The most interesting cities and destinations are about 20 minutes away by car. At your disposal is a swimming pool where you can cool off in the summer months and an outdoor gas grill and a place to hang out and enjoy a glass of good Istrian wine The pool is heated in the pre-season from April, May, post-season September

Modern decorated Villa in the small town of Svetvincenat near the center is great for a long-planned family vacation. The Villa has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can provide accommodation for up to 6+2 guests. It is located in a quiet, sunny position, surrounded by a garden with lawn and a large swimming pool with terrace, garden furniture and barbecue. The town center is only 300 meters walk from the villa, there are local shops, supermarket, restaurants and cafes.

The apartment is situated close Opatija city center, only a few minutes away by car or an eight minutes walk. It consists of a living room, bedroom, a dining room, two bathrooms, kitchen, sauna, open space lounge, terrace, a surrounding garden and a car parking. Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.

The apartment has two floors, with an area of 54 m2. On the main floor there is a living room with the kitchen in the same big space, a bathroom and a charming balcony . Up the stairs, you'll find a romantic bedroom with a small seating area. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.
