Holiday rentals with beach access in Svetvinčenat

A very nice apartment, very clean and very well equipped with everything you need. Lucano and Tatjana are incredibly lovely people, very warm and helpful and Lucano also speaks German very well. Tatjana brought us 2 small homemade strudels!!! There is plenty of space in the apartment with a very nice bedroom with great beds, the living room is spacious, as is the bathroom. The kitchen has everything you need and much more. The sandy beach is easily accessible in 15 minutes on foot. Pula and the Kamenjak nature reserve can be reached in a few minutes by car, as well as many beautiful beaches. These were incredibly relaxing days with dear people, in a beautiful country with very friendly people. We can only highly recommend everything!!!

An incredibly beautiful and clean accommodation with a fantastic balcony. Assistance with the boiler for hot water was provided after only 5 minutes. We will be back!

It is a very familiar and friendly building and neighborhood, I loved the apartment, well decorated and of great taste, the bed is perfect even more after a long journey. Sergio was very attentive, thank you.

We had a wonderful time in the apartment at Moira's! Thanks to Moira and the open, friendly apartment as well as the beautiful garden, we felt right at home. If we had any questions, we could always contact Moira and she always offered her help. The way to the beach is super short and beautiful! We had a perfect vacation, and we'd love to come back! Great location and lovely apartment

⭐️ 10/10 – Absolutely perfect stay!** Our weekend in Rovinj was fantastic! The apartment was very clean and ideally located: in just a 5-minute walk you can reach numerous restaurants, cafes and bars. Lada as a host was just great – helpful, friendly and always reachable for questions. We can 100% recommend this place!

If you demand the finest, this house represents the pinnacle. The house is everything you see in the pictures and then some. You can feel the heart that has gone into restoring this house while preserving the soul of the architecture. The design and furnishings are luxurious and complements the house in a unique way. Even the little detailed touches and details are provided for, including toiletries, high-end bedding and towels. The kitchens are fully stacked: both inside and outside. While Istria has a lot of small coves and deserted beaches with cristal clear waters to offer, the decking beach in Moscenicka Draga is an exclusive way of experiencing the best of what Croatia has to offer from a beach perspective. Last but not least: Tanja and Oliver are top hosts. They are easy to communicate with, and does everything in their power to make sure, that your stay is truly a five-star experience. We had a wonderful stay in this house. A super nice ambiance, inside and out. I definitely want to come back. Perfect to have a nice time together with friends or family. Thank you so much for everything!

Our family of four had a great week at Maya‘s guesthouse. We loved the private backyard with nice garden, heated pool and jacuzzi. The small house has everything we needed and there is a good outdoor kitchen as well. The beach is a few minutes away and at least in fall there are good chances that you have it for yourself. There are hiking trails to the secluded northern part of the island steps away from the house as well. The communication with Maja is easy and very friendly.

We stayed at Tina's place for a month and had a great time. A perfect place to have a quiet and relaxing vacation. Tina was very welcoming and helpful, with very fast replies to our questions. The house came equipped with plenty appliances and kitchenware, good Wi-Fi, and a nice pool with view of the nearby mountains. We couldn't use the pool as often as we would've liked due to weather, but Tina was very consistent with cleaning it anyway 😊

Loved the house! Nevenka is a very kind host. Lots of recommendations & very good contact. The location is perfect for exploring Istria if you have a car. We got to every part of it in just 2 days! If the weather was better we would have used the pool! But we still swam in the sea thanks to Nevenka’s swimming spot recommendations!

Sonja's apartment is a very lovingly restored, small townhouse in the middle of the old center of Medulin. The absolute highlights for me were the open and at the same time cozy architecture (it is a room from the floor to under the roof - for this three ceilings were removed), the harmonious design of the entire accommodation and the private, small city garden. In this there is an outdoor kitchen with sink and charcoal grill and under the pergola you can sit wonderfully and enjoy the evening with a glass of wine. Sonja is a very warm hostess and quickly helped us with every question.

The house is beautifully located in Fazana. We sat on the terrace in front of the house every evening and enjoyed the life of the city. The house is nice and spacious. We felt very comfortable.

Beautiful stay, host is extremely welcoming. She offered us one extra night free of charge because we were hit by bad weather forecast for our time of stay!

great place and super friendly host

This is our 3rd time staying with Jasna & Vlado and are very comfortable in Dajla. Meee is within 4 minutes walking distance, Konoba with delicious food even closer. Bakery is also within walking distance. Jasna and Vlado can be contacted at any time and they are always friendly.

A nice and clean place, in a good location close to the beach, about a 10-minute walk to the center. The hosts are lovely, accommodating, and welcoming. Recommendation!

Everything was as described and you had a wonderful view of the sea. Ksenija was always available when something was up and very friendly.

We absolutely loved our stay! The location is amazing – right by the sea with stunning sunset views. The beach in front of the villa is clean and beautiful, and the water is crystal clear. There are nice restaurants within walking distance, and it’s super easy to explore the whole island of Krk and even visit the nearby Risnjak National Park. Mirjana was so kind and always quick to help whenever we had a question. We’d love to come back one day. Thanks so much!

It was really nice to meet not just the host, but her whole family. After three days it felt like we know each other for years. Place itself is in the top location, it very peacefull and it has all U need.
