Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Swarland

we had a great couple of nights stay, daughter suffers with anxiety and austim, so it was nice and peaceful. time for me to just relax. weather was great so big bonus as got to sit in garden and chill

Immaculate property. Lovely big kitchen/ dining / living area, with an additional living room- well equipped with beautiful old books and lots of games. Gorgeous garden, very private, and amazing views. Extremely comfortable beds and lovely linen and towels. Very clean and tidy. Everything we wanted and more. We were a group of 8 ladies on a walking / yoga weekend- and we loved everything. We can’t wait to return.

Great stay in this lovely house. Everything was as described. Fantastic location with plenty of bars and eateries on the doorstep. We walked into Warkworth following a beautiful country bridleway and returned after 8 miles and relaxed in the wonderful hot tub. Leo enjoyed himself on the beach too. Second time staying at this beautiful cottage and hopefully not our last. Such a nice location, John and Marion are great hosts. The cottage is spotless and has lots of nice touches. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic place to stay with easy access to all the wonderful beaches this area has on offer! Cottage was beautifully presented and spotlessly clean, felt very much at home. Cottage is set in a wonderfully quiet location that is very conducive to a great nights sleep. Would hope to return and would definitely recommend!

The photos do not do the place justice - it is absolutely beautiful and so thoughtfully decorated. So much bigger than it looked online too and we had a great stay. The only issue we had was that the hot water stopped working mid way through the day. Elizabeth was super helpful and responsive to the problem but we had to be in Newcastle for early evening so it meant 6 of our party had to have freezing cold showers one day as the water took too long to come back on. Other than that, I can’t fault it. Surroundings are beautiful. So peaceful and yet close to shops, airport (25 mins), a gorgeous spa (matfen hall), and a 35 min minibus to Newcastle. Would recommend to all.

This was a lovely little place, very clean and comfortable. Perfect for a couple. Just watch your head on the ceiling in the bedroom and bathroom.

A stunning, isolated location in the Northumberland National Park with superb all-round views and the market town of Bellingham just a short drive away. We so enjoyed staying here. The cottage is stylishly and comfortably furnished with many personal touches - pictures, ornaments and books - and very well equipped throughout. It is well laid out with boot room, shower room and a well designed kitchen area which leads on to open-plan dining and lounge area - spacious and hospitable. The two bedrooms are again very well furnished with plenty of storage and very comfortable beds. In keeping with the rest of the cottage there is a lovely bathroom nearby. The cottage has good off-road parking, a lovely all-round garden and outdoor furniture. The front of the cottage catches the morning sun with splendid views into the distance. We have been before and shall return again.

Had a lovely couple of nights here. Asked for recommendations for restaurant and takeaways before hand and both we chose were very good. Both Marcelle and Alan are very friendly, as are the dogs! mentioned we were staying for my husbands birthday and without asking banners were put up in the room. thank you. Will remember this place if we are ever in that area again.

Very romantic, comfortable and clean ideal for a weekend away with lovely scenery and trails. Shopping is minimal take what is needed however teas and sugars were provided which was lovely and the hot tub was gorgeous.

A lovely place to stay. The flat is beautifully decorated throughout. We loved staying there. It was calming and relaxing and the bed was extremely comfortable, excellent mattress. The whole place was very thoughtfully equipped with everything you may need for your stay. A stone's throw from the seaftont with lovely shops and restaurants nearby. And the metro station a short walk away can take you anywhere in the area. We would love to stay again. Highly recommended.

This was a great find. Alison has catered for every little detail - experience built up over many years. The generosity of the welcome hamper and milk in the fridge was really appreciated. We had two excellent evening meals at the Milecastle Inn and would thoroughly recommend, as Alison had.

Myself and my partner really enjoyed our stay at Danielle’s one bedroom flat. Located down a pretty street, it was easy to locate and park. The flat itself had all of the luxuries that you could ask for. The yard area was secure so if you do take a dog, you don’t have to worry about it escaping. I would highly recommend and also would happily return.

We had a lovely stay! Norman was very helpful and let us drop our bags off early and provided some good recommendations of where to visit . The accommodation was comfy and we had all we needed . Thank you!

We had the most wonderful memorable stay at Leaholme cottages. Lynn was an amazing host, nothing was too much trouble and she went above and beyond helping with our requests for extras in the cottage . We were so grateful to check in early too. The cottage is beautiful, tastefully decorated but so welcoming, spotless and homely. Location was fantastic, we would recommend this beautiful pad to all our friends and family and will definitely be back, we thoroughy recommend. Thank you Lynn

Abi’s place was in a great location overlooking the sea. The house was immaculate with high quality fixtures and fittings. It was very spacious and ideal for our family of 4 with one baby

Jen was very friendly and made us feel very welcome. The place was very quiet and super clean when we arrived. It is decent sized for a few nights stay and has everything you'd need, including an info booklet with details on local takeaways etc. There is private parking and WiFi available which were both a nice touch. We hope to return again when in the area

The accommodation was as described and is very comfortable and extremely well equipped. Lovely outside and garden area in peaceful surroundings. The Pack Horse pub is a few minutes walk with good food and friendly welcome. Great for a break away with the dog. The place has been very thoughtfully put together with great care. Thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

We booked this apartment at very short notice following a change in our plans. The hosts responded very quickly to make the property available for us and even allowed us flexibility with our check in. The Old Bakery exceeded our expectations and was perfect for our short break holiday being close to Cullercoats and Tynemouth centre and a great stretch of beach. Next time we are looking to stay in the area we will definitely be booking this again.

Booked as I was working in the area and bored of hotels. It made a few days working away bearable. The apartment was exactly as described, immaculately clean and modern. Once inside it's really private no noise, and very calm decor. Kathryn was really responsive and keen to ensure I was comfortable and all needs met. Will definitely be booking again when staying in the North East for work, a lovely home away from home.

Stayed just to sleep before going to the airport early morning so don’t have loads to say but we had no issues. The place was clean and decorated nicely. Good location to airport

Delighted to say we have just enjoyed the most wonderful week at Julia’s flat. The bed is super comfy, the kitchen works and the sofa is perfect to lounge on after a long day walking and exploring. Everything is as lovely as seen in the photos. Pleased to say I can totally recommend Julia’s flat to anyone who has been meaning to visit Northumberland. It’s well worth the visit.
