Serviced apartment holiday rentals in Swabia

We were a family with two toddlers and 4 adults, had rented the roof apartment everything very straightforward. It was freshly cleaned. We were received downstairs, as the room was not quite ready yet, we got something to drink in the in-house beer garden, very friendly hosts! The apartment was clean, very nicely decorated and there was also a high chair. The house was right near the banhof, which by no means bothered us. A small minus point is that little kitchen inventory for a longer stay is just too little for so many people. Nevertheless, a completely successful apartment! Will be booked again if you need it! Deshaln like 5/5 stars!

This was the most pleasant Airbnb I've ever stayed in. Dejan/Olivera were such wonderful hosts & treated me like a king. The apartment itself is modern, very clean & spacious. it's upstairs above their wonderful restaurant which served the most delicious food. I connected with Dejan & the staff in particular, they were all so wonderful to me. I was even left with a bottle of wine & a card wishing me safe travels. I will be returning there every I visit Schongau.

Spontaneously and smoothly booked for one night. Was great. Also had a nice conversation with the operator.

After a long day of travel, settle into a very clean and cozy apartment and then into a nice beer garden next door for dinner. This inn offers all of this! Thank you!

We will gladly book the place again as we are in the area once a year! The apartment is very cozy, clean and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking! The view of the pond is as described beautiful and also with our dog we could go for a wonderful walk here.

Chris is a super host, he is so patience with us when we lost our way and ended at the wrong side. His staff are friendly and kind. We feel like home. The environment is nice and peaceful. The apartment is nice and clean. Greatly recommend 👍🏻

The place is absolutely stunning! It’s was better what you can see in the pictures. So much room. I felt like I was in the castle! Stunning. Peaceful. Great place for big family vacation.

My family and I enjoyed our stay here! The location was great, we knew during our time in Germany we were going to be all over so this was a great spot for us to take a day trip numerous places. It was very easy to find, easy parking, and the grounds were absolutely beautiful. When we ran out of items they were super responsive and replied and we got our items swiftly. It was very helpful to have a washer and dryer available for use in the basement as well. We would absolutely recommend staying here. We loved all the friendly kitties on the property as well :)

If you want a quiet location, not too far from Munich and not too far from the Alps, this is it. lovely, modern and clean. 20 minute walk to the station, if you want to take the train. Close to the Autobahn. Chris responded to queries, etc.

Beautiful farm and apartments! We were there for Oktoberfest — the commute into Munich without a car was about an hour total including the walk to train station and train itself. Overall beautiful grounds and host was responsive and pleasant.

Great place to stay in a bigger vacation spot. The accommodation corresponds to a 2-room hotel apartment with kitchenette, the subway cleaning is taken over by the holiday complex. The equipment is very new and kept in the alpine style with wood-paneled walls and ceilings. The complex has a large swimming pool, which we liked to use. There is also a restaurant on site. A great thing is also the guest card Oberstaufen Plus which is included in price at the facility. This gives you a lot of high-quality excursions for free.

It was a pleasant stay: the location is a little bit far away from the main cities but maybe for somebody this is a plus. Very clean and always reactive interaction with the host. Just a sidenote: when I arrived the room was hot (too much I would say), but apart from that, it was very good.

This place is highly recommended. Modern decor. It is very clean. In the kitchen there is everything you need. As a welcome, a personalized bar of chocolate and a bottle of water were provided, so you felt right at home. Check-in and check-out is very straightforward with the key box. If I'm in the area, I would book here again anytime. Thank you!

Nice stay, location is little bit remote but for work travel it is good. Apartment is very nice, clean and calm surroundings.

I spent about 3 months there and the apartment was perfect, it had everything you needed to live comfortably. The owners are easily accessible and respond quickly. Recommended

I enjoyed a wonderful experience during my month-long stay. The studio was exceptionally clean, quiet, and well-furnished, and the hosts were responsive, friendly, and helpful with all my questions and needs. Though I had to be in Noerdlingen, it was very easy to drive there from Unterschneidheim, and the quality and value of the apartment was much better than what I could find in other towns. I highly recommend staying at Schoko Apartments. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely stay there again. Thanks Julian and Eileen!

Very nice apartment.

German Stefanie is such a great host. She answered my questions quickly, made sure the room was cleaned weekly with a change of towels. She even went over and beyond to leave chocolate in the room, such a nice touch :) I would recommend her place every day! Thanks, Stefanie!
