Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Svetvinčenat

Wir haben uns bei Marko und Leila sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Kommunikation war super! Die Unterkunft entspricht genau dem Bildern und war wirklich schön! Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und eher abgelegen, Restaurants und Supermärkte sind aber mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit im Casa Nostra!

We stayed at Elvis’s place for a week and loved everything bout it. The apartment is tucked away is the tiny village of Ipsy . Upon arriving our first impression was WOW ! This a gem! The place is full of charm, history , and the view is one of the best in Istria Super clean and everything you need for your stay. The 3 terraces provide extra space to relax, read, dine outside while enjoying the views of Motovun Elvis has taken his family’s 250 year old home and added modern bathrooms and flooring without changing the integrity of the home. It’s very well done. The beds are comfy and showers are great and its quiet Ipsa, the winery and olive producer is right next door.. 😀. Loved it ! Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in Kroatien. Das Haus ist sauber und entsprach den Bildern. Leider hatten wir ein paar Unannehmlichkeiten, wie ein Hornissen Nest aber Miro hat sich sofort darum gekümmert und war immer sehr bemüht. Leider ist am vorletzten Tag unser Pool gekippt und wir konnten nicht mehr baden gehen, hierfür haben wir problemlos eine Erstattung bekommen. Das Haus ist sehr groß und hat einen tollen, sehr gepflegten Außenbereich. Wir kommen gerne wieder!😍

Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und bietet für mehrere Personen wirklich ausreichend Platz. Der Ort ist überschaubar (für die tägliche Versorgung ist aber alles da) und daher gibt es auch die Möglichkeit mit Einheimischen ins Gespräch zu kommen. Ein Auto ist ein Muss vor Ort. Ein Pool wäre noch das i-Tüpfelchen, aber dann würde man die vielen schönen Buchten verpassen. Die Gastgeberin hat alles gut durchdacht und reagiert bzw. schreibt proaktiv. We had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful house surrounded by stunning lavender field and vineyards. The house itself is cozy, tastefully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We loved strolling through the fields, enjoying the peace and quiet, and watching the stars at night. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and provided great recommendations. Highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for a peaceful countryside retreat. We can’t wait to come back!

Helena was a great host. She was on time, friendly, accomodating and even helped carry our luggage from the parking spot to our home. Her home is on one of the oldest streets in Ravinj. It is right next door to a friendly market which was convenient. A restaurant is directly across the street and the customers were a bit loud (and smoked outside which sometimes penetrated the house) at times BUT when you closed the shutters and inside windows, you could hardly hear them. Alll things considered, we loved our stay and you will be hard-pressed to find a more charming spot in Old Town! Dobar dan!

Inga und ihre Familie waren die besten Gastgeber bei denen wir bisher waren, wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Das Haus ist wunderschön und der Ausblick einfach Wahnsinn. Wir waren 7 Tage mit einem 15 Monate alten Kind da und Inga hat alles nötige bereitgestellt. Inga und Andelko sind sehr offen und auch für einen kurzen oder längeren Schwatz zu haben. Wir können es nur empfehlen und wenn wir nochmal in der Gegend sind, werden wir wieder vorbeischauen :-)

Igor has been waiting for us and helped to take our luggages up to the apartment. He was very helpful and kind. The fridge was filled with different drinks and a bottle of wine on the table. The apartment was very clean and nice with attention given to every detail. We could park our car with Igor’s help right behind the building where we stayed. It was nice and peaceful watching the sunset from the balcony. We would like to come back here again.

Pobyt tutaj był wspaniały! Gospodarz był bardzo gościnny, elastyczne godziny zameldowania, kontakt bardzo dobry a ponadto pozwolono nam zostać do wieczora w obiekcie. W basenie krystalicznie czysta woda, okolica spokojna-wokół bardzo zielono, a to wszystko sprawiło, że wyjazd był wyjątkowo udany. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni i z pewnością jeszcze tam wrócimy jadąc na Chorwację!

