with an environment that conveys peace and natural beauty. But without a doubt, the most special thing was enjoying the sunset from the balcony jacuzzi... a magical and unique experience, which is worth the whole trip. I would go back without thinking!

This place was beautiful! My husband and I stayed for a weekend getaway. Waking up in the morning with a book in the hammock was dreamy, and we had a few impromptu fireworks shows at night. Would definitely recommend! Perfect spot!

Everything was amazing. I recommend this place to enjoy Santa Marta and the beach. Also, the advantage of having access to the Hotel Mercure facilities is a great plus !

Amazing place for families or friends, very comfortable and with all amenities.

Laura’s place was just as described. Everything was very clean and well maintained. All the amenities within the complex are easy to book on their website. Pools were great and perfect temperature. Kids areas were really nice. We loved the kiosks by the beach and the convenience of ordering food yo be delivered there. The restaurant Cambiante was amazing, great fresh food and very reasonable prices. We ordered breakfast from them as well (traditional arepas de huevo) which were great. Edinson, the person that manages the property for Laura is very attentive and even brought us the best arepas de huevo on our first day. He was always available to answer questions we had. We’ll definitely return to Laura’s place whenever we decide to come back to Santa Marta.

Sebastian's apartment is very nice, it has perfect decor as seen in the photos. Definitely the sunset that can be observed from the apt is magnificent, the entire apartment is well equipped. Communication with Sebastian was very easy from the start, always making sure that everything was perfect for us, it was too proactive and friendly. I recommend it.

The condo was amazing! Very clean and has lots of amenities. Giovanny communicated through what’s app to meet his attendant to get the key card to enter the condo after checking in at front desk. Although we had a language barrier - he was quick to respond and helpful. We both had a little Google translate to use! There was a manual that was all in Spanish that he sent to understand property. There is a resort fee on top of the costs that is paid upon arrival at lobby when you get resort bands. It was very safe and plenty of taxi options and uber drivers come through often. Beautiful stay and loved it! Thank you!

My family and I really liked this place. It was as it appeared in the description, it was very clean, organized and had everything needed to enjoy the stay in comfort. The pool and gym in the building are very good and the best of all is the proximity to the beach. Patricia was very attentive to all the details and helped us with the flexibility in the time of arrival. Would 100% return

It’s been the Best stay my family and I have had. I fell in love with every single detail of our stay. The HOST Marta, received us at the door with a warm welcome, she was in contact at all times making sure we were having all we needed and we were having a great stay. ANA was recommended by the host to help us with the cooking and cleaning and she was AWESOME, she was a very sweet lady, easy going and helped us with no complaint,our stay wouldn’t have been the same without her. The HOUSE breath taking views, private , easy access, little active kids friendly , spacious better than described all you need to have the dreamed vacation is there. Right in front of the beach, the pool and close to the markets. I LoVed our stay and was very sad to leave. Thank you Marta and Ana we had the Best time.

One of the best Airbnb experiences to date! This is a beautiful, spacious, modern apartment with amazing views and equally impressive amenities. The pool area is spacious and a great place to relax. The beach is at your footsteps and the building provides beach chairs. Highly recommend this listing for anyone who wants access to Santa Marta and Tayrona Park while having a bit more space, privacy and quiet than a typical downtown spot. And the Marriott next door is a great option for lunches or dinners, with multiple restaurants to choose from.

It seems to me a very nice place very clean the bathroom everything, very close to the beach the very nice facilities the pool has several ways to transport motorcycle taxi bus. A little far from the main but very safe.

First time in Santa Marta and I absolutely loved it! This place is definitely worth it and it is really nice. I would recommend to everyone.

An excellent accommodation without a doubt, we recommend it 100%, the jacuzzi is an excellent added value.
