Holiday rentals with a patio in Sveitarfélagið Ölfus

We loved Hulda's apartment. The location is perfect for your Golden Circle Experience as it's really close to all the main attractions. The apartment is cute, very clean and easy to access.Also three of us were very comfortable and a family of four could manage well there. It's less than five minutes from multitudes of great restaurants in what looks like an up and coming town in Sulfoss. I could not recommend Hulda and her place enough!

Clean modern place. Comfortable bed. Nice to have combo washer and dryer. Lovely views and parking. Central location and a good coffee/tea place close. Just what we were looking for!

Erinomainen sijainti ja parkkipaikka löytyi oven edestä. Kaikki tarpeellinen löytyi läheltä ja keskustaan lyhyt kävelymatka. Asunto oli kaunis ja siellä oli kaikki tarpeellinen., mm. mausteita joka lähtöön, shampoota ja hoitoainetta jne. Sängyt olivat mukavat. Master bedroom oli verrattaen lämmin, emme löytäneet termostaattia josta olisi lämpöä saanut pinemmälle. Kylppärissä oli viemärin haju, mutta sekin laantui vierailun aikana. Kaikin puolin oikein mainio paikka kokea Reykjavik!

Helga was extremely responsive and the information she shared was incredibly helpful! She made sure everything was set for our 11 month old and provided great recommendations. One of our group had a later flight and she was super flexible with a later flexible time. Would highly recommend staying here.

My family and I (5 adults) had a great stay there. Hjalmar and his wife greeted us when we arrived at the house. He was very responsive and flexible with our check-in. The place was clean and comfortable. It had everything. We would stay there again. Highly recommend!

Our stay at Brynja’s was great! She was very proactive about communication and the Airbnb was exactly what we needed. Some great tourist spots were conveniently nearby and others were not a long drive away. Highly recommend staying here, especially if you want to spend less time driving and more time exploring like we did!

Appartement parfait, Idéalement placé dans un quartier très calme et paisible de Reyjavik, à proximité des axes principaux facilement accessibles et des commerces. Aucun problème pour se garer. L'appartement est moderne, très propre, bien chauffé et équipé (nous n'avons manqué de rien). La literie est vraiment confortable. L'arrivée a été très fluide et volontiers flexible de part les dispositifs simples d'utilisation. Anna est très réactive et nous a fourni toutes les informations dont nous avions besoin. En somme, je recommande fortement cet appartement, tout à fait conforme au photo, idéal pour un séjour en Islande. J'y reviendrai sans hésiter.

L'appartement de Sunneva est spacieux, propre et lumineux. Il dispose de tout ce que l'on a besoin. Elle répond de suite aux messages, nous avons pu faire le check-in plus tôt. Sunneva nous a accueilli avec gentillesse et nous a fait visiter l'appartement. Je recommande cet hébergement

Fabulous property and perfect for our family of five. Very comfortable, we felt right at home, loved the furnishings and cozy beds. The location was very convenient to making day trips, close to groceries, and an easy drive to downtown Reykjavik. Nice views from the balcony, super quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Great house with loads of windows and beautiful views everywhere you look. The house was super cute, too. The pictures don't do it justice. The host was responsive and went out of their way to be friendly.

Great location, close to the golden circle. We were able to see the northern lights right at backyard. The two cats are cute and friendly. Sigmar was very responsive!

This house was a wonderful place to stay. Centrally located and easy to get around to the major sites and Reykjavik. The neighborhood is very quiet and family friendly. Lots of walking paths everywhere and close walk to the lake. Stunning scenery all around! The house was very modern which was cool, definately fully equipped, and the hot tub was especially fun and therapeutic. Kjartan was very helpful and responsive during our stay. This home away from home comes highly recommended, as does the country of Iceland itself and the people. It's amazing!

Nice house in in good area, a lot of space and light. Many games and toys for kids! 10 min by walk to the bus terminal.

Absolutely fantastic stay in Iceland! This house was truly a home away from home. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how well-stocked and thoughtfully prepared everything was. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook full meals, which was a huge plus considering the cost of eating out in Iceland. The living area was cozy and perfect for relaxing after long days of exploring. The bedrooms were comfortable, and the linens were nice. We loved having access to the washing machine and dryer. The Wi-Fi was strong and reliable, and the smart TV was great for winding down in the evenings. The location was ideal for exploring Golden Circle and South Coast. We found it easy to access local shops and restaurants, and the neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. Overall, this Airbnb exceeded our expectations. We were absolutely amazed when we walk in to the house. Hjordis’s house is even nicer than in to the photos! House was very stylish, clean and cozy and with all little details which were waiting there for us we were really amazed. There were also provided everything you should need during your stay here. Also instructions was very clear so we didn’t have a problem with anything. It was also great location for our shorter Icelandic trip and we catch everything we wanted to see from there.

We had a great time staying here. Its fully equipped place with all the comforts one need. Deanne is always quick to respond to any query/request. Highly recommend.

Valdís place is just perfect - cozy, feels like home and with everything you need. Valdís was very helpful and nice. From the flat its a short walk to a nice hiking area and its also a short ride into the city (bus or car). We loved to stay here and when we visit iceland again we will check if this place is possible to rent 🙂

Excellent airbnb! Great location, very clean and had everything that we needed for our short stay.

We had a wonderful time in this cozy apartment. It was a nice location to be outside the city but have easy access to main roads and shops. We chose this place as it was walking distance to our friends' house. Heba's decor is very pleasing and the kitchen had everything we needed. The space is well designed for relaxation and practicality. It was easy to park our rental car in the driveway.

To be honest and short - if you want to stay in Reykjavik and feel yourself like at home - Idas flat is the best option. Our trip couldn't be better without her attention and help during the whole stay. Highly recommend. We wish to come back and choose the same appartment.

Super bright, clean and cozy flat. The kitchen is well-equipped and there is a balcony which gets a lot of sun. It's a bit far from the downtown area but there is a bus stop and a shopping center nearby. Olafur was a very welcoming host and communication with him was great.

Styrmir’s house was beautiful and was everything we needed on our trip. It was conveniently located by several grocery stores, not to mention being very close to the city center. It also had very easy access to the major highways out of Reykjavik, making day trips extremely easy. Styrmir was one of the most helpful and communicative hosts. He was a font of incredibly helpful information and continuously checked in to see how we were doing. The cats in the house were one of the best parts. They were super cute, extremely friendly, and made the stay that much more enjoyable. We would absolutely recommend this to anyone and would definitely stay here again!

It was good time to stay with my kids. Everything was fine. There were some convenient grocery markets such as Costco and Bonus. It was worth than I expected.