Wir haben unsere Zeit in der Unterkunft von Marino sehr genossen. Vor allem der Pool hat uns gut gefallen. Er befindet sich in ruhiger, nicht einsehbarer Lage und ist sehr gut gepflegt. Auch in der kleinen Wohnung gab es alles, was man benötigt. Marino und seine ganze Familie sind außerdem sehr herzlich und haben uns das Gefühl gegeben, willkommen zu sein. Wir können Marinos Unterkunft zu 100% weiterempfehlen!

⭐️ 10/10 – Absolut perfekter Aufenthalt!** Unser Wochenende in Rovinj war traumhaft! Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und liegt ideal: In nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht man zahlreiche Restaurants, Cafés und Bars. Lada als Gastgeberin war einfach großartig – hilfsbereit, freundlich und bei Fragen immer erreichbar. Wir können diese Unterkunft zu 100% weiterempfehlen!

From before we arrived until we were delivered to the bus stop by Zeliko at our departure, our hosts Zeljka and Zeliko were our concierge and guardian angels. Zeljka was always available with helpful travel advice and Zeliko a great ambassador for Rovinj. Rovinj is an amazing destination and their apartment is in the best location. Steps away from the best restaurants, swimming and everything you will want to see and do. In our six week trip in Europe, we know that Rovinj will be one of the very top highlights. Arco Vecchio and Zeljka and Zeliko really made it so.

Appartamento molto bello, ben arredato e con ogni comfort. A piedi si raggiunge facilmente il centro con una camminata di 15 minuti.

Beautiful outlook towards the amphitheatre. Couldn’t get enough of the view. Also had a view of the port. House larger than pictured. Extremely clean. Host had very clear instructions was very helpful. Could walk into the town. Loads of restaurants. Could catch local buses to many places. Which we did. Really enjoyable stay. Thank you. Definitely recommend

Die Unterkunft hatte eine super Lage direkt beim Meer Boris war immer gut erreichbar und verständnisvoll Der Check-In war simpel und ist schnell gegangen Das Design/die Ausstattung passt perfekt für einen Urlaub am Meer.

Sara ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Sie kommuniziert sofort und ist meist im Haus und für alles da was benötigt werden könnte. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und liegt genial in einer ruhigen Gegend. Der Blick vom Balkon auf das Meer ist wunderschön. 5 min zu Fuß zum Badestrand, 5 min zum Einkaufzentrum. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Gaby und Florian

Sanja was very nice and gave us many recommendations. The flat is very spacious and the interior and equipment of very high quality so I think one could even cook there properly unlike in most Airbnbs. Everything needed was provided. Free parking in front of the house was very useful. There is a supermarket very close by and the centre with the amphitheatre can be reached by a short walk. The street for going to Premantura is also close by. It's also rather quiet, we slept with open window. Highly recommended.

Die herzliche Aufnahme durch „Maria“ war der erste Schritt zu einer 10 tägigen Auszeit. Wir haben uns sofort gut aufgenommen gefühlt. Ein Parkplatz für das Auto befindet sich direkt am Haus. Außerdem stehen 2 Fahrräder zur Verfügung. Sehr saubere und gemütliche FW in einer ruhigen Lage. Die Ausstattung ist ausgezeichnet. Der wunderschönen Hafen und die Altstadt sind in 10-15 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, fürsorglich und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank für alles!

Es war alles wie Beschrieben und man hatte einen wunderbaren Aussicht auf das Meer. Ksenija war immer erreichbar wenn etwas war und sehr freundlich.

First, if you visit Croatia, visit Pula. Second, if you visit Pula, you must stay with Suzanne and Dalibor. The apt is perfect for a couple. Right in the city center, lots to do, restaurants, bars, things to do. Also, you have the perfect hosts, they were so welcoming and helpful, made our stay memorable. Can’t wait to come back.

It was really nice to meet not just the host, but her whole family. After three days it felt like we know each other for years. Place itself is in the top location, it very peacefull and it has all U need.
